Hon’ble Ms. Justice G. Rohini was born on 14th April 1955 at Visakhapatnam, in Andhra Pradesh State, India.
She was graduated in Science in the year 1976 from Osmania University and obtained degree in Law with First Class from the College of Law, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
Appointed as a Government Pleader in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 12.01.1995 and continued till she was elevated to the Bench.
Appointed as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and sworn in as such on 25-06-2001.
Appointed as a Permanent Judge on 31-07-2002.

Chief Justice of High Court Justice AR Lakshmanan administered the oath to newly elected Judges MS Narayana, G Rohini, T Gopala Krishna, M Narasimha Reddy in Hyderabad.
Justice Rohini set aside the order granting mining lease to the company for extracting iron ore in 231 acres in Malpanagudi village in Anantapur district on the plea that the Government did not follow the due procedures in the selection process.
Justice G. Rohini was passing these interim orders in a writ petition filed by Ramoji Rao, head of Eenadu group, challenging the Constitutional validity of appointing a special public prosecutor to conduct proceedings against him in the court of First Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.
Justice Rohini, who happened to be cousin to Pervarm Ramulu, DG during Naidu ruling and now active member of TDP, has saved Ramoji this time from severe embarrassment.
A Division Bench of the High Court, comprising Chief Justice Devinder Gupta and Justice Rohini, on Thursday dismissed the writ petition filed seeking enquiry by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the alleged disproportionate assets of the former Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu
Recently I went to a marriage function at Nellore, visited both Kovur and sarvepalli constituencies, Nallapareddy also attended the marriage. Spoke to several people general feeling is Nallapareddy will win easily, congress may get second place, and TDP stands third.
Kovur people are supporting Nallapareddy family for past 3 decades, Apart from his own base he can split TDP votes in his favour and congress split votes will also be in his favour. Talk is that Vijayamma garu has given consent for 3 public meetings.
Somireddy (TDP, sarvepalli) was forced by Babu to contest Kovur as there is no strong leader for TDP. Polam Reddy (Congress) may stand second as he is having some money power.
One thing to remember while commenting on judgement is that one can find fault in the judgement but not the judge. Pls follow his rule. I am going ahead and editing all the comments.
Judge gives the Judgement. If he/she is biased/corrupted, the Judgement can be twisted if the Judge is corrupted.
The myth to be busted among common masses is, a Judge is a common man like him, who has no other qualification except he/she studied the written law. A Judge has no higher moral values than that of a common man, is not uncommon, and can be corrupted.
We should expose this particular Judge. Why is the media, and alternate-media like this site shying away from this?

Who is right here Gulam Mohammad or Rohini?
How can there be 2 opposing judgments for the same issue? If Supreme court gives a judgment inline with Gulam, will Rohini be punished? Is there a law that punishes or dismisses a Judge for a wrong Judgement?
Why don’t the TV media interview both these Judges? Why not TV9 or Sakshi have a debate at 9:00 PM with both Gulam and Rohini? This is screwed-up democracy.
The discussion in TVs should be around ‘Are Judges as corrupt as other Bureaucratic structures?’ I am waiting for that day.
