హైదరాబాద్, ఫిబ్రవరి 13 : పెట్టుబడుల ఆకర్షణలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ హవా కొనసాగుతోంది. 2011 ఆఖరు నాటికి మొత్తం 12.09 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన పెట్టుబడి ప్రతిపాదనలను ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఆకర్షించింది. మొత్తం దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఈ ఏడాదిలో వచ్చిన పెట్టుబడి ప్రతిపాదనల్లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ వాటా 10 శాతం ఉంది. పెట్టుబడుల ఆకర్షణలో గుజరాత్, మహారాష్ట్ర తర్వాత స్థానంలో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ఉంది. ఈ వివరాలను అసోచామ్ వెల్లడించింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా ఈ ఏడాది మొత్తం 120.34 లక్షల కోట్ల రూ పాయల విలువైన పెట్టుబడి ప్రతిపాదనలు వచ్చినట్టుగా సంస్థ వెల్లడించింది.
ఈ మొత్తంలో కేవలం ఐదు రాష్ట్రాల (గుజరాత్, మహారాష్ట్ర, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, ఒడిషా, కర్నాటక) వాటానే 53.54 శాతం ఉన్నట్టుగా అసోచామ్ నేషనల్ సెక్రటరీ జనరల్ డిఎస్ రావత్ తెలిపారు. మిగితా పెట్టుబడులను మరో 15 రాష్ట్రాలు పంచుకున్నట్టుగా ఆయన వివరించారు. పెట్టుబడుల ఆకర్షణలో అన్ని రాష్ట్రాల్లోకి అగ్రగామిగా ఉన్న గుజరాత్‌కు 16.28 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన ప్రతిపాదనలు వచ్చినట్టుగా ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఆ తర్వాత స్థానం లో ఉన్న మహారాష్ట్ర 14.41 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన ప్రతిపాదనలను ఆకట్టుకుంది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు వచ్చిన పెట్టుబడుల్లో అత్యధిక భాగం విద్యుత్ రంగంలో (32.5 శాతం) ఉన్నాయి. ఆ తర్వాత స్థానంలో ఉత్పత్తుల రంగం (21.7 శాతం) ఉంది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా కూడా విద్యుత్ రంగం లో పెట్టుబడుల ప్రతిపాదనలే అత్యధికంగా ఉన్నాయి. మొత్తం పెట్టుబడి ప్రతిపాదనల్లో 35 శాతం విద్యుత్ రంగానికి సంబంధించినవే. నీటి పారుదల సహా ప్రాథమిక రంగంలో పెట్టుబడుల విషయంలో మాత్రం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అగ్రగామిగా ఉంది. ఈ విషయంలో మాత్రం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ తర్వాతనే గుజరాత్, కర్నాటక ఉన్నాయి.

హైదరాబాద్, న్యూస్‌లైన్: ఎమ్మార్ కేసులో తనను అరెస్ట్ చేయడాన్ని సవాలు చేస్తూ ఎమ్మార్ ఎంజీఎఫ్ ఆర్థిక విభాగం అధిత విజయరాఘవ్ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. కేసు విచారణ సమయంలో సీబీఐ అధికారులు తనతో వ్యవహరించిన తీరును రాజ్యాంగ విరుద్ధంగా ప్రకటించాలని కోర్టును కోరారు. అసలు సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తు తీరును చట్ట విరుద్ధంగా ప్రకటించాలని అభ్యర్థించారు. రూ.138 కోట్ల మేర డబ్బు వసూలు చేసిన తుమ్మల రంగారావు ముందస్తు బెయిల్ విషయంలో సీబీఐ అధికారులు ఎటువంటి అభ్యంతరం చెప్పలేదని తన పిటిషన్‌లో పేర్కొన్నారు. నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగా దర్యాప్తు సాగించేలా సీబీఐని ఆదేశించాలని ఆయన కోర్టును కోరారు. అంతేకాక సాక్షులను బెదిరించడం గానీ, వారి పట్ల కఠినంగా వ్యవహరించడంగానీ చేయకుండా, మీడియాను ఓ ఆయుధంగా ఉపయోగించకుండా కూడా సీబీఐకి ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయాలని కోర్టును అభ్యర్థించారు. జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీ నుంచి తనకు విముక్తి కల్పించాలని రాఘవ తన పిటిషన్‌లో కోరారు.
It was an excellent move by MLAs supporting our party to wear our party symbol to the assembly. It was like a slap on the face of Congress leaders claiming that our MLAs are in touch with them and are trying to return to Congress.
Also, writing a letter to EC shows our commitment to getting elected on YSRCP ticket. We should also explore other options such as taking primary membership in YSRCP (which I think they already did) and sending copies of the membership documents to the speaker and governor and releasing a copy to the media.
If the speaker still doesn’t respond, then it will set such a bad precedent that it will be the end of anti-defection law in AP. Any legislator can defect and continue in future by showing this example. I am sure the courts will be forced to interfere and find fault with the speaker if that happens.
I think Congress is forcing the speaker to delay a decision for two reasons:
1. They don’t want to have about 10% of the seats in the state from all regions to go to polls at the same time. If that happens, it will be called mini general elections. Everybody knows that Congress will get washed out at least in these seats where YSRCP and TRS candidates are causing by elections.
2. They want to delay so that our party MLAs will be out of the assembly for a long time. If the by elections don’t happen along with the seven seats which are vacant now, then they won’t happen for about six months afterwards. For that six month period, Congress wants to keep our MLAs our of power and assembly.
agreed.. we should utilise every opportunity during the assembly session to point the fingres at congress as entire state will be focussing on ongoing assembly sesssions…. we should come out with daily some new thought to project that the delay is due to congress and they fear of conducting the elections….

ఈ మొత్తంలో కేవలం ఐదు రాష్ట్రాల (గుజరాత్, మహారాష్ట్ర, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, ఒడిషా, కర్నాటక) వాటానే 53.54 శాతం ఉన్నట్టుగా అసోచామ్ నేషనల్ సెక్రటరీ జనరల్ డిఎస్ రావత్ తెలిపారు. మిగితా పెట్టుబడులను మరో 15 రాష్ట్రాలు పంచుకున్నట్టుగా ఆయన వివరించారు. పెట్టుబడుల ఆకర్షణలో అన్ని రాష్ట్రాల్లోకి అగ్రగామిగా ఉన్న గుజరాత్‌కు 16.28 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన ప్రతిపాదనలు వచ్చినట్టుగా ఆయన చెప్పారు. ఆ తర్వాత స్థానం లో ఉన్న మహారాష్ట్ర 14.41 లక్షల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువైన ప్రతిపాదనలను ఆకట్టుకుంది. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు వచ్చిన పెట్టుబడుల్లో అత్యధిక భాగం విద్యుత్ రంగంలో (32.5 శాతం) ఉన్నాయి. ఆ తర్వాత స్థానంలో ఉత్పత్తుల రంగం (21.7 శాతం) ఉంది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా కూడా విద్యుత్ రంగం లో పెట్టుబడుల ప్రతిపాదనలే అత్యధికంగా ఉన్నాయి. మొత్తం పెట్టుబడి ప్రతిపాదనల్లో 35 శాతం విద్యుత్ రంగానికి సంబంధించినవే. నీటి పారుదల సహా ప్రాథమిక రంగంలో పెట్టుబడుల విషయంలో మాత్రం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అగ్రగామిగా ఉంది. ఈ విషయంలో మాత్రం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ తర్వాతనే గుజరాత్, కర్నాటక ఉన్నాయి.

దీంతో ఇప్పటి వరకూ భూ కేటాయింపుల్లో తన ప్రభుత్వం పారదర్శకంగా వ్యవహరించిందని నమ్మించేందుకు తెలుగుదేశం అధినేత చంద్రబాబు చేస్తున్న ప్రయత్నాలు బెడిసి కొట్టే అవకాశాలే కనిపిస్తున్నాయి. ఎమ్మార్ ప్రాపర్టీస్‌కు ఎకరం ఇరవై ఐదు లక్షల రూపాయలకు అప్పటి తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వం భూములను కేటాయించింది. అయితే ఎమ్మార్ ప్రాపర్టీస్‌కు కేటాయించిన భూమిని ఆనుకుని ఉన్న తన భార్య భువనేశ్వరి పేరిట ఉన్న మూడు ఎకరాల భూమిని ఎకరం కోటి రూపాయలకు బాబు విక్రయించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. బాబుకు అత్యంత సన్నిహితుడైన కోనేరు ప్రసాద్ దుబాయి నుంచి ఈ భూమిని ఎమ్మార్‌కు కేటాయింపు చేయటంలో కీలకపాత్ర పోషించి, వందల కోట్ల రూపాయలు అక్రమంగా సంపాదించినట్టు రుజువు కావటంతో జైలుకు వెళ్లారు. ఎమ్మార్‌ను రంగంలోకి దించి భూములను కేటాయించిన 2000 సంవత్సరం నుంచీ జరిగిన లావాదేవీలపై విచారణ సాగిస్తున్నట్టు సిబిఐ సోమవారం సుప్రీం కోర్టుకు మొట్టమొదటిసారి తెలియచేసింది.

సీబీఐ తీరును రాజ్యాంగ విరుద్ధంగా ప్రకటించండి

హైదరాబాద్, న్యూస్‌లైన్: ఎమ్మార్ కేసులో తనను అరెస్ట్ చేయడాన్ని సవాలు చేస్తూ ఎమ్మార్ ఎంజీఎఫ్ ఆర్థిక విభాగం అధిత విజయరాఘవ్ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. కేసు విచారణ సమయంలో సీబీఐ అధికారులు తనతో వ్యవహరించిన తీరును రాజ్యాంగ విరుద్ధంగా ప్రకటించాలని కోర్టును కోరారు. అసలు సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తు తీరును చట్ట విరుద్ధంగా ప్రకటించాలని అభ్యర్థించారు. రూ.138 కోట్ల మేర డబ్బు వసూలు చేసిన తుమ్మల రంగారావు ముందస్తు బెయిల్ విషయంలో సీబీఐ అధికారులు ఎటువంటి అభ్యంతరం చెప్పలేదని తన పిటిషన్‌లో పేర్కొన్నారు. నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగా దర్యాప్తు సాగించేలా సీబీఐని ఆదేశించాలని ఆయన కోర్టును కోరారు. అంతేకాక సాక్షులను బెదిరించడం గానీ, వారి పట్ల కఠినంగా వ్యవహరించడంగానీ చేయకుండా, మీడియాను ఓ ఆయుధంగా ఉపయోగించకుండా కూడా సీబీఐకి ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయాలని కోర్టును అభ్యర్థించారు. జ్యుడీషియల్ కస్టడీ నుంచి తనకు విముక్తి కల్పించాలని రాఘవ తన పిటిషన్‌లో కోరారు.
It was an excellent move by MLAs supporting our party to wear our party symbol to the assembly. It was like a slap on the face of Congress leaders claiming that our MLAs are in touch with them and are trying to return to Congress.
Also, writing a letter to EC shows our commitment to getting elected on YSRCP ticket. We should also explore other options such as taking primary membership in YSRCP (which I think they already did) and sending copies of the membership documents to the speaker and governor and releasing a copy to the media.
If the speaker still doesn’t respond, then it will set such a bad precedent that it will be the end of anti-defection law in AP. Any legislator can defect and continue in future by showing this example. I am sure the courts will be forced to interfere and find fault with the speaker if that happens.
I think Congress is forcing the speaker to delay a decision for two reasons:
1. They don’t want to have about 10% of the seats in the state from all regions to go to polls at the same time. If that happens, it will be called mini general elections. Everybody knows that Congress will get washed out at least in these seats where YSRCP and TRS candidates are causing by elections.
2. They want to delay so that our party MLAs will be out of the assembly for a long time. If the by elections don’t happen along with the seven seats which are vacant now, then they won’t happen for about six months afterwards. For that six month period, Congress wants to keep our MLAs our of power and assembly.
agreed.. we should utilise every opportunity during the assembly session to point the fingres at congress as entire state will be focussing on ongoing assembly sesssions…. we should come out with daily some new thought to project that the delay is due to congress and they fear of conducting the elections….
