The whole CBI farce has been the handwork of Ramoji Rao and Chandrababu, in association with Congress HC. Ramoji approached KK first but he was scared to go against YSJ and YSR’s image. Congress HC then suggested the name of Sankara Rao, a local MLA of Hyderabad and an SC. He then was asked to go to Ramoji’s residence in Ramoji Film Studio and was briefed by none other than Ramoji and Chandra Babu on how to go about filing the case in High Court. All the paperwork was filled up in RFS. It’s also their strategy for Sankara Rao to utter confusing statements on daily basis, so that people would think that he is a mad man. May be we have the CBI investigate as to who was involved behind the scenes once we come to power? 🙂
This is extactly what Jagan has suspected from the beginning and we have confirmation of the same. K gang, when they cannot fight Jagan from the front, they turn out to be the crooks they are always are and show their true colors.

While YSR was alive and heading the Congress party and the state government of AP, there was never a missed beat, or so it seemed. It was mostly due to YSR and his steely resolve, as much due to the lack of Congress HC’s non-involvement in our state affairs. All that changed after Sep 02, 2009 with the most unfortunate death in the history of our state: of Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy, while on his way to the people to try and reach the governmental programs to them more effectively. It was a hero’s death, no matter what a section of the press and what a small, vengeful community think.
The Congress HC and it’s so called think tank, headed by Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi (who could not get the Congress party to win in either UP (85 MP seats) or Bihar (54 MP seats), with best of their efforts, but would readily and shamelessly take credit from Mamata and Jayalalita), Pranab Mukharjee, Ahmad Patel, Chidambaram, Veerappa Moily (who could neither win on their own without the support of their regional allies nor could get Congress to form governments in any of the states they are from). In a nutshell, these are not people’ leaders, but so called intellectuals. And, these are the same people that would try and push their agenda through the throats of people that actually elected. But, if we look at all the political and other moves, most of them are boneheaded, where the decisions imposed by the Congress HC either destabilized a state or sometimes even the nation on the whole. The Congress HC, one can argue is not very smart and intelligent and surely can be proved so easily. All we got to do is to look at the state of AP and the miserable position the party has found itself in. The worst five moves by Congress HC in the opinion of many are:
The first of the bonehead moves was to resist YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s candidature to the Chief Ministership of AP immediately after the death of YSR. Why and how could the Congress HC rule out the overwhelming majority of elected representatives (over 150 MLAs signed for YS Jagan) and people of AP supporting him (over 70% support in several surveys) to lead the state? The Congress HC should have at least sat with him and explained their vision to him. The so called intellectuals miscalculated the strength YSR and YSJ and now in such pathetic state that they lost deposit in the Kadapa MP seat while they are ruling the state, despite deputizing over 20 ministers, 70 MLAs, 10 MPs, and their new mascot, Chiranjeevi. The Congress government would not even resign despite losing by over 5 lakh majority and two of their own ministers losing miserably in the process. It’s a shame to the democracy and Congress HC. They installed a hapless Rosayya and a clueless Kiran Kuram Reddy as the CMs. Rosayya’a appointment of CM illegal, without getting elected as the leader of CLP and getting him sworn-in without the existing cabinet resigning en mass. One fails to understand how the Congress HC could pull this off, even AP High Court approving this. Even Nadendla Bhaskara Rao was elected as the leader of split away TDP party in his coup of 1984. Is Sonia mafia the force behind all this lowering and suffocation of democratic values? And, this did not go down well with the masses.
The second move was to push YS Jaganmohan Reddy out of the party by ridiculing YSR regime and the value of his contributions to the party in the formation of the governments at state and central level. The Congress HC got support from its figureheads that cannot garner enough support to win their own constituencies, let alone get other candidates elected, and the yellow media underplaying YSR. They all forgot one thing: the people and their passion for YSR. YS Jagan made sure that he carried YSR legacy and started representing the passions of countless YSR followers across the globe. YS Jagan went a step ahead of YSR in the sense that most of the youth is completely behind him. We could see it all in the Kadapa by-elections where all but one would not win deposits. Had one candidate gotten 2000 less votes in Pulivendula, it could have been a complete victory for YSR and people who have faith in him and His power. Where is the magic of Sonia, Rahul, Chiranjeevi, Chandrababu, and so called Congress HC? People’ power is the magic and they are behind YS Jagan. If we care to go back and read Eenadu, Andhra Jyoti and would follow the TV9 analysis until after the by-elections, we would think Jagan and Vijayamma were losing big time. Such is the state of affairs at the yellow media HQ. They cannot go any lower or so we would think but, we would wake up tomorrow to see them lower again! For all these yellows ‘Satyameva Jayathe’!
The third bonehead move of Congress HC was to raise the Telangana issue through their spineless leaders VH, KK, Kaka, Yashki, and using KCR to counter YS Jagan and his popularity. Most people believe that Congress was behind KCR’s hunger strike. TRS was resurrected at least twice by Congress party and the so called T Congress leaders, once in 2004 even though YSR vehemently opposed the alliance with TRS (YSR was vindicated with the results from Seemandhra and the election of many Congress rebel candidates against official TRS candidates in Telangana, and again after the death of YSR in Sep 2009. KCR was prodded by Congress HC and state government headed by Rosayya (for his selfish interest of continuation of his post by another couple of months) and we see the results of such prodding even today. The state has gone to the dogs, Hyderabad city completely ruined in terms of development and law & order suffering immensely. So, to reduce Jagan’s influence, the Congress HC would ruin a state and its capital? But, Congress party found itself in another miserable situation due to one more bad move.
The fourth bonehead move of Congress HC is to align with TDP and yellow media to counter YS Jagan. Don’t they understand temporary and ad hoc relationships would not be meaningful in the long run? Why would TDP, Chandrababu, and yellow media be looking for the good of Congress party? They all want to destroy YS Jagan first and then want to share the spoils? It’s mightily impossible to destroy a people’s leader like YS Jagan, son of the passed away heart beat of Andhra Pradesh, YSR. Looking at the Kadapa by-elections and the crowds he is attracting everywhere he goes, one can come to a conclusion that YS Jagan is the mightiest of the mass leaders South has now, and can easily be among the top five politicians in India. Congress HC, TDP and yellow media would be paying a very steep price in their schemes to harm Jagan. As per Chandrababu who termed CBI as Congress Bureau of Investigation, CBI is a sacred agency now. Yellow media reports tomorrow’s news today, with the inputs they get from state and central governments itself. Kirana Kumar Reddy (KKR), with his obvious detest for YSR, cannot stand the sight of YS Jagan and his popularity. KKR knows that he would lose miserably by over 25000 votes when the next elections come. Same is the case of Anam brothers, Botsa, Lagadapati, Kavuri and other shallow politicians. Sonia Gandhi, her dreams of making her son the next Prime Minister fading fast, cannot come in terms with YSR’s and YS Jagan’s popularity. She and her false Prince do not even dare to visit the state for almost two years now, even though it’s their party government at power. Of course, we should not forget the self termed mad dogs like VH, Kaka, KK, Sankar Rao and Anams.
And, here is the worst of the bad moves by the Congress party, and their governments at state and central. They get one of their own ministers and a mad dog to move the High Court to order CBI Inquiry on YS Jagan and flow of investments in to his companies. When was the last time the whole CBI, the court system, governments and the opposition form a force to target a young politician? Never heard off. Chandrababu, Dramoji went from pillar to post and court to higher court to stall every investigation that was initiated against them and criticized the authorities. The same people claim great respect for courts and authorities now. Sonia Gandhi does not talk about 2-G scam, and the part Robert Vodra, her son-in-law played in the scam. She does not have the stomach to talk about her family’s majority stake in DLF. There are countless other scandals that involve Sonia Gandhi but would not come out as the CBI is a puppet in the hands of Italian Sonia Mafia. There are investments in to Jagan’s companies by a few companies. They might have been impressed with Jagan’s business acumen or they were hoping that YSR’s image would benefit these companies and grow big and in the process would get huge returns. As per the accounts available, they all made good on their investments. Jagan cannot un-claim himself not related to YSR. He is the son of that great leader. There are always incidents of sons and daughters of famous people get favors that we normal people would not. How else can anyone explain Rahul Gandhi to be considered for anything other than a regular clerical job, leave alone the Prime Minister, with his intellect? How else can anyone spend crores of rupees to make a movie on Balakrishna? How else Nara Lokesh be the CEO of a channel, a supermarket chain and a dairy with his IQ of under 100? The same thing can be said of George W Bush and countless others. It’s neither illegal, nor improper but part of the way the society works – past, present and future. People like Sonia Gandhi, Robert Vodra, Ramoji Rao, Chandrababu, and other should be subjected to the same kind of investigations before Jagan can be. Even primer example would be our own Italian Edvige Antonia Albina Maino (Sonia Gandhi). And, who wants to explain her qualifications to head our country? People are watching and Kadapa by-elections proved it. The masses of the whole state would prove the same when it’s their time. Watch out!!

I am confused about the result of the CBI enquiry. Yes, things are looking like this only. My entire village joined in our party day before yesterday. Was talking with few people from our village and near by villages, They all are telling about YSRCP, Seems there will be no fighiting in few places.
surprisingly Kurnool lo Anantapur kante response baagundi.. Looks like every leader wants to join Congress except Kotla and TGV etc. Now that they have confirmed the seats for almost 10 out of 14 seats there may not be any more big leaders joining. Anyway, there are no real big leaders left in the party. It will be interesting to see who will be the contender for Kurnoon MP seat.

Karnataka Lokayukta report indicts 5 firms for illegal mining
Besides the political fallout of the Lokayukta report compiled by Santosh Hegde and his team in Karnataka, large corporates involved in the mining industry are also feeling the heat. Three Jindal group companies, NMDC and Adani Enterprises have been mentioned in the report for irregularities and alleged involvement in illegal mining in the state.
As a result, stocks of JSW Steel fell by 5 per cent in markets today. The report charges JSW Steel for making payoffs, in exchange for leases. Mining leases for JSW Steel, South West Mining and Vijaynagar Minerals were in active consideration since 2007 but these leases were not pursued till March-July 2010.
But JSW steel paid Rs. 10 crore to Yeddyurappa’s family-run Prerana Education trust on 17th and 18th March 2010.
Another Jindal Group Company South West Mining allegedly paid Rs. 20 crore for 1 acre in Rachenahalli owned by CM’s family firm when guidance value stood at Rs. 1.25 crore.
State-owned National Mining Development Corporation (NMDC) also has been indicted for selling high-grade iron ore below market rates and losing revenues.
Gujarat-based energy and infrastructure giant Adani Group has also been named. Adani has port facilities in Karnataka, which the report says were used for illegally exporting iron ore.
None of these corporate houses have so far reacted to the Lokayukta report but they are likely to come in line of fire considering the political implications of the report.

The whole CBI farce has been the handwork of Ramoji Rao and Chandrababu, in association with Congress HC. Ramoji approached KK first but he was scared to go against YSJ and YSR’s image. Congress HC then suggested the name of Sankara Rao, a local MLA of Hyderabad and an SC. He then was asked to go to Ramoji’s residence in Ramoji Film Studio and was briefed by none other than Ramoji and Chandra Babu on how to go about filing the case in High Court. All the paperwork was filled up in RFS. It’s also their strategy for Sankara Rao to utter confusing statements on daily basis, so that people would think that he is a mad man. May be we have the CBI investigate as to who was involved behind the scenes once we come to power? 🙂
This is extactly what Jagan has suspected from the beginning and we have confirmation of the same. K gang, when they cannot fight Jagan from the front, they turn out to be the crooks they are always are and show their true colors.

In today’s eenadu article it is mentioned that the stake sold by Bharthi cement is to a fake company. I have checked the details and it is not a fake company at all.
The company is Vicat .(http://www.vicat.com/) . They have mentioned it in their annual report as well..

జగన్‌ను కలుసుకునేందుకు ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు మొదలుకుని కింది స్థాయి నేతల వరకు అంతా తహతహలాడిన తీరు ఆశ్చర్యకరం. ఎమ్మెల్యేలు… ఎమ్మెల్సీలు, తాజాలు…మాజీలు ఒకరేమిటి అంతా ఆయన వద్దకు క్యూ కట్టారు. జగన్‌కు జేజేలు కొట్టారు. జిల్లా నేతల అత్యుత్సాహం, ప్రజల నుండి వచ్చిన స్పందన ఫలితంగా గత నెల 31వ తేదీనే పూర్తి కావలసిన ఓదార్పు యాత్ర రెండు రోజులు అదనంగా పొడిగించబడి ఆగస్టు 2వ తేదీ మంగళవారంతో ముగిసింది. ఆళ్లగడ్డ నియోజకవర్గం చాగలమర్రి నుండి 18వ తేదీన ప్రారంభమైన ఓదార్పు యాత్ర జిల్లాలోని 14 నియోజకవర్గాల పరిధిలో 1339 కిలోమీటర్ల పొడవున పర్యటించి 207 గ్రామాల్లో 303 రోడ్‌షోలు నిర్వహించి 37 కుటుంబాలను ఓదార్చిన జగన్మోహన్రెడ్డి 152 విగ్రహాలను ఆవిష్కరించి 163 బహిరంగసభల్లో ప్రసంగించారు. చివరి రోజైన మంగళవారం జిల్లా కేంద్రమైన కర్నూలు పట్టణంలో ఆయన విస్తృతంగా పర్యటించారు.
పాణ్యం, కర్నూలు నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయనకు ఘనస్వాగతం లభించింది. దివంగత వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌కు ప్రజల్లో ఉన్న అభిమానాన్ని, ప్రేమను ‘సానుభూతి’గా మార్చుకునేందుకు జగన్ ఈ 16 రోజుల యాత్రలో తీవ్రంగానే ప్రయత్నించారు.
జగన్ ఓదార్పు యాత్రతో జిల్లా రాజకీయం ఒక్కసారిగా కదిలిపోయింది. కాంగ్రెస్‌పార్టీకి చెందిన ఎమ్మెల్యేలు కాటసాని రాంభూపాల్‌రెడ్డి, ఎర్రకోట కేశవరెడ్డి, ఎమ్మెల్సీ ఎస్‌.వి.మోహన్‌రెడ్డి, టీడీపీలో ఉంటూనే ప్రత్యేక రాజకీయ పాత్ర పోషిస్తున్న మంత్రాలయం ఎమ్మెల్యే బాలనాగిరెడ్డి, ఆదోని మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే సాయిప్రసాద్‌రెడ్డి, శ్రీశైలం నియోజకవర్గం టీడీపీ ఇంఛార్జ్‌ బుడ్డా రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి తదితరులు ఈ యాత్రలో జగన్ వెంట అడుగులు వేశారు. ఓదార్పు యాత్రతో జగన్ కర్నూలు జిల్లాలో తన బలమేంటో నిరూపించుకోవడంలో సఫలీకృతులయ్యారు. జిల్లాలోని కర్నూలు, కోడుమూరు అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గాలు, పార్లమెంట్‌ స్థానానికి మినహా అన్ని స్థానాలకు రాబోయే ఎన్నికల్లో పోటీ చేసే అభ్యర్థులను ఈ ఓదార్పులో ఖరారు చేసినట్లు సమాచారం.
రాష్ట్రంలో తొలిసారిగా కర్నూలు జిల్లా డోన్‌ అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గానికి తన పార్టీ అభ్యర్థిగా బుగ్గన రాజేంద్రనాధరెడ్డిని ప్రకటించి జగన్ సంచలనం సృష్టించారు. ముక్కుసూటిగా వ్యవహరిస్తారని పేరున్న జగన్ శ్రీశైలం అసెంబ్లీ టిక్కెట్‌ ఆశించి జగన్ యాత్రకోసం భారీ ఏర్పాట్లు చేసిన శిల్పా చక్రపాణిరెడ్డిని సైతం కాదనుకున్నారు. చక్రపాణిరెడ్డి వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌ కాంగ్రెస్‌పార్టీ నుండి ఈ ఓదార్పులోనే బయటకెళ్లిపోవడం ఇక్కడ గమనార్హం. ఓదార్పు యాత్ర సాగిన 16 రోజులూ ఆ పార్టీ జిల్లా కన్వీనర్‌ గౌరు వెంకటరెడ్డి, భూమా నాగిరెడ్డి, శోభ నాగిరెడ్డి జగన్ వెంటే ఉండడం విశేషం. ఇదిలా ఉండగా, కోట్ల కోట లద్దగిరి మీదుగా సాగాల్సిన ఓదార్పు యాత్ర రూట్‌మ్యాప్‌ను జగన్ వ్యూహాత్మకంగా మార్చుకున్నారు. మొదట్లో లద్దగిరి మీదుగానే యాత్ర సాగించేందుకు పట్టుపట్టిన జగన్ బృందం కర్నూలు ఎంపి కోట్ల వైఖరితో మెత్తబడింది.
ఓదార్పు యాత్ర ఫలితంగా ఖాళీ అయిన ఎమ్మిగనూరు, పాణ్యం, ఆదోని నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఇంఛార్జ్‌ల కోసం అధికార కాంగ్రెస్‌పార్టీ వేట సాగిస్తోంది. శ్రీశైలం నియోజకవర్గానికి ఇంఛార్జ్‌ను నియమించేందుకు టీడీపీ కసరత్తులు చేస్తోంది. ఇక, కాంగ్రెస్‌పార్టీలో విలీనానికి సిద్ధమైన ప్రజారాజ్యం పార్టీకి బనగానపల్లె ఎమ్మెల్యే కాటసాని రామిరెడ్డి ఒక్కరే మిగిలిపోయారు. రాష్ర్టంలో ప్రరాపాకు ఇద్దరు ఎమ్మెల్యేలను ఇచ్చిన జిల్లాగా ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపు ఉన్న ఈ జిల్లాలో పార్టీ పూర్తిగా అదృశ్యమైపోయింది. తొలుత జగన్ వెంట అడుగులు వేసి ఆ తర్వాత విమర్శలు చేసి ప్రరాపా నేత చిరంజీవితో కలిసిపోయి అధికార కాంగ్రెస్‌పార్టీతో చట్టాపట్టాలేసుకుని తిరుగుతున్న కాటసాని రామిరెడ్డి ఆ పార్టీకి దిక్కుగా నిలబడ్డారు.
ఓదార్పు యాత్ర తొలి రోజు నుండి అధికార కాంగ్రెస్‌పార్టీపై విమర్శలు చేసిన జగన్ స్థానిక కాంగ్రెస్‌నేతల గురించి పళ్లెత్తు మాట అనకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడ్డారు. యాత్ర రూటు మార్చుకునేందుకు కారణమైనా కోట్ల కుటుంబంపై ఆయన పొరపాటున కూడా నాలుక జారకుండా చూసుకున్నారు. పై పెచ్చు కోడుమూరులో దివంగత కోట్ల విజయభాస్కరరెడ్డి విగ్రహానికి పూలమాల వేసి నివాళులర్పించి తన వైఖరి ఏమిటో చెప్పుకున్నారు. ఓదార్పు యాత్రలో భాగంగా తాను ఆవిష్కరించిన విగ్రహాలను మూడు చోట్ల దగ్ధం చేసే ప్రయత్నాలపై జగన్ ఎంత మాత్రం స్పందించలేదు.

తన తండ్రి వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌ను అనుకరిస్తూ 108ని ప్రస్తావనకు తెస్తూ కుయ్‌..కుయ్‌మంటూ వచ్చేస్తుంద ని చెప్పుకుంటూ జనాన్ని ఆకట్టుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. అంతే కాదు దివంగత వైఎస్ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి పేరును పదే పదే ప్రస్తావిస్తూ ప్రజల సానుభూతిని సంపాదించే దిశగా జగన్ చేయని ప్రయత్నం లేదు. దివంగత వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌ ఆత్మశాంతికి ప్రజలంతా జగన్ వెంట నడవాలంటూ తయారు చేసిన పాటల క్యాసెట్లు వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌సి పార్టీ ప్రయత్నాలెలాంటివో చెప్పకనే చెప్పాయి.

One more bonehead move by Congress High Command?
While YSR was alive and heading the Congress party and the state government of AP, there was never a missed beat, or so it seemed. It was mostly due to YSR and his steely resolve, as much due to the lack of Congress HC’s non-involvement in our state affairs. All that changed after Sep 02, 2009 with the most unfortunate death in the history of our state: of Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy, while on his way to the people to try and reach the governmental programs to them more effectively. It was a hero’s death, no matter what a section of the press and what a small, vengeful community think.
The Congress HC and it’s so called think tank, headed by Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi (who could not get the Congress party to win in either UP (85 MP seats) or Bihar (54 MP seats), with best of their efforts, but would readily and shamelessly take credit from Mamata and Jayalalita), Pranab Mukharjee, Ahmad Patel, Chidambaram, Veerappa Moily (who could neither win on their own without the support of their regional allies nor could get Congress to form governments in any of the states they are from). In a nutshell, these are not people’ leaders, but so called intellectuals. And, these are the same people that would try and push their agenda through the throats of people that actually elected. But, if we look at all the political and other moves, most of them are boneheaded, where the decisions imposed by the Congress HC either destabilized a state or sometimes even the nation on the whole. The Congress HC, one can argue is not very smart and intelligent and surely can be proved so easily. All we got to do is to look at the state of AP and the miserable position the party has found itself in. The worst five moves by Congress HC in the opinion of many are:
The first of the bonehead moves was to resist YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s candidature to the Chief Ministership of AP immediately after the death of YSR. Why and how could the Congress HC rule out the overwhelming majority of elected representatives (over 150 MLAs signed for YS Jagan) and people of AP supporting him (over 70% support in several surveys) to lead the state? The Congress HC should have at least sat with him and explained their vision to him. The so called intellectuals miscalculated the strength YSR and YSJ and now in such pathetic state that they lost deposit in the Kadapa MP seat while they are ruling the state, despite deputizing over 20 ministers, 70 MLAs, 10 MPs, and their new mascot, Chiranjeevi. The Congress government would not even resign despite losing by over 5 lakh majority and two of their own ministers losing miserably in the process. It’s a shame to the democracy and Congress HC. They installed a hapless Rosayya and a clueless Kiran Kuram Reddy as the CMs. Rosayya’a appointment of CM illegal, without getting elected as the leader of CLP and getting him sworn-in without the existing cabinet resigning en mass. One fails to understand how the Congress HC could pull this off, even AP High Court approving this. Even Nadendla Bhaskara Rao was elected as the leader of split away TDP party in his coup of 1984. Is Sonia mafia the force behind all this lowering and suffocation of democratic values? And, this did not go down well with the masses.
The second move was to push YS Jaganmohan Reddy out of the party by ridiculing YSR regime and the value of his contributions to the party in the formation of the governments at state and central level. The Congress HC got support from its figureheads that cannot garner enough support to win their own constituencies, let alone get other candidates elected, and the yellow media underplaying YSR. They all forgot one thing: the people and their passion for YSR. YS Jagan made sure that he carried YSR legacy and started representing the passions of countless YSR followers across the globe. YS Jagan went a step ahead of YSR in the sense that most of the youth is completely behind him. We could see it all in the Kadapa by-elections where all but one would not win deposits. Had one candidate gotten 2000 less votes in Pulivendula, it could have been a complete victory for YSR and people who have faith in him and His power. Where is the magic of Sonia, Rahul, Chiranjeevi, Chandrababu, and so called Congress HC? People’ power is the magic and they are behind YS Jagan. If we care to go back and read Eenadu, Andhra Jyoti and would follow the TV9 analysis until after the by-elections, we would think Jagan and Vijayamma were losing big time. Such is the state of affairs at the yellow media HQ. They cannot go any lower or so we would think but, we would wake up tomorrow to see them lower again! For all these yellows ‘Satyameva Jayathe’!
The third bonehead move of Congress HC was to raise the Telangana issue through their spineless leaders VH, KK, Kaka, Yashki, and using KCR to counter YS Jagan and his popularity. Most people believe that Congress was behind KCR’s hunger strike. TRS was resurrected at least twice by Congress party and the so called T Congress leaders, once in 2004 even though YSR vehemently opposed the alliance with TRS (YSR was vindicated with the results from Seemandhra and the election of many Congress rebel candidates against official TRS candidates in Telangana, and again after the death of YSR in Sep 2009. KCR was prodded by Congress HC and state government headed by Rosayya (for his selfish interest of continuation of his post by another couple of months) and we see the results of such prodding even today. The state has gone to the dogs, Hyderabad city completely ruined in terms of development and law & order suffering immensely. So, to reduce Jagan’s influence, the Congress HC would ruin a state and its capital? But, Congress party found itself in another miserable situation due to one more bad move.
The fourth bonehead move of Congress HC is to align with TDP and yellow media to counter YS Jagan. Don’t they understand temporary and ad hoc relationships would not be meaningful in the long run? Why would TDP, Chandrababu, and yellow media be looking for the good of Congress party? They all want to destroy YS Jagan first and then want to share the spoils? It’s mightily impossible to destroy a people’s leader like YS Jagan, son of the passed away heart beat of Andhra Pradesh, YSR. Looking at the Kadapa by-elections and the crowds he is attracting everywhere he goes, one can come to a conclusion that YS Jagan is the mightiest of the mass leaders South has now, and can easily be among the top five politicians in India. Congress HC, TDP and yellow media would be paying a very steep price in their schemes to harm Jagan. As per Chandrababu who termed CBI as Congress Bureau of Investigation, CBI is a sacred agency now. Yellow media reports tomorrow’s news today, with the inputs they get from state and central governments itself. Kirana Kumar Reddy (KKR), with his obvious detest for YSR, cannot stand the sight of YS Jagan and his popularity. KKR knows that he would lose miserably by over 25000 votes when the next elections come. Same is the case of Anam brothers, Botsa, Lagadapati, Kavuri and other shallow politicians. Sonia Gandhi, her dreams of making her son the next Prime Minister fading fast, cannot come in terms with YSR’s and YS Jagan’s popularity. She and her false Prince do not even dare to visit the state for almost two years now, even though it’s their party government at power. Of course, we should not forget the self termed mad dogs like VH, Kaka, KK, Sankar Rao and Anams.
And, here is the worst of the bad moves by the Congress party, and their governments at state and central. They get one of their own ministers and a mad dog to move the High Court to order CBI Inquiry on YS Jagan and flow of investments in to his companies. When was the last time the whole CBI, the court system, governments and the opposition form a force to target a young politician? Never heard off. Chandrababu, Dramoji went from pillar to post and court to higher court to stall every investigation that was initiated against them and criticized the authorities. The same people claim great respect for courts and authorities now. Sonia Gandhi does not talk about 2-G scam, and the part Robert Vodra, her son-in-law played in the scam. She does not have the stomach to talk about her family’s majority stake in DLF. There are countless other scandals that involve Sonia Gandhi but would not come out as the CBI is a puppet in the hands of Italian Sonia Mafia. There are investments in to Jagan’s companies by a few companies. They might have been impressed with Jagan’s business acumen or they were hoping that YSR’s image would benefit these companies and grow big and in the process would get huge returns. As per the accounts available, they all made good on their investments. Jagan cannot un-claim himself not related to YSR. He is the son of that great leader. There are always incidents of sons and daughters of famous people get favors that we normal people would not. How else can anyone explain Rahul Gandhi to be considered for anything other than a regular clerical job, leave alone the Prime Minister, with his intellect? How else can anyone spend crores of rupees to make a movie on Balakrishna? How else Nara Lokesh be the CEO of a channel, a supermarket chain and a dairy with his IQ of under 100? The same thing can be said of George W Bush and countless others. It’s neither illegal, nor improper but part of the way the society works – past, present and future. People like Sonia Gandhi, Robert Vodra, Ramoji Rao, Chandrababu, and other should be subjected to the same kind of investigations before Jagan can be. Even primer example would be our own Italian Edvige Antonia Albina Maino (Sonia Gandhi). And, who wants to explain her qualifications to head our country? People are watching and Kadapa by-elections proved it. The masses of the whole state would prove the same when it’s their time. Watch out!!

Yes, things are looking like this only. My entire village joined in our party day before yesterday. Was talking with few people from our village and near by villages, They all are telling about YSRCP, Seems there will be no fighiting in few places.
surprisingly Kurnool lo Anantapur kante response baagundi.. Looks like every leader wants to join Congress except Kotla and TGV etc. Now that they have confirmed the seats for almost 10 out of 14 seats there may not be any more big leaders joining. Some dogs are barking at Jagan regarding the report by lokayukta on illegal mining. This is for them –
Karnataka Lokayukta report indicts 5 firms for illegal mining
Besides the political fallout of the Lokayukta report compiled by Santosh Hegde and his team in Karnataka, large corporates involved in the mining industry are also feeling the heat. Three Jindal group companies, NMDC and Adani Enterprises have been mentioned in the report for irregularities and alleged involvement in illegal mining in the state.
As a result, stocks of JSW Steel fell by 5 per cent in markets today. The report charges JSW Steel for making payoffs, in exchange for leases. Mining leases for JSW Steel, South West Mining and Vijaynagar Minerals were in active consideration since 2007 but these leases were not pursued till March-July 2010.
But JSW steel paid Rs. 10 crore to Yeddyurappa’s family-run Prerana Education trust on 17th and 18th March 2010.
Another Jindal Group Company South West Mining allegedly paid Rs. 20 crore for 1 acre in Rachenahalli owned by CM’s family firm when guidance value stood at Rs. 1.25 crore.
State-owned National Mining Development Corporation (NMDC) also has been indicted for selling high-grade iron ore below market rates and losing revenues.
Gujarat-based energy and infrastructure giant Adani Group has also been named. Adani has port facilities in Karnataka, which the report says were used for illegally exporting iron ore.
None of these corporate houses have so far reacted to the Lokayukta report but they are likely to come in line of fire considering the political implications of the report.
