హైదరాబాద్: వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కేంద్ర కార్యనిర్వహణ మండలి (సెంట్రల్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్ కౌన్సిల్ )ని ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. 35 మంది సభ్యులతో కేంద్ర పాలక మండలి (సెంట్రల్ గవర్నింగ్ కౌన్సిల్ )కు సమానంగా దీనిని ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. పార్టీ తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాలను అమలు చేయడం ఈ కౌన్సిల్ బాధ్యత.

న్యూఢిల్లీ: ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ శానససభ ఎన్నికల్లో తిరుగులేని విజయం సాధించిన సమాజ్‌వాదీ పార్టీ నేత ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్‌పై, ఆయన కుటుంబ సభ్యులపై సిబిఐ కత్తి వేలాడుతోంది. ఐదేళ్లనాటి సిబిఐ విచారణకు సంబంధించిన కేసు మళ్లీ ముందుకు వస్తుందా అనే అనుమానాలు వ్యక్తమవుతున్నాయి. అది ఆదాయానికి మించిన ఆస్తులకు సంబంధించిన కేసు. ములాయం, ఆనయ కుమారులు అఖిలేష్, ప్రతీక్, కోడలు డింపుల్ ఆదాయానికి మించిన ఆస్తులను కూడబెట్టారనే ఆరోపణలకు సంబంధించి ప్రాథమిక సాక్ష్యాధారాలున్నాయని, ఈ కేసు విచారణను కొనసాగించడానికి అనుమతి ఇవ్వాలని సిబిఐ 2007 అక్టోబర్ 26వ తేదీన సుప్రీంకోర్టులో దరఖాస్తు చేసింది.
ప్రాథమిక నివేదికను తదుపరి చర్యల నిమిత్తం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి సమర్పించాలని సుప్రీంకోర్టు సిబిఐని ఆదేశించింది. ఈ వ్యవహారం నలుగుతుండగానే కేంద్రంలో రాజకీయ సమీకరణాలు మారాయి. ఇండో – అమెరికన్ అణు ఒప్పందంపై విశ్వాస పరీక్ష సమయంలో యుపిఎకి సమాజ్‌వాదీ పార్టీకి చెందిన 39 మంది పార్లమెంటు సభ్యుల మద్దతు అవసరమైంది. దీంతో కేంద్రం ములాయం, ఆయన కుటుంబ సభ్యులపై సిబిఐ విచారణ విషయంలో వెనక్కి తగ్గినట్లు చెబుతున్నారు.
రాజకీయ సమీకరణాలు మారిన నేపథ్యంలో తాము 2007 అక్టోబడర్ 26వ తేదీన దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్‌ను వెనక్కి తీసుకోవడానికి అనుమతి ఇవ్వాలని సిబిఐ సుప్రీంకోర్టును కోరింది. 2008 డిసెంబర్ 6వ తేదీన సిబిఐ ఆ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసింది. లెక్కల్లో కొన్ని తప్పులు దొర్లడం వల్ల ములాయం, ఆయన కుటుంబ సభ్యులు ఆదాయానికి మించి ఆస్తులు కూడబెట్టారనే తప్పుడు అంచనాకు వచ్చామని సిబిఐ తెలిపింది. దీనిపై సుప్రీంకోర్టు బెంచ్ న్యాయవాదులు అల్తమాస్ కబీర్, సిరైక్ జోసెఫ్ తమ నిర్ణయాన్ని రిజర్వ్ చేసుకున్నారు. ఇప్పటికీ సుప్రీంకోర్టు నిర్ణయం వెలువడలేదు. జోసెఫ్ పదవీ విరమణ చేశారు. ఈ స్థితిలో ములాయం సింగ్‌కు, ఆయన కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు సమస్య ఉత్పన్నం కావచ్చునని అంటున్నారు.

Is family welfare minister DL Ravindra Reddy moving closer to Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy
His remarks during an interaction with mediapersons in the Assembly lobbies on Tuesday lent credence to the rumours.
Ravindra Reddy is learnt to have said that after the by-elections for the 17 Assembly seats, as many as 70 MLAs would join the Jagan camp.
Ever since chief minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy clipped his wings and stripped him of the medical education portfolio, Ravindra Reddy has been seething with anger.
Citing ill health, Ravindra Reddy ducked out of sight for some time but of late has been making statements that made one wonder if he was showing more than normal interest in Jagan.
Ravindra Reddy had been, for a very long time, a bitter critic of Jagan. After YSRs demise, Ravindra Reddy wanted Jagan to meet him personally and seek his help in his political career. When nothing of the sort happened, Ravindra Reddy nursed a grudge against YSRs scion.
In the Kadapa Lok Sabha by-election held in May last year, Ravindra Reddy contested against Jagan on Congress ticket. Though he suffered a humiliating defeat, he did not stop attacking him. In the course of time, his relations with Kiran Kumar Reddy too strained, particularly after the chief minister entrusted the 108 emergency services to the GVK group much against his wish.

‘‘ప్రియా నన్ను మరిచిపో… ఎన్ని తరాలు మారినా, ఈ పెద్ద వాళ్లు మారరుప్రియా! ఆనాటి లైలా మజ్నుల ప్రేమను ఈ పెద్దవాళ్లు ఒప్పుకోలేదు. మొన్నటి దేవదాసు పార్వతి ప్రేమను అడ్డుకున్నారు. నిన్నటి దేవానంద్ సురయా ప్రేమను కాలరాచారు. మన ప్రేమను త్యాగం చేయాల్సిందే తప్పదు’’ అంటూ సీనియర్ ఎస్టీఆర్ స్టైల్‌లో చెప్పిన మాటలనే రెండేసి సార్లుచెప్పిన రాజేష్ రియాక్షన్ కోసం ప్రియ ముఖంలోకి చూశాడు. ‘‘అదేంటి రాజేష్ నీ మాటను మీ ఇంట్లో వాళ్లు కాదనరని, కాదన్నా ఎక్కడికైనా పారిపోయి పెళ్లి చేసుకుని చిలకా గోరింకల్లా ఉందామన్నావ్! మరిప్పుడేమో ’’ అంటూ ఇక మాట్లడలేకపోయింది. ‘‘మనం ఒకటి తలిస్తే,దైవం మరోటి తలుస్తాడు’’ అని కాసేపు ఆగాడు. ‘‘దేవుడిని కూడా ఎదిరిస్తానన్నావ్’’ అంది ప్రియ. ‘‘ ఆవేశంతో మనిషి దేవున్ని కూడా ఎదిరించగలనని అనుకుంటాడు ప్రియా కానీ అంతా కాల మహిమ. మన ప్రేమను త్యాగం చేయక తప్పదు’’ అంటూ రాజేష్ ముఖంలోకి బాధను ఆహ్వానించాడు. మరి కడుపులో పెరుగుతున్న నీ ప్రతిరూపం మాటేంటి రాజేష్’’ ప్రియ అడిగింది. ‘‘అదీ త్యాగం చేయాలి’’ అని మెల్లగా పలికాడు. ‘‘అలా అంటావా? రాజేష్ ఏదో ఒక రోజు ఇలాంటి త్యాగం సీన్ మన ప్రేమలో ఉంటుందని ఊహించాను. మన వ్యవహారాన్ని మొత్తం రికార్డు చేశాను. అన్ని ఆధారాలను పోలీసులకు, నువ్వు పెళ్లి చేసుకోవాలనుకుంటున్న అమ్మాయి తల్లిదండ్రులకు పంపించే ఏర్పాటు చేసే వచ్చాను రాజేష్’’ అంటూ ప్రియ నవ్వింది. ‘‘పిచ్చి ప్రియా నిజమే అనుకున్నావా? ఆ దేవుడే దిగివచ్చినా మన ప్రేమను త్యాగం చేయను. ఉత్తుత్తినే నిన్ను ఆటపట్టించాలని అన్నాను’’ అని రాజేశ్ నవ్వాడు. నేనూ అంతే అని ప్రియ నవ్వింది.

కొన్ని జీవితాలు అంతే.. వాళ్లు త్యాగాల కోసమే పుడతారు. కానీ సమాజమే వారి త్యాగాలను గుర్తించదు. ఈ మట్టి చేసుకున్న పుణ్యమో ఏమో కానీ మహనీయుల త్యాగం దేశంలో జీవనదిలా ప్రవహిస్తోంది. మీ కోసం ఆరునెలల పదవీ కాలాన్ని త్యాగం చేస్తున్నాను, నా త్యాగాన్ని గుర్తించండి అని ఒక రాజకీయ త్యాగధనుడు ముందస్తు ఎన్నికలకు వెళ్లారు. త్యాగాన్ని గుర్తించమన్నాడు కదా? అని ఆయన్ని ఎన్నికల్లో ఓడించారు. ఔను మరి గెలిపిస్తే త్యాగాన్ని చిన్నచూపు చూసినట్టు అవుతుంది కదా? ఆనాటి త్యాగం నుంచి ఆయన ఇప్పటి వరకు కోలుకోలేదు. ఒక రకంగా ఈయన ఆ శ్రీరాముడి కన్నా గొప్పవారే అని ఆయన అభిమానులంటారు. శ్రీరాముడి కథను లవకుశులు గానం చేశారు కానీ స్వయంగా శ్రీరాముడికి చెప్పుకునే అదృష్టం దక్కలేదు. ఏ పూర్వజన్మ సుకృతమో కానీ ఆయన ఒక్కరికే తన త్యాగాన్ని తాను గానం చేసుకునే అదృష్టం దక్కింది. ఒకటా రెండా? ఆయన త్యాగాలకు అంతు లేదు. ప్రధానమంత్రి లాంటి పదవిని త్యాగం చేసిన ఈయన కర్ణుడి కన్నా గొప్పవారే కదా? నీకు ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవి ఎవరిస్తారన్నారయ్యా బాబు రోజూ నాకు ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవి వద్దే వద్దు అని త్యాగం చేస్తున్నావు అంటూ ఆ మధ్య ఒకాయన కనికరం లేకుండా కటువుగా మాట్లాడారు. త్యాగం చేసేందుకు ఒకరివ్వాలా? ఏమిటో ఎవరో ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవి ఇస్తే త్యాగం చేసేందుకు ఆయన అల్లాటప్పా నాయకుడు కాదు ఆయనంతటి వారు ఆయన అందుకే ఎవరు ఇవ్వకపోయినా త్యాగం చేసేస్తున్నారు.
అంతటి త్యాగశీలిని పదవి లేనిదే క్షణం ఉండలేకపోతున్నారని ఆడిపోసుకుంటున్నారు కానీ త్యాగాన్ని గుర్తించడం లేదు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి పదవి కోసం మామను కుర్చీ నుంచి లాగేసిన అల్లుడి త్యాగాన్ని గుర్తించ లేదు. ప్రేమాభిషేకం సినిమాలో చివరి సీన్‌లోనైనా శ్రీదేవికి అక్కినేని త్యాగం గురించి తెలుస్తుంది. కానీ మన నాయకుల త్యాగాన్ని ప్రజలెప్పుడు తెలుసుకుంటారో? వారు వీరు అని కాదు, ఆ పార్టీ ఈ పార్టీ అని కాదు మన నాయకులు మనుషులకు సహజ సిద్ధమైన సిగ్గు అనేదాన్ని త్యాగం చేశారు. ఈ త్యాగానికి గుర్తింపే లేదు. క్లింటన్ అమెరికా అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఉన్నప్పుడు అప్పటి మన సిఎంతో రహస్యంగా చెవిలో నువ్వు నేను, టోనిబ్లేయిర్ కలిసి మరో ప్రపంచం సృష్టిద్దాం, దానికి నువ్వే అధ్యక్షుడివి అని ప్రతిపాదిస్తే, మరో ప్రపంచాన్ని కూడా త్యాగం చేస్తున్నాను నాకు తెలుగునాడే ముఖ్యం అని ప్రకటించిన త్యాగశీలి మన నేత. మా రాహుల్ ప్రధానమంత్రి కావాలనుకుంటే రాత్రికి రాత్రి అవుతారని కాంగ్రెస్ కేంద్ర మంత్రి ఒకరు చెప్పుకొచ్చారు. కానీ రాహుల్ మాత్రం ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవిని త్యాగం చేశారు. వాళ్ల అమ్మ కూడా అంతకు ముందు ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవిని త్యాగం చేశారాయే! ఆ మధ్య జి వెంకటస్వామి నాకు ఇక రాష్టప్రతి పదవి ఇస్తానన్నా వద్దంటాను అని త్యాగం చేశారు. అంతకు ముందు ఎం సత్యనారాయణరావు గవర్నర్ పదవి త్యాగం చేశారు. ఏంటీ వాళ్ల త్యాగాలు వీళ్ల త్యాగాల గురించి రాయడమే తప్ప మీ త్యాగం ఏమిటంటున్నారా? అంత మంది ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవి త్యాగం చేస్తుంటే నేనేం తక్కువ తిన్నానా? నేనూ ప్రధానమంత్రి పదవిని త్యాగం చేసేస్తా, నాకూ ఆ పదవి వద్దే వద్దు. జనాంతికంగా మీతోనే ఉండిపోతా..

హైదరాబాద్: ఎపిఐఐసి మేనేజింగ్ డైరెక్టర్ మీనా దుబాయ్‌లో రెండు విల్లాలు అడిగారని, ఆ రెండు విల్లాలు ఇస్తే వ్యవహారం పరిష్కరిస్తానని చెప్పారని ఎమ్మార్ ఎంజిఎఫ్ తరఫు న్యాయవాది హైకోర్టుకు చెప్పారు. ఎమ్మార్ విల్లాలు, స్థలాల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ కోసం వేసిన పిటిషన్‌పై బుధవారం హైకోర్టులో వాదనలు జరిగాయి. ఈ సందర్భంగా హైకోర్టు రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై తీవ్ర వ్యాఖ్యాలు చేసింది. ప్లాట్ యజమానులకు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయకుండా ఎందుకు అడ్డుకుంటున్నారని హైకోర్టు ప్రశ్నించింది. ప్లాట్లను, విల్లాలను కొనుగోలు చేయానలి అడిగిన మీరే రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లను ఎందుకు అడ్డుకుంటున్నారని ప్రశ్నించింది. భూమి కేటాయింపు కుంభకోణం వ్యవహారంపై ఎందుకు దృష్టి పెట్టడం లేదని, అప్పటి మంత్రివర్గాన్ని ఎందుకు ప్రశ్నించడం లేదని, ప్రాజెక్టుపై ఎందుకు సమీక్ష చేయడం లేదని హైకోర్టు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నించింది.
ప్లాట్లు, విల్లాలు కొనుగోలు చేసిన యజమానులది తప్పని తేలితే సిబిఐ చూసుకుంటుందని చెప్పింది. లాభాలు, షేర్ల విషయాలను ఎమ్మార్, ఎపిఐఐసి చూసుకోవాలని సూచించింది. ఒప్పందం మేరకు విల్లాలను, స్థలాలను రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయడం లేదని కొనుగోలుదారులు ఆరోపించారు. ప్రభుత్వం రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారం చేస్తోందని, రూ. 29 లక్షలకు ఎకరా చొప్పున ఎమ్మార్‌కు విక్రయించారని చెప్పింది. ఈ కేసులో విచారణ ముగిసింది. హైకోర్టు తీర్పును రిజర్వ్ చేసింది. విల్లాలు, స్థలాలు కొనుగోలు చేసినవారు నష్టపోతున్నారని హైకోర్టు వ్యాఖ్యానించింది. ప్రభుత్వం రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారం రుచి మరిగిందని వ్యాఖ్యానించింది.
హైదరాబాద్: ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్ ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో ఏఐసిసి ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి రాహుల్ గాంధీ, ప్రియాంక గాంధీ ప్రచార మంత్రం పని చేయక పోవడంతో వైయస్సార్ కాంగ్రెసు పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు, కడప పార్లమెంటు సభ్యుడు వైయస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి ఏఐసిసి అధ్యక్షురాలు సోనియా గాంధీ పైన, ఆమె కుటుంబం పైన చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు నిజమని నిరూపిస్తున్నాయని ఆ పార్టీ అంటోంది. మన రాష్ట్రంలో 2004లో, 2009లో జరిగిన సాధారణ ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెసు పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి రావడానికి కారణం తన తండ్రి, దివంగత ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైయస్ రాజశేఖర రెడ్డి కష్టార్జితమేనని జగన్ అంటూ వస్తున్నారు. సోనియా గాంధీ లేదా ఆయన కుటుంబం వల్ల రాష్ట్రంలో కాంగ్రెసు అధికారంలోకి రాలేదని ఆయన తన యాత్రలలో విమర్శిస్తున్నారు. అంతేకాదు కేంద్రంలోనూ యుపిఏ ప్రభుత్వం తన తండ్రి పెట్టిన భిక్షేనంటూ సోనియాపై తీవ్రస్థాయిలో ధ్వజమెత్తారు. వైయస్ పాదయాత్ర చేయకుంటే 2004లో కాంగ్రెసు అధికారంలోకి రాకపోయి ఉండేదన్నారు. ఆ తర్వాత ఐదేళ్లలో తన తండ్రి ప్రవేశ పెట్టిన పలు సంక్షేమ పథకాల కారణంగా ప్రజలు వైయస్‌ను చూసి 2009లో కాంగ్రెసును గెలిపించారని, కానీ సోనియా గాంధీని చూసి కాదని అంటున్నారు.

UP results proved YSR charisma in AP
The results of the assembly elections in UP have vindicated the claims of YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy that the Congress party had come to power in Andhra Pradesh twice only because of the charisma of late Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and not that of Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi.
“All these days, the Congress leaders have been arrogantly claiming that it was because of Sonia and Rahul that the party could come to power in different states. But the coterie of Congress high command cannot camouflage facts for a long time. The campaign of Gandhi family yielded no results in Uttar Pradesh which strengthens our contention that YSR was responsible for the two-term victory in the State,” party spokesperson Jupudi Prabhakar said.
He said the UP election results have proved that regional parties have come to stay and YSR Congress is emerging as a force to reckon with in all the future elections.
“The people are no longer in favour of someone sitting in Delhi and dictating terms; what they need is local flavor and YS Jaganmohan Reddy will be the personality who will lead the party to victory in the 2014 elections,” he said.
The Congress bosses should learn the lessons and at least now come out of the spell of the coterie and see ground reality. It has to stop harassing YSR family members, refrain from foisting false cases and understand the sentiments of the people and local issues, he said.

That’s not entirely true. BJP is gaining a lot in UP. Congress is also gaining a little but they have a long way to go because they did very poorly last time.
