popular belief in political circles in the state and the proximity between the TDP and the Congress is being looked at as an attempt to wipe out Jagan
The TDP, on the other hand, realises that with the emergence of Jagan it has been pushed to the No 3 position in the state. According to sources, there’s an unsaid agreement between the TDP and the Congress to target Jagan. In the days to come, the TDP would engage more in Jagan bashing, much to the satisfaction of the Congress.
Political observers from Andhra Pradesh say it may seem strange that the opposition and the ruling party are working hand in hand. But this is because they have a common enemy in Jagan.
Despite this ‘internal’ alliance between the Congress and the TDP, one cannot say that the two parties will tie up for the elections. The Congress would want the TDP to face Jagan and would rather fight the TDP in the polls instead of the YSR Congress.
Sources say that the fight is no longer between the Congress and Jagan. In fact, the TDP will replace the Congress in the battle for Andhra Pradesh. What the Congress has realised is that every move against Jagan has backfired and he continues to earn sympathy from the public.
A majority of the population from rural Andhra believes that he was wronged by the Congress and that he is now being targeted by the party. The Congress appears to have lost more than it has gained. manaYCP, I had the same feeling for months and expressed in the past in this blog..I believe Jagan fans started to post, counter on web to some extent..we need to do more..How about we as a group have a call and discuss ideas how to counter those postings..
For that, we need different teams to look at different areas:

Agree or not, this is the most important place where we should showcase all our strengths/agenda as most of the search engines mention Wikipedia links in first page itself. As of now, the contents of our pages are not impressive enough and need lot of improvization.
As we all know, this social networking website has become part of our lives. Almost 60% of the internet users who open a browser will login to Facebook. Since it has the capabilities of broadcasting photos/links/videos in real time, the impact will be more compared to other means of media. manaYCP believes in strengthening existing pages/groups than starting a new forum/community. Following are some of the places where we already have decent number of fans.
We need to talk to the admins of these pages to work collaboratively.
We are scattered here and there, rather than having hundreds of small groups, we should come up with something like official or No.1 page/group/forum/community so that it can be centralized and managed effectively.

Once we form an active/trustworthy team over couple of months, we can actually start reaching out to public in these ways. It is nice to see your enthusiasm …but this is what we all should do.
We have got only two years left which is a very short time .
Speaking to friends and relatives and in turn requesting them to do the same ..it should be like a chain reaction.
Leaflet distribution… putting them in all newspapers ..can be done if we know the local distributors or paper boys.
YSRCP audio CD’s to some local shops/hotels as more people meet there on a daily basis.
Wall posters in bus stations/train stations/cinema theatres where we can target thousands of people on a daily basis .
These are few ideas but i am sure there are a lot more .
జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసులో ఒక కీలకమైన మలుపు జగతి కంపెనీలకు వైస్ ఛైర్మన్ గా ఉన్న విజయసాయి రెడ్డి అరెస్టు. ఏ కేసులో నిందితుడిగా ఉన్న వ్యక్తినైనా అరెస్టు చేయవచ్చు. తప్పు లేదు. కాకపోతే ఈ కేసు చాలా ప్రాముఖ్యత కలిగిన కేసు కావడంతో ఇది ఎటు నుంచి ఎటు వెళుతుందా అని అందరూ ఆసక్తికరంగా చూస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి తమకు దక్కిన మేళ్లకు పరిహారంగా ఆనాటి ముఖ్యమంత్రి రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి కుమారుడుకు అప్పనంగా పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టారన్నది ప్రధాన అభియోగం. దానివల్లప్రభుత్వానికి నష్టం జరిగిందన్నది ఇందులోని ఆంతర్యం. అయితే ముందుగా ప్రభుత్వానికి ఏ రకమైన నష్టం ఏ విధంగా జరిగిందో తేల్చి తనవద్దకు రావాలన్నది వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ అద్యక్షుడుగా ఉన్న జగన్ డిమాండ్. అయితే సిబిఐ మాత్రం ఇప్పటివరకు జగన్ జోలికి కూడా వెళ్లకుండా ఆయన కుడి చేయి వంటివారు అనండి లేదా ముఖ్య సహచరుడు అనండి ..అలాంటి విజయసాయి రెడ్డిని ముందుగా అరెస్టు చేసింది. విజయసాయి రెడ్డి పాత్ర ఇందులో ఏమిటి. నిజంగానే ఆయనకు కూడా ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి లబ్ది పొందారా? లేక ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి లబ్ది పొందిన పెట్టుబడిదారులు సమకూర్చిన డబ్బును ఆయన సొంతంగా ఏమైనా లాభం పొందారా? అంటే అదేమి లేదు. ఎవరు కూడా విజయసాయిరెడ్డి వ్యక్తిగతంగా ప్రయోజనం పొందారని చెప్పడం లేదు. మరి అలాంటప్పుడు ఆయనను ఎందుకు అరెస్టు చేశారు. అది కూడా ముప్పైసార్లు రోజులు తరబడి ప్రశ్నించాక , మళ్లీ తమ అదుపులో ఉంచుకుని ప్రశ్నించడానికి అరెస్టు చేశారనుకోవాలి. అన్నాళ్లలో దొరకని సమాచారం ఇప్పుడు కష్టడీలో ఉంటే దొరుకుతుందా? జగన్ కంపెనీలకు , అంతకుముందు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి కుటుంబానికి ఆడిటర్ గా ఉంటూ వారికి అత్యంత సన్నిహితుడుగా, కీలకమైన వ్యక్తిగా ఉన్న విజయసాయిరెడ్డిని ముందు అరెస్టు చేసి ఆ తర్వాత ఆయన చెప్పే విషయాల ఆధారంగా జగన్ ను అరెస్టు చేయాలన్నది సిబిఐ ఉద్దేశం అని అంటున్నారు. అలాగే మరికొందరు పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలను కూడా అరెస్టు చేయవచ్చని అంటున్నారు. తప్పు జరిగితే కచ్చితంగా అరెస్టు చేయవలసిందే. కాని ఇక్కడ అనేక సందేహాలకు తావిచ్చే విధంగా కేసు విచారణ జరుగుతోందన్నది చాలామందికి అనుమానంగా ఉంది. అసలు హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాలపైనే చాలామంది విమర్శలు చేస్తున్నారు. అది ఒక కోణం. ఆ తర్వాత హైకోర్టు నుంచి సిబిఐ కి కేసు వచ్చాక దర్యాప్తు జరుగుతున్న తీరుపై అనేక ప్రశ్నలు ఉత్పన్నమవుతున్నాయి. హైకోర్టు ఒకే తరహా కేసులలో భిన్న రకాలుగా తీర్పులు ఇస్తున్నదన్న వ్యాఖ్యలు వస్తున్నాయి. అసలు న్యాయవ్యవస్థ కూడా రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా లేదన్న సంశయాలు వ్యక్తం అవుతున్నాయి. ఇక సిబిఐ అయితే రాజకీయ పెద్దల సలహాల మేరకే కొన్ని కేసులలో వ్యవహరిస్తోందన్న విమర్శలు ప్రత్యక్షంగానే వస్తున్నాయి. వాటిలో నిజాలు ఉన్నాయా? లేవా అన్నది వేరే విషయం. రాజకీయంగా అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత కలిగిన ఈ కేసులో సహజంగానే సిబిఐ అధికారులు తీవ్రమైన ఒత్తిడికి గురి అవుతారు.ఎంత నిజాయితీపరులైన అధికారులుగా పేరొందినవారు సైతం ఇలాంటి
కేసులలో ఇబ్బంది పడుతుంటారు. ఎందుకంటే ఈ కేసులో కొందరి జోలికి వెళ్లకుండా, కొందరిని మాత్రమే లక్ష్యంగా ఎంచుకుని కేసును సఫలం చేయవలసిన బాధ్యత వీరిపై
ఉంటుంది.రాజకీయ బాస్ ల ఆదేశాల మేరకు సిబిఐ ఉన్నతాధికారుల దర్శకత్వంలో ఈ సంస్థ అధికారులు పని చేయక తప్పని పరిస్థితి ఉంది. స్వతంత్ర సంస్థగా మారితే ఆ పరిస్థితి మారుతుందా? అని అడిగితే ఔనని చెప్పలేకపోయినా, కొంత అవకాశం ఉంటుందని మాత్రం ఒప్పుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది. కనీసం ఇది వాస్తవం, ఇది కాదు అని కొందరైనా ధైర్యంగా చెప్పడానికి ఛాన్స్ ఉంటుంది.జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసులో నిజానికి ఒకవేళ అరెస్టు చేయవలసి వస్తే ఎవరిని అరెస్టు చేస్తారు? జగన్ ని అంతా అనుకుంటారు. కాని జగన్ ను వ్యక్తిగతంగా ఈ కేసులో ఇంతవరకు ప్రశ్నించలేదు. ఆ మాటకు వస్తే జగన్ ఎన్నడూ అధికారంలో లేరు.తండ్రి సంపాదించిన డబ్బును అనుభవిస్తున్నారని భావించవచ్చు. అయితే తప్పు తండ్రిదా? లేదా కొడుకుది అవుతుందా? లేదూ జగన్ నేరుగా ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవహారాలలో జోక్యం చేసుకుని ఎవరెవరకు మేలు చేశారని ఏమైనా సిబిఐ చెప్పగలుగుతుందా? అంటే దానికి సంబందించిన ఆదారాలు దొరకడం దాదాపు అసాధ్యం. ఇక పెట్టుబడిదారులు ఎవరి పరిశ్రమలలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలో న్యాయస్థానాలు, సిబిఐ నిర్దేశించే పరిస్థితి రావడం మంచిదా? లేదూ పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి లేదా జగన్ అక్రమంగా సంపాదించిన సొమ్మును వారిద్వారా పెట్టించారా?అన్నదానికి సంబంధించిన ఆధారాలు ఉన్నా చర్యలు చేపట్టవచ్చు. నిజానికి దేశంలోనే ఇది ఒక మోడల్ కేసు. ఈ కేసులో రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి లేదా జగన్ అవినీతికి పాల్పడలేదని ఎవరూ అనుకోవడం లేదు. కాకపోతే వారు నిజంగా అవినీతికి పాల్పడినప్పుడు వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదులను సంబంధిత దర్యాప్తు సంస్థలు కాని ఇతర వ్యవస్థలు కాని పట్టించుకోకుండా, కేవలం రాజకీయపరమైన విబేధాలు వచ్చాక మాత్రమే ఇది మొదలవడం అనుమానాలకు తావిచ్చింది. అంతేకాదు. రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి అక్రమంగా సంపాదించిన సొమ్మును ఢిల్లీ వరకు పంపిణీ చేశారన్న వాస్తవం అందరికి తెలుసు. అంతేకాదు. ఢిల్లీకే కాదు. కిందిస్థాయిలో ఎమ్.పిటిసి ఎన్నిక జరిగితే పోటీచేసిన అభ్యర్ధి వరకు అన్ని ఎన్నికలలో పోటీచేసిన కాంగ్రెస్ అభ్యర్దులకు ఈ డబ్బు పంపిణీ అయింది. ఇక్కడ ఒక సంఘటన చెప్పుకోవాలి. ఒక సందర్బంగా అప్పట్లో ప్రభుత్వంలో కీలక పాత్రలో ఉన్న ఒక నేతతో అప్పట్లో మిత్రపక్షంగా ఉన్న సిపిఐ నాయకుడు ఒకరు ప్రభుత్వంలో అవినీతి తీవ్రం అవుతోంది? ఎలా ఇలాగైతేనని ఒక సందర్భంలో ప్రశ్నించారు. అప్పుడు ఆ నాయకుడు ఆ సిపిఐ నాయకుడిని నేరుగా ఒక ప్రశ్న వేశారు.ఎమ్.పిటిసి ఎన్నిక జరిగితే మీకు లక్ష రూపాయలను పార్టీపరంగా పంపించారు.అది ఎవరి జేబులో నుంచి పంపారని అనుకుంటున్నావు? మీరెలా తీసుకున్నారు? అని ప్రశ్నించారు.అంతే.. ఆ తర్వాత ఆ సిపిఐ నాయకుడు ఆ ప్రస్తావన తేలేదు. అంటే ఒక ఎమ్.పి.టి.సి, ఒక మున్సిపల్ వార్డు ఎన్నికను సైతం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకుని లక్షల కొద్ది డబ్బు పంపిణీ చేశారంటే ఆ డబ్బు అంతా ఎవరో ఒకరు ఇచ్చింది కాదా? ఇక ఎమ్మెల్యే ఎన్నికలు, ఎమ్.పి ఎన్నికలలో కోట్ల డబ్బు ధారాళంగా పంపిణీ చేశారన్నది వాస్తవం. అలా చేయగా మిగిలినదానిలో కొంత వెనుకేసుకుని ఉండవచ్చు. అందులో ఎవరికి

సహకరించినందుకే, జగన్ కు అక్రమంగా వచ్చిన డబ్బును చట్టాలకు అనుగుణంగా చక్కబెట్టారన్న అనుమానానికే విజయసాయిరెడ్డిని అరెస్టు చేస్తే, మరి రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలలో భాగస్వాములైనవారికి ఎవరికి ఎలాంటి సంబంధం ఉండదని సిబిఐ అభిప్రాయపడుతోందా?లేదా వారి జోలికి వెళ్లరాదని బావిస్తోందా?లేదూ భవిష్యత్తులో వై.ఎస్. ప్రభుత్వంలో పనిచేసినవారి సంగతి కూడా చూస్తారా? గత కొద్ది కాలంగా మంత్రి గా ఉన్న శంకరరావు తోటి మంత్రులపైనే అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు చేస్తూ పెద్ద ఎత్తున గలభా చేస్తున్నా ముఖ్యమంత్రికి పట్టదు. గవర్నర్ కు పట్టదు. హైకోర్టు పట్టించుకోదు. చివరికి శంకరరావు రాష్ట్రపతి వరకు వెళ్లారు. వారెవరు అడగలేదు కాబట్టి సిబిఐ కూడా దానికి జోలికి వెళ్లదు. ఇదే వివక్ష అన్న భావానికి తావిస్తోంది. అయితే మంత్రులపై విచారణ అన్న జరగాలి లేదా శంకరరావును అయినా పదవి నుంచి తొలగించాలి. వీటిలో ఏది జరగపోవడం అనుమానాలకు తావివ్వదా?ఇక జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసులో సిబిఐ ఎంత పారదర్శకంగా వ్యవహరిస్తే అంత మంచి పేరు వస్తుంది. ముందుగా రాజశేఖరరరెడ్డి తీసుకున్న కీలక నిర్ణయాలేమిటి. ఎవరెవరు కలిసి ఆ నిర్ణయాలు చేశారు? వాటి ప్రభావం ఏమిటి? వాటి వల్ల ప్రభుత్వానికి, అంటే రాష్ట్రానికి కలిగిన నష్టం ఏమిటి? తద్వారా లాభం పొందిన పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు లేదా వ్యక్తులు ఎవరెవరు?వారి పాత్ర ఏమిటి?వారు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి కుటుంబానికి మాత్రమే డబ్బు ఇచ్చారా? లేదా ఆయన ప్రభుత్వంలోని ఇతరులు ఎవరికైనా డబ్బు సమకూర్చారా?ఆ డబ్బును ఎలా తరలించారు? జగన్ కు ఆ డబ్బును ఎలా చేర్చారు? జగన్ కే కాకుండా డిల్లీ స్థాయిలోకాని, ఇతర స్థాయిలలో కాని డబ్బు వెళ్లిందా? వెళితే దానిని ఎలా వినియోగించారు. దేశ రాజకీయాలలో ఈ డబ్బు ఎంత కీలక పాత్ర పోషించింది? ఉదాహరణకు కేంద్రంలోని యుపిఎ ప్రభుత్వం నూక్లియర్ ఒప్పందం విషయంలో లోక్ సభలో ఓటింగ్ వచ్చినప్పుడు వై.ఎస్.రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి వంటి కొందరు ఇతర పార్టీల ఎమ్.పిలను ఆకట్టుకున్నారన్న సంగతి తెలుసు. అప్పుడు కోట్లు వెచ్చించారని ఆరోపణలు వచ్చాయి. అదంతా కాంగ్రెస్ హై కమాండ్ తో సహా అందరికి తెలిసిన విషయమే. జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసుకు, ఎమ్.పిల కొనుగోలుకు ఏమి సంబంధం అని అడగవచ్చు. కచ్చితంగా సంబందం ఉంటుంది. అప్పుడు కూడా డబ్బు సమకూర్చిన పెద్దలు ప్రబుత్వం నుంచి ఏదో ఒక మేలు పొందే ఉంటారు కదా. అంతేకాక వారిలో కొందరు జగన్ కంపెనీలలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టి ఉంటారు కదా.వాటిని విచారించే బాధ్యత సిబిఐకి ఉండదా? కేవలం జగన్ కు మాత్రమే కేసును పరిమితం చేస్తారా?అలా అనుకుంటే రెండువేల నాలుగు నుంచి రెండువేల తొమ్మిది వరకు జరిగిన విషయాలకు కాకుండా అంతకుముందు జగన్ పెట్టుబడులపై కూడా సిబిఐ ఎందుకు విచారణ చేస్తోందని ఆయన సన్నిహితులు ఇప్పటికే ప్రశ్నించారు. కాబట్టి సిబిఐ దేశానికే ఒక మోడల్ గా ఉండే ఈ కేసులో కనుక ధైర్యంగా ముందుకు వెళ్లి వాస్తవాలను బహిర్గత పరిస్తే గల్లీ నుంచి ఢిల్లీ స్థాయి వరకు ఉన్న రాజకీయ నేతల మూలాలు కదులుతాయన్నది ఒక అభిప్రాయం.అదే కనుక జరిగితే భారతదేశ రాజకీయ వ్యవస్థ అంతటిని క్షాళణ చేయడానికి ఒక మహత్తర అవకాశం వస్తుంది. అంతేకాదు అన్ని వ్యవస్థలను ఒక దారికి తేవడానికి కూడా ఇది అవకాశం కల్పిస్తుంది. అలాకాకుండా జగన్ ను మాత్రమే టార్గెట్ గా చేసుకుంటే దానివల్ల వ్యవస్థలు మరింత భ్రష్టు పడతాయి. జగన్ కు సానుభూతి పెరుగుతుంది. అంటే వీరు చెబుతున్న అవినీతికి సానుభూతి పెరుగుతుందన్నమాట. మిగిలిన నేతలు అవినీతి చేస్తే అది ఒప్పు, జగన్ చేస్తే అది తప్పు అన్నట్లు గా కాకుండా ఎవరు అవినీతికి పాల్పడినా అంతు తేల్చే విధంగా సిబిఐ పనిచేయగలిగితే దేశ రాజకీయాలనే క్షాళన చేసే సంస్థగా సిబిఐ గొప్ప పేరు తెచ్చుకుంటుంది. అలాంటి దైర్యం సిబిఐకి ఉందా

The Andhra battle: It’s Jagan vs TDP! Cong to take backseat? Rediff
popular belief in political circles in the state and the proximity between the TDP and the Congress is being looked at as an attempt to wipe out Jagan
The TDP, on the other hand, realises that with the emergence of Jagan it has been pushed to the No 3 position in the state. According to sources, there’s an unsaid agreement between the TDP and the Congress to target Jagan. In the days to come, the TDP would engage more in Jagan bashing, much to the satisfaction of the Congress.
Political observers from Andhra Pradesh say it may seem strange that the opposition and the ruling party are working hand in hand. But this is because they have a common enemy in Jagan.
Despite this ‘internal’ alliance between the Congress and the TDP, one cannot say that the two parties will tie up for the elections. The Congress would want the TDP to face Jagan and would rather fight the TDP in the polls instead of the YSR Congress.

It is nice to see your enthusiasm …but this is what we all should do.
We have got only two years left which is a very short time .
Speaking to friends and relatives and in turn requesting them to do the same ..it should be like a chain reaction.
Leaflet distribution… putting them in all newspapers ..can be done if we know the local distributors or paper boys.
YSRCP audio CD’s to some local shops/hotels as more people meet there on a daily basis.
Wall posters in bus stations/train stations/cinema theatres where we can target thousands of people on a daily basis .
These are few ideas but i am sure there are a lot more .
జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసులో ఒక కీలకమైన మలుపు జగతి కంపెనీలకు వైస్ ఛైర్మన్ గా ఉన్న విజయసాయి రెడ్డి అరెస్టు. ఏ కేసులో నిందితుడిగా ఉన్న వ్యక్తినైనా అరెస్టు చేయవచ్చు. తప్పు లేదు. కాకపోతే ఈ కేసు చాలా ప్రాముఖ్యత కలిగిన కేసు కావడంతో ఇది ఎటు నుంచి ఎటు వెళుతుందా అని అందరూ ఆసక్తికరంగా చూస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి తమకు దక్కిన మేళ్లకు పరిహారంగా ఆనాటి ముఖ్యమంత్రి రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి కుమారుడుకు అప్పనంగా పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టారన్నది ప్రధాన అభియోగం. దానివల్లప్రభుత్వానికి నష్టం జరిగిందన్నది ఇందులోని ఆంతర్యం. అయితే ముందుగా ప్రభుత్వానికి ఏ రకమైన నష్టం ఏ విధంగా జరిగిందో తేల్చి తనవద్దకు రావాలన్నది వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ అద్యక్షుడుగా ఉన్న జగన్ డిమాండ్. అయితే సిబిఐ మాత్రం ఇప్పటివరకు జగన్ జోలికి కూడా వెళ్లకుండా ఆయన కుడి చేయి వంటివారు అనండి లేదా ముఖ్య సహచరుడు అనండి ..అలాంటి విజయసాయి రెడ్డిని ముందుగా అరెస్టు చేసింది. విజయసాయి రెడ్డి పాత్ర ఇందులో ఏమిటి. నిజంగానే ఆయనకు కూడా ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి లబ్ది పొందారా? లేక ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి లబ్ది పొందిన పెట్టుబడిదారులు సమకూర్చిన డబ్బును ఆయన సొంతంగా ఏమైనా లాభం పొందారా? అంటే అదేమి లేదు. ఎవరు కూడా విజయసాయిరెడ్డి వ్యక్తిగతంగా ప్రయోజనం పొందారని చెప్పడం లేదు. మరి అలాంటప్పుడు ఆయనను ఎందుకు అరెస్టు చేశారు. అది కూడా ముప్పైసార్లు రోజులు తరబడి ప్రశ్నించాక , మళ్లీ తమ అదుపులో ఉంచుకుని ప్రశ్నించడానికి అరెస్టు చేశారనుకోవాలి. అన్నాళ్లలో దొరకని సమాచారం ఇప్పుడు కష్టడీలో ఉంటే దొరుకుతుందా? జగన్ కంపెనీలకు , అంతకుముందు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి కుటుంబానికి ఆడిటర్ గా ఉంటూ వారికి అత్యంత సన్నిహితుడుగా, కీలకమైన వ్యక్తిగా ఉన్న విజయసాయిరెడ్డిని ముందు అరెస్టు చేసి ఆ తర్వాత ఆయన చెప్పే విషయాల ఆధారంగా జగన్ ను అరెస్టు చేయాలన్నది సిబిఐ ఉద్దేశం అని అంటున్నారు. అలాగే మరికొందరు పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలను కూడా అరెస్టు చేయవచ్చని అంటున్నారు. తప్పు జరిగితే కచ్చితంగా అరెస్టు చేయవలసిందే. కాని ఇక్కడ అనేక సందేహాలకు తావిచ్చే విధంగా కేసు విచారణ జరుగుతోందన్నది చాలామందికి అనుమానంగా ఉంది. అసలు హైకోర్టు ఇచ్చిన ఆదేశాలపైనే చాలామంది విమర్శలు చేస్తున్నారు. అది ఒక కోణం. ఆ తర్వాత హైకోర్టు నుంచి సిబిఐ కి కేసు వచ్చాక దర్యాప్తు జరుగుతున్న తీరుపై అనేక ప్రశ్నలు ఉత్పన్నమవుతున్నాయి. హైకోర్టు ఒకే తరహా కేసులలో భిన్న రకాలుగా తీర్పులు ఇస్తున్నదన్న వ్యాఖ్యలు వస్తున్నాయి. అసలు న్యాయవ్యవస్థ కూడా రాజకీయాలకు అతీతంగా లేదన్న సంశయాలు వ్యక్తం అవుతున్నాయి. ఇక సిబిఐ అయితే రాజకీయ పెద్దల సలహాల మేరకే కొన్ని కేసులలో వ్యవహరిస్తోందన్న విమర్శలు ప్రత్యక్షంగానే వస్తున్నాయి. వాటిలో నిజాలు ఉన్నాయా? లేవా అన్నది వేరే విషయం. రాజకీయంగా అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత కలిగిన ఈ కేసులో సహజంగానే సిబిఐ అధికారులు తీవ్రమైన ఒత్తిడికి గురి అవుతారు.ఎంత నిజాయితీపరులైన అధికారులుగా పేరొందినవారు సైతం ఇలాంటి
కేసులలో ఇబ్బంది పడుతుంటారు. ఎందుకంటే ఈ కేసులో కొందరి జోలికి వెళ్లకుండా, కొందరిని మాత్రమే లక్ష్యంగా ఎంచుకుని కేసును సఫలం చేయవలసిన బాధ్యత వీరిపై
ఉంటుంది.రాజకీయ బాస్ ల ఆదేశాల మేరకు సిబిఐ ఉన్నతాధికారుల దర్శకత్వంలో ఈ సంస్థ అధికారులు పని చేయక తప్పని పరిస్థితి ఉంది. స్వతంత్ర సంస్థగా మారితే ఆ పరిస్థితి మారుతుందా? అని అడిగితే ఔనని చెప్పలేకపోయినా, కొంత అవకాశం ఉంటుందని మాత్రం ఒప్పుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది. కనీసం ఇది వాస్తవం, ఇది కాదు అని కొందరైనా ధైర్యంగా చెప్పడానికి ఛాన్స్ ఉంటుంది.జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసులో నిజానికి ఒకవేళ అరెస్టు చేయవలసి వస్తే ఎవరిని అరెస్టు చేస్తారు? జగన్ ని అంతా అనుకుంటారు. కాని జగన్ ను వ్యక్తిగతంగా ఈ కేసులో ఇంతవరకు ప్రశ్నించలేదు. ఆ మాటకు వస్తే జగన్ ఎన్నడూ అధికారంలో లేరు.తండ్రి సంపాదించిన డబ్బును అనుభవిస్తున్నారని భావించవచ్చు. అయితే తప్పు తండ్రిదా? లేదా కొడుకుది అవుతుందా? లేదూ జగన్ నేరుగా ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవహారాలలో జోక్యం చేసుకుని ఎవరెవరకు మేలు చేశారని ఏమైనా సిబిఐ చెప్పగలుగుతుందా? అంటే దానికి సంబందించిన ఆదారాలు దొరకడం దాదాపు అసాధ్యం. ఇక పెట్టుబడిదారులు ఎవరి పరిశ్రమలలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టాలో న్యాయస్థానాలు, సిబిఐ నిర్దేశించే పరిస్థితి రావడం మంచిదా? లేదూ పారిశ్రామిక వేత్తలు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి లేదా జగన్ అక్రమంగా సంపాదించిన సొమ్మును వారిద్వారా పెట్టించారా?అన్నదానికి సంబంధించిన ఆధారాలు ఉన్నా చర్యలు చేపట్టవచ్చు. నిజానికి దేశంలోనే ఇది ఒక మోడల్ కేసు. ఈ కేసులో రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి లేదా జగన్ అవినీతికి పాల్పడలేదని ఎవరూ అనుకోవడం లేదు. కాకపోతే వారు నిజంగా అవినీతికి పాల్పడినప్పుడు వచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదులను సంబంధిత దర్యాప్తు సంస్థలు కాని ఇతర వ్యవస్థలు కాని పట్టించుకోకుండా, కేవలం రాజకీయపరమైన విబేధాలు వచ్చాక మాత్రమే ఇది మొదలవడం అనుమానాలకు తావిచ్చింది. అంతేకాదు. రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి అక్రమంగా సంపాదించిన సొమ్మును ఢిల్లీ వరకు పంపిణీ చేశారన్న వాస్తవం అందరికి తెలుసు. అంతేకాదు. ఢిల్లీకే కాదు. కిందిస్థాయిలో ఎమ్.పిటిసి ఎన్నిక జరిగితే పోటీచేసిన అభ్యర్ధి వరకు అన్ని ఎన్నికలలో పోటీచేసిన కాంగ్రెస్ అభ్యర్దులకు ఈ డబ్బు పంపిణీ అయింది. ఇక్కడ ఒక సంఘటన చెప్పుకోవాలి. ఒక సందర్బంగా అప్పట్లో ప్రభుత్వంలో కీలక పాత్రలో ఉన్న ఒక నేతతో అప్పట్లో మిత్రపక్షంగా ఉన్న సిపిఐ నాయకుడు ఒకరు ప్రభుత్వంలో అవినీతి తీవ్రం అవుతోంది? ఎలా ఇలాగైతేనని ఒక సందర్భంలో ప్రశ్నించారు. అప్పుడు ఆ నాయకుడు ఆ సిపిఐ నాయకుడిని నేరుగా ఒక ప్రశ్న వేశారు.ఎమ్.పిటిసి ఎన్నిక జరిగితే మీకు లక్ష రూపాయలను పార్టీపరంగా పంపించారు.అది ఎవరి జేబులో నుంచి పంపారని అనుకుంటున్నావు? మీరెలా తీసుకున్నారు? అని ప్రశ్నించారు.అంతే.. ఆ తర్వాత ఆ సిపిఐ నాయకుడు ఆ ప్రస్తావన తేలేదు. అంటే ఒక ఎమ్.పి.టి.సి, ఒక మున్సిపల్ వార్డు ఎన్నికను సైతం ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా తీసుకుని లక్షల కొద్ది డబ్బు పంపిణీ చేశారంటే ఆ డబ్బు అంతా ఎవరో ఒకరు ఇచ్చింది కాదా? ఇక ఎమ్మెల్యే ఎన్నికలు, ఎమ్.పి ఎన్నికలలో కోట్ల డబ్బు ధారాళంగా పంపిణీ చేశారన్నది వాస్తవం. అలా చేయగా మిగిలినదానిలో కొంత వెనుకేసుకుని ఉండవచ్చు. అందులో ఎవరికి
సందేహం లేదు.అయితే ఇదేదో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఒక్కటే ఇలా చేసిందని కాదు. తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీతో సహా అన్ని పార్టీలు చేసే వ్యవహారమే. వారికి ఎవరో ఒకరు ఇచ్చే డబ్బే అది. కాకపోతే కొంత ఎక్కువ, తక్కువగా ఉండవచ్చు. అయితే రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి మరణించాక జరిగిన పరిణామాలలో జగన్ చేసిన తిరుగుబాటు నేపద్యంలో ఈ కేసు రావడంతో జగన్ ఒక్కడే

సహకరించినందుకే, జగన్ కు అక్రమంగా వచ్చిన డబ్బును చట్టాలకు అనుగుణంగా చక్కబెట్టారన్న అనుమానానికే విజయసాయిరెడ్డిని అరెస్టు చేస్తే, మరి రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలలో భాగస్వాములైనవారికి ఎవరికి ఎలాంటి సంబంధం ఉండదని సిబిఐ అభిప్రాయపడుతోందా?లేదా వారి జోలికి వెళ్లరాదని బావిస్తోందా?లేదూ భవిష్యత్తులో వై.ఎస్. ప్రభుత్వంలో పనిచేసినవారి సంగతి కూడా చూస్తారా? గత కొద్ది కాలంగా మంత్రి గా ఉన్న శంకరరావు తోటి మంత్రులపైనే అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు చేస్తూ పెద్ద ఎత్తున గలభా చేస్తున్నా ముఖ్యమంత్రికి పట్టదు. గవర్నర్ కు పట్టదు. హైకోర్టు పట్టించుకోదు. చివరికి శంకరరావు రాష్ట్రపతి వరకు వెళ్లారు. వారెవరు అడగలేదు కాబట్టి సిబిఐ కూడా దానికి జోలికి వెళ్లదు. ఇదే వివక్ష అన్న భావానికి తావిస్తోంది. అయితే మంత్రులపై విచారణ అన్న జరగాలి లేదా శంకరరావును అయినా పదవి నుంచి తొలగించాలి. వీటిలో ఏది జరగపోవడం అనుమానాలకు తావివ్వదా?ఇక జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసులో సిబిఐ ఎంత పారదర్శకంగా వ్యవహరిస్తే అంత మంచి పేరు వస్తుంది. ముందుగా రాజశేఖరరరెడ్డి తీసుకున్న కీలక నిర్ణయాలేమిటి. ఎవరెవరు కలిసి ఆ నిర్ణయాలు చేశారు? వాటి ప్రభావం ఏమిటి? వాటి వల్ల ప్రభుత్వానికి, అంటే రాష్ట్రానికి కలిగిన నష్టం ఏమిటి? తద్వారా లాభం పొందిన పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలు లేదా వ్యక్తులు ఎవరెవరు?వారి పాత్ర ఏమిటి?వారు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి కుటుంబానికి మాత్రమే డబ్బు ఇచ్చారా? లేదా ఆయన ప్రభుత్వంలోని ఇతరులు ఎవరికైనా డబ్బు సమకూర్చారా?ఆ డబ్బును ఎలా తరలించారు? జగన్ కు ఆ డబ్బును ఎలా చేర్చారు? జగన్ కే కాకుండా డిల్లీ స్థాయిలోకాని, ఇతర స్థాయిలలో కాని డబ్బు వెళ్లిందా? వెళితే దానిని ఎలా వినియోగించారు. దేశ రాజకీయాలలో ఈ డబ్బు ఎంత కీలక పాత్ర పోషించింది? ఉదాహరణకు కేంద్రంలోని యుపిఎ ప్రభుత్వం నూక్లియర్ ఒప్పందం విషయంలో లోక్ సభలో ఓటింగ్ వచ్చినప్పుడు వై.ఎస్.రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి వంటి కొందరు ఇతర పార్టీల ఎమ్.పిలను ఆకట్టుకున్నారన్న సంగతి తెలుసు. అప్పుడు కోట్లు వెచ్చించారని ఆరోపణలు వచ్చాయి. అదంతా కాంగ్రెస్ హై కమాండ్ తో సహా అందరికి తెలిసిన విషయమే. జగన్ ఆస్తుల కేసుకు, ఎమ్.పిల కొనుగోలుకు ఏమి సంబంధం అని అడగవచ్చు. కచ్చితంగా సంబందం ఉంటుంది. అప్పుడు కూడా డబ్బు సమకూర్చిన పెద్దలు ప్రబుత్వం నుంచి ఏదో ఒక మేలు పొందే ఉంటారు కదా. అంతేకాక వారిలో కొందరు జగన్ కంపెనీలలో పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టి ఉంటారు కదా.వాటిని విచారించే బాధ్యత సిబిఐకి ఉండదా? కేవలం జగన్ కు మాత్రమే కేసును పరిమితం చేస్తారా?అలా అనుకుంటే రెండువేల నాలుగు నుంచి రెండువేల తొమ్మిది వరకు జరిగిన విషయాలకు కాకుండా అంతకుముందు జగన్ పెట్టుబడులపై కూడా సిబిఐ ఎందుకు విచారణ చేస్తోందని ఆయన సన్నిహితులు ఇప్పటికే ప్రశ్నించారు. కాబట్టి సిబిఐ దేశానికే ఒక మోడల్ గా ఉండే ఈ కేసులో కనుక ధైర్యంగా ముందుకు వెళ్లి వాస్తవాలను బహిర్గత పరిస్తే గల్లీ నుంచి ఢిల్లీ స్థాయి వరకు ఉన్న రాజకీయ నేతల మూలాలు కదులుతాయన్నది ఒక అభిప్రాయం.అదే కనుక జరిగితే భారతదేశ రాజకీయ వ్యవస్థ అంతటిని క్షాళణ చేయడానికి ఒక మహత్తర అవకాశం వస్తుంది. అంతేకాదు అన్ని వ్యవస్థలను ఒక దారికి తేవడానికి కూడా ఇది అవకాశం కల్పిస్తుంది. అలాకాకుండా జగన్ ను మాత్రమే టార్గెట్ గా చేసుకుంటే దానివల్ల వ్యవస్థలు మరింత భ్రష్టు పడతాయి. జగన్ కు సానుభూతి పెరుగుతుంది. అంటే వీరు చెబుతున్న అవినీతికి సానుభూతి పెరుగుతుందన్నమాట. మిగిలిన నేతలు అవినీతి చేస్తే అది ఒప్పు, జగన్ చేస్తే అది తప్పు అన్నట్లు గా కాకుండా ఎవరు అవినీతికి పాల్పడినా అంతు తేల్చే విధంగా సిబిఐ పనిచేయగలిగితే దేశ రాజకీయాలనే క్షాళన చేసే సంస్థగా సిబిఐ గొప్ప పేరు తెచ్చుకుంటుంది. అలాంటి దైర్యం సిబిఐకి ఉందా
