ప్రజలతో మమేకమై వారితో తన అంతరంగాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించుకుంటూ, అక్కున చేర్చుకుంటూ, అలసి సొలసి కష్టాల పాలయిన ప్రజల సేద తీర్చుతూ ఓదార్పు యాత్రను చేస్తున్న జగన్ చేస్తున్న ఈ మరో ప్రజా ప్రస్థానాన్ని వేనోళ్ళ పొగడుతూ, ఇంత చిన్న వయసులోనే అంత నిబ్బరాన్ని, తండ్రి లక్షణాలని పుణికి పుచ్చుకుని మొక్కవోని ధైర్యముతో ముందుకు సాగడం చూస్తువుంటే “నిండు కుండ తొణకదు” అనే సామెత గుర్తుకు వస్తుంది.
ఆ ఆత్మాభిమానమే, ఆ ఆత్మవిశ్వాసమే ఈ రోజు జగన్ మీద పడిన నీలాపనిందలకు తాత్కాలిక కారణమైనది. వినాయక చవితి నాడు చంద్రుని చూసినందుకు కృష్ణుడికే తప్పలేదు నీలాపనిందలు. పచ్చ పత్రికలు సాక్షి మీద కక్ష తో విషపు రాతలతో గొంతులు నొక్కాలని, ఇంతింతై వటుడిఇంతై అన్నట్టు ఎదిగిన మహా వృక్షాన్ని కుల్చినట్టు కలల సోపానాలు నిర్మించుకుంటున్న, అపద్దపు నీటి బుగ్గలని సృష్టిస్తూ తమ క్రీనీడా కేళీ కొనసాగిస్తున్నారు.
నా దారికి రాకపోతే నీ దారి గోదారే అన్న కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ తీరు గర్హనీయం, ఖండనీయం. జీవచ్చవం లా పడివున్న పార్టీ కి ఉపిరులు ఊది ప్రజా ప్రస్థానంతో ప్రజలలో నమ్మకాన్ని కలిగించి, కొండంత ధైర్యాన్ని ఇచ్చి అధికారం రాగానే అన్న మాటకు కట్టుబడి వినూత్న పథకాలతో ఆదర్శప్రాయుడైన రాజసేఖరుడా అవినీతి పరుడు? చనిపోయిన తరువాత రెండేళ్లకు అతని జ్ఞాపకాలను ప్రజల హృదయలలోంచి తొలగించడానికి ఈ మైలపడిన మనుషులు చేస్తున్నదాష్టికమే ప్రస్తుత స్థితికి కారణము.

jagan’s income in 2004 is 9 lakhs, whereas it is 365 crores in 2010.
The actual fact is Jagan is not an employee who earns salary. Business people earn when their businesses does well, and also lose heavily when economy turns bad. As a result, the allegation holds no salt.
Am wondering why KVP is ignored amidst all this furore?? If CBI, Cong, TDP, HC etc did not leave late YSR, why no one even talked abt KVP?? Everyone knows KVP was with YSR in the decision making process and he was advisor too..it stumps me why KVP is not drawn into this even by YSR Cong leaders. Also the cases filed by CBI against Jagan are not strong enough to put him behind the bars. Violations of FEMA or AML would be big problem but Cong has not unleashed ED enquiry yet. It seems KVP is still playing an underhand role..if that is the case then I think Jagan will come out clean! What say guys??

Dear friends I understand your agony on Jagan’s petitions being dismissed by supreme court. that does not mean supreme court is influenced by some person or party.
This was most expected. No court will interfere in an on going investigation except when it is satisfied that some great miscarriage of justice has happened.
The entire hurry of CBI in conducting raids was to put before court the fact that investigation is going on and hence if court stalls investigation then it cannot do its job.
But this is different when it comes to actual trial before the court when the court looks into merit of each charge / evaluates each evidence etc. So at that time if we get an unfavourable judgement before high court then the supreme court will then have to go into each point on which high court has given its judgement. so getting stay on final judgements is something different than getting stay on ongoing investigation or interim orders.
I agree with Vasu. We just can not do much now. As expected CBI started questioning people now to find an approver or witness to prove it is YS jagan who is behind all.
Supreme Court Should have exposed the over exitness of CBI and should have questioned the mentioning of YSR name instead of THE ASP GOVT in FIR….and should have questioned High Court with out Govt Counter from where did it get the evidences…….|

Peoples court. We already knew that all the courts are siding with congress govt. We are also aware of the fact that these same courts and so call CBI can just harass Jagan anna but can’t prove him guilty considering the complexity of the case without proving the congress involvement. So they have to worry more than us. Taking this issue seriously by congress high command is going to boomerang on them with more serious repercussions than what happened with areesting Anna Hazare. Lets wait and watch the downfall of congress empire.
I dont agree SC vontrolled by Congress. Judges are close knit family. They follow, i dont scratch my back and you dont scratch it. Most cases they dont differ unless it highly sensitive or major damage to country happening. i beleive SC bench want these corruption case to proceed since they finished raids already. So SC does not want stop now deliberately. I dont blame court here. But our case hearing delay and lightning pace CBI raids with a most henious FIR written by yelllow media and congress party draft, nothing we can do.
I had some hope they will at least guide lower court to provide details and ease through investigation. But no use when CBI went this far with the investigation.
None of the TDP MLAs are ready for immediate polls since the YSR Congress is strong in the coastal belt.

Peoples court. We already knew that all the courts are siding with congress govt. We are also aware of the fact that these same courts and so call CBI can just harass Jagan anna but can’t prove him guilty considering the complexity of the case without proving the congress involvement. So they have to worry more than us. Taking this issue seriously by congress high command is going to boomerang on them with more serious repercussions than what happened with areesting Anna Hazare. Lets wait and watch the downfall of congress empire.

I dont agree SC vontrolled by Congress. Judges are close knit family. They follow, i dont scratch my back and you dont scratch it. Most cases they dont differ unless it highly sensitive or major damage to country happening. i beleive SC bench want these corruption case to proceed since they finished raids already. So SC does not want stop now deliberately. I dont blame court here. But our case hearing delay and lightning pace CBI raids with a most henious FIR written by yelllow media and congress party draft, nothing we can do.
I had some hope they will at least guide lower court to provide details and ease through investigation. But no use when CBI went this far with the investigation.
Let us prepare for next round of witch hunting
