తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆస్తులపై హైకోర్టులో ప్రజాప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యం (పిల్) దాఖలైంది. వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ గౌరవ అధ్యక్షురాలు, పులివెందుల శాసనసభ్యురాలు విజయమ్మ 2,424 పేజీల పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. చంద్రబాబు ప్రకటించిన ఆస్తుల వివరాలు పూర్తిగా అద్దం అని ఆమె తెలిపారు. దేశవిదేశాలలో చంద్రబాబు పేరన ఉన్న ఆస్తుల వివరాలు, బీనామీ పేర్లతో ఉన్న ఆస్తుల వివరాలు అందులో తెలిపారు. టిడిపి ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో చంద్రబాబు వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలు సంపాదించినట్లు పేర్కొన్నారు. అతని ఆస్తులపై సమగ్ర విచారణ జరిపించాలని ఆమె కోరారు.
18 అంశాలలో చంద్రబాదు అధికార దుర్వినియోగానికి, అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడినట్లు ఆమె తన పిటిషన్ లో పేర్కొన్నారు. చంద్రబాబు భార్య భువనేశ్వరి, కుమారుడు లోకేష్ పేర్ల మీద పెట్టిన అక్రమ ఆస్తుల వివరాలు తెలిపారు. చివరకు తల్లి పేరుతో కూడా ఆయన సాగించిన అక్రమాల వివరాలను వెల్లడించారు. సింగపూర్ లో బీనామీ పేరు మీద కొనుగోలు చేసిన హొటల్ వివరాలను కూడా అందులో పొందుపరిచారు. చంద్రబాబు బీనామీలుగా వ్యవహరిస్తూ సుజనా చౌదరి, సిఎం రమేష్ విదేశాల నుంచి తరలించిన నిధుల వివరాలు తెలిపారు. నెల్లూరు జిల్లా బాలాయిపల్లెలో చంద్రబాబుకు చెందిన వ్యవసాయ భూముల వివరాలు అన్నింటినీ ఆ పిటిషన్ లో పేర్కొన్నారు. కేవలం రెండు ఎకరాలు ఉన్న చంద్రబాబు అనేక అక్రమ మార్గాలలో వేల కోట్ల రూపాయలు సంపాదించిన తీరుని వివరించారు.

The PIL filed by Vijayamma gaaru is excellent, timely and morale booster for our cadres across the state. It shows them we are here to fight it to the end and it makes them more comfortable to back us in the fight. Whether High Court in collusion with Congress HC admits it is a different matter. I think people get the first hand information on what exactly Chandra Babu did to amass these properties. Even if High Court does not admit it, it will provide people with answers on two issues. 1. If the state High Court is independent or working for Sonia Gandhi and Congress HC. 2. How serious are we going after Chandra Babu/TDP crooks when we come to power (mere words or serious). I think we gave an emphatic answer by filing the most detailed PIL the court system ever seen. Amazing details. There are two options for Congress HC though. 1. They make the High Court to admit the PIL but go at a snail pace (compared to the jet speed of CBI in the cases of Jagan and Janardhana Reddy) to dilute the case ( which may not help us very much) or reject the PIL outright, which we can exploit in the masses. My fingers are crossed.

I am waiting to see HC will order CBI. If not then majority feel high court also biased..Let us wait for this
