హైదరాబాద్, న్యూస్‌లైన్: ఐఎంజీ భారత అకాడమీస్‌కు నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడి ప్రభుత్వం అత్యంత ఖరీదైన 850 ఎకరాల భూమిని కేవలం మూడు కోట్ల రూపాయలకే కేటాయించిన వైనంపై దర్యాప్తు చేసేలా సీబీఐని ఆదేశించాలని కోరుతూ దాఖలైన ప్రజా ప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యాన్ని హైకోర్టు సోమవారం విచారించనుంది. జస్టిస్ వంగాల ఈశ్వరయ్య, జస్టిస్ ఎన్.రవిశంకర్‌లతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం ముందుకు ఈ కేసు రానుంది. సీనియర్ పాత్రికేయులు ఏబీకే ప్రసాద్, ఆడిటర్ వి.విజయసాయిరెడ్డిలు ఈ వ్యాజ్యాన్ని దాఖలు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
ఐఎంజీబీకి, ప్రభుత్వానికి మధ్య కుదిరిన ఒప్పందాలు, కల్పించిన రాయితీలు తదితర అంశాలపై సీబీఐ జరిపే దర్యాప్తును పర్యవేక్షించేలా సీవీసీని ఆదేశించాలని కూడా వారు తమ వ్యాజ్యంలో కోర్టును కోరారు. అంతేగాక ఈ కేసు దర్యాప్తుకు ఎటువంటి వనరులు అవసరమో, వాటి వివరాలను కోర్టు ముందుంచే లా సీబీఐని ఆదేశించాలని వారు అభ్యర్ధించారు. ఆపద్ధర్మ ముఖ్యమంత్రి హోదాలో చంద్రబాబునాయుడు కేవలం లక్ష రూపాయల మూలధనం కలిగిన ఐఎంజీబీకి వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువ చేసే 850 ఎకరాల భూమిని కారు చౌకగా కట్టబెట్టారని వారు తమ వ్యాజ్యంలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
వేల కోట్ల విలువైన భూమిని నామమాత్రపు రేటుకు కట్టబెట్టడం వెనుక అప్పటి ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, ప్రభుత్వాధికారులు నమ్మకద్రోహానికి, కుట్రకు, మోసానికి పాల్పడ్డారనే ఉద్దేశంతో చంద్రబాబు తర్వాత అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వైఎస్ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి నేతృత్వంలోని కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం.. ఈ మొత్తం భూ కేటాయింపులపై సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తునకు ఆదేశిస్తూ 2006 డిసెంబర్ 13న జీవో ఎమ్మెస్ నెంబర్ 310 జారీ చేసిందని తెలిపారు. ఈ జీవో ప్రకారం సీబీఐ ఐఎంజీబీ వ్యవహారంలో దర్యాప్తు ప్రారంభించాలని, కానీ 2006 నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు దర్యాప్తు చేపట్టనే లేదని వారు పేర్కొన్నారు.
టీడీపీలో కీలక పదవుల్లో జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు
ఈ వ్యాజ్యాన్ని ఈ నెల 2న విచారించిన ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ మదన్ బి.లోకూర్ నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం, ఈ కేసు విచారణ నుంచి తప్పుకుంటున్నట్లు ప్రకటించింది. అయితే ఇందుకు గల కారణాలను మాత్రం వెల్లడించలేదు. దీంతో ఈ కేసును న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ వంగాల ఈశ్వరయ్య నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం విచారించనున్నది. జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు పలువురు చంద్రబాబు అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఉన్న తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్న నేపథ్యంలో.. ఆయనపై తీవ్ర అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు ఉన్న ఈ కేసును జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య విచారించనుండడం చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారింది.
ఈశ్వరయ్య హైకోర్టు న్యాయమూర్తి కాకముందు ఆయన భార్య వంగాల శ్యామలాదేవి నల్గొండ జిల్లా వలిగొండ నుంచి టీడీపీ తరఫున జెడ్‌పీటీసీగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. దాదాపు ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు పాటు ఆమె ఆ పదవిలో కొనసాగారు. అంతకుముందు ఆమె ఆ పార్టీ మహిళా అధ్యక్షురాలిగా కూడా బాధృతలు నిర్వర్తించారు. జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు పలువురు ఇప్పటీకీ నల్గొండ జిల్లాలో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో పలు పదవులు నిర్వహిస్తూ క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్నారు. చిన్న సోదరుడు వాసుగౌడ్ 2006లో వలిగొండ మండలం, నెమలికాల్వ నుంచి తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ ఎంపీటీసీగా గెలుపొందారు. ఎంపీటీసీల పదవీకాలం ముగిసేదాకా అదే పదవిలో ఉన్నారు.
జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య పెద్దనాన్న కుమారుడి పేరు కూడా వంగాల స్వామిగౌడే. ఆయన ప్రస్తుతం తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ నల్లగొండ జిల్లా కన్వీనర్‌గా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. ఈయన 2004 ఎన్నికల్లో మిర్యాలగూడ లోక్‌సభ స్థానం నుంచి టీడీపీ అభ్యర్ధిగా పోటీ చేసి ఓడిపోయారు. జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య సోదరుల్లో ఒకరైన బాలనర్సయ్య గౌడ్ 2010లో రివాల్వర్‌తో కాల్చుకుని చనిపోయారు. ఈయన 2006 నుంచి చనిపోయేంత వరకు టీడీపీ వలిగొండ మండలాధ్యక్షుడిగా పనిచేశారు.
గతంలో కేసు విచారణ నుంచి తప్పుకున్న జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య…
చంద్రబాబు, ఆయన బినామీల అక్రమాస్తులపై సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తునకు ఆదేశించాలని కోరుతూ వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ గౌరవాధ్యక్షురాలు వై.ఎస్.విజయమ్మ గతంలో దాఖలు చేసిన ప్రజా ప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యం.. ‘నాట్ బిఫోర్’ నాటకాల నేపథ్యంలో జస్టిస్ట్ ఈశ్వరయ్య నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం ముందు విచారణకు వచ్చింది. దీనిపై విజయమ్మ తరఫున వాదనలను వినిపించిన సుప్రీంకోర్టు సీనియర్ న్యాయవాది సుశీల్‌కుమార్ తీవ్ర అభ్యంతరం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. 2005-06 జూలైలో మీరు చంద్రబాబుకు అనుకూలంగా ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చారంటూ ధర్మాసనాన్ని ఉద్దేశించి స్పష్టం చేశారు. దీంతో ఈశ్వరయ్య నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం.. ఆ కేసు విచారణ నుంచి తప్పుకుంది.
ఇప్పుడు ఐఎంజీ కేసులోనూ చంద్రబాబునాయుడిపైనే ప్రధాన ఆరోపణలు ఉండటం, ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు పలువురు ఇప్పటికీ తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్న నేపథ్యంలో.. ఆయన నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం కేసును విచారించనుండటం న్యాయవాదవర్గాల్లో తీవ్ర చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారింది. తన కుటుంబసభ్యులు టీడీపీలో క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్నం దున ఈ కేసును విచారించడం సరైన చర్యగానే జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య భావిస్తారా..? లేక గతంలో మాదిరిగానే కేసు విచారణ నుంచి తప్పుకుంటారా..? అనే అంశం ఆసక్తికరంగా మారింది.

న్యూఢిల్లీ, ఏప్రిల్ 14: నాన్ కాంగ్రెస్, నాన్ బిజెపి పార్టీలతో కొనసాగుతున్న థర్డ్ ఫ్రంట్‌లోని తెలుగుదేశం స్థానాన్ని వైఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి నాయకత్వంలోని వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ కైవసం చేసుకుంటోంది. రాష్ట్ర శాసన సభలోని 18సీట్లకు ఉప ఎన్నికలు జరిగిన అనంతరం థర్డ్ ఫ్రంట్‌లో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్‌ను చేర్చుకునే ప్రక్రియకు శ్రీకారం చుడతారని అంటున్నారు. తృతీయ ఫ్రంట్‌లో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్‌కు స్థానం కల్పించాలని ఎన్‌సిపి అధ్యక్షుడు, కేంద్ర వ్యవసాయ శాఖ మంత్రి శరద్ పవార్, సమాజ్‌వాదీ పార్టీ అధినాయకుడు ములాయ సింగ్ ప్రతిపాదించినట్టు తెలిసింది. శరద్‌పవార్ మొదటి నుంచి జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డికి మద్దతిస్తున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. జగన్ కూడా పలు సందర్భాల్లో శరద్‌పవార్ సలహా తీసుకోవడం జరిగింది. ఇప్పుడు శరద్‌పవార్‌తోపాటు ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్ కూడా జగన్మోహన్‌రెడ్డికి బాగా సన్నిహిడుడైనట్టు తెలిసింది.
జగన్ ఉత్తరప్రదేశ్ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికలకు ముందే ఢిల్లీలో ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్, అఖిలేష్‌యాదవ్‌లతో సమావేశమై థర్డ్ ఫ్రంట్ రాజకీయాల గురించి చర్చించినట్టు సమాచారం. ములాయం సింగ్, అఖిలేష్‌యాదవ్‌లతో చర్చలు జరిపిన అనంతరం జగన్, ఎన్‌సిపి అధ్యక్షుడు శరద్‌పవార్‌తో సమావేశమైనట్టు పార్టీ వర్గాలు వెల్లడించాయి. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో భవిష్యత్ రాజకీయమంతా జగన్ చుట్టూ తిరుగుతుందని శరద్‌పవార్, ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్‌తోపాటు వామపక్షాల నేతలు కూడా భావిస్తున్నారు. 18 అసెంబ్లీ సీట్లు, నెల్లూరు లోక్‌సభ నియోజకవర్గానికి జరిగే ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో మెజారిటీ స్థానాలను జగన్ నాయకత్వంలోని వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ దక్కించుకుంటుందని పవార్, ములాయం భావిస్తున్నారు. జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి 2014లో జరిగే లోక్‌సభ, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లో ఎక్కువ సీట్లు గెలుచుకుంటున్నారన్నది వారి అంచనా. వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ 15నుంచి నుంచి 20 లోక్‌సభ సీట్లు గెలుచుకుని కేంద్రంలో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసే అంశంలో కీలక పాత్ర నిర్వహించే అవకాశం ఉందని పవార్ భావిస్తున్నట్టు తెలిసింది. ములాయం సింగ్ యాదవ్ కూడా ఈ అంచనాతో ఏకీభవిస్తున్నట్టు చెబుతున్నారు. తెలుగుదేశం స్థానంలో వైఎస్‌ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్‌కు తృతీయ ఫ్రంట్‌లో స్థానం కల్పించటంద్వారా భవిష్యత్‌లో జగన్ కాంగ్రెస్‌తో దోస్తీ చేయకుండా చూడాలన్నది కూడా శరద్‌పవార్ వ్యూహం కావచ్చునని అంటున్నారు. ‘వచ్చే లోక్‌సభ ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకత్వంలోని యుపిఏ ఎలాగూ ఓడిపోతుంది. ప్రధాన ప్రతిపక్షమైన బిజెపి నాయకత్వంలోని ఎన్‌డిఏ బలమైన ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా ఎదగలేకపోతోంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో థర్డ్ ఫ్రంట్ అత్యంత కీలక పాత్ర నిర్వహిస్తుందని, థర్డ్ ఫ్రంట్‌కు ఎంపీలు ఎక్కువ మంది ఉంటే కేంద్రంలో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు అవకాశం ఉంటుంద’ని శరద్‌పవార్ గట్టిగా నమ్ముతున్నట్టు చెబుతున్నారు.

These few congress leaders argument is tha EBC candidate and dalit candidate are getting similar benefit from fees reimbursement, as a result dalit candidate is deprived. What a nonsense argument.
All these blaming YSR do so infront of TVs for media coverage, and don’t indulge in meeting real dalits in their places. His arguments are more exposed to non-dalits than true dalits.

పదహారేళ్ల కింద నారా బాబుకు మా చెడ్డ చిక్కొకటి వచ్చింది. ప్రజలు ఆయన మామను మెచ్చి అఖండ రాజ్యాధికారం ఏరికోరి కట్టబెట్టారు. అతడేమో తొమ్మిదో నెలనే మామాశ్రీకి వెన్నుపోటు పొడిచి బలవంతంగా అధికారం లాగేసుకున్నాడు. నమ్మకద్రోహానికి భగ్గుమని జనం తన మొగాన పేడనీళ్లు ఎక్కడ కొడతారోనని మహాభయం. చేసిన ఘోరాన్ని కప్పిపుచ్చుకుందుకు వీల్లేదు. ఎందుకంటే సాక్షాత్తూ మామగారే వెన్నుపోటు పొడిచిన దుర్మార్గుడని, ఔరంగజేబుకంటే ధూర్తుడని అతడిని పబ్లిగ్గా దూదేకినట్టు ఏకాడు. రాజ్యాంగేతర దుష్టశక్తి అని ఇతగాడు ఈసడించిన తన ద్వితీయ కళత్రం ఉత్తమ ఇల్లాలు అని ధ్రువీకరించడమేగాక… తన పేరిట పెట్టిన కొత్త పార్టీ బాధ్యతను కూడా అప్పగించి, ఆమే తన వారసురాలని ఢంకాకొట్టి లోకానికి చాటాడు. ద్రోహాన్ని తట్టుకోలేక తరవాత కొద్దిరోజులకే గుండె పగిలి అభిమాన నాయకుడు మరణించడంతో జనంలో ఆయనమీద, ఆయన ఇల్లాలి మీద సానుభూతి ఉప్పొంగింది. పులిమీద పుట్రలా సరిగ్గా ఆ సమయానే పార్లమెంటు ఎన్నికలూ తరుముకొచ్చాయి. ఇక ఏమిచెయ్యాలి? బాలట్ గండం ఎలా గట్టెక్కాలి? ఇదీ బాబును ముప్పిరిగొన్న ముప్పు.
ఏమి చేస్తేనేం, ఎలా చేస్తేనేం, ఎవరిని ప్రయోగించి ఎవరిని ఎలా దెబ్బకొడితేనేం, పెంపుడు మీడియా వాద్య సహకారంతో ఏ వ్యూహంతో ఎవరిని ఏ బుట్టలో వేస్తేనేం… బాబు మొత్తానికి అతి తెలివిగా యమగండం దాటాడు. ఎన్టీఆర్ ఆశయాలను సాధించటానికే ఎన్టీఆర్‌ను పడగొట్టానని భ్రమగొలిపి, అసలు సిసలు తెలుగుదేశం తనదేనని లోకాన్ని నమ్మించి, చేజేతులా కూల్చిన మామ ఫొటోనే పటంగట్టి నెత్తిన పెట్టుకుని నేటికీ బోరవిరుచుకుని తిరుగుతున్నాడు కూడా.
పదహారేళ్ల కింద బాబు అవస్థతో పోల్చితే ఇప్పుడు కాంగ్రెసు వాళ్లకొచ్చింది ఒక కష్టమే కాదు… నిజానికి ఇందులో సమస్యే లేదు.
ప్రకాశం పంతులు, ఎన్టీ రామారావు తరవాత మళ్లీ అంతటి ప్రజాదరణ చూరగొన్న రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి ఎన్నికల్లో దిగ్విజయం సాధించిన కొద్ది నెలలకే ప్రమాదవశాత్తూ కన్నుమూశాడు. అప్పటిదాకా పార్టీలో ఏమీకాని వై.ఎస్. కుమారుడు ఆస్తికిలాగే నాన్నగారి పవరుకూ తానే వారసుణ్నంటూ తగవుకొచ్చాడు. పార్టీ పెద్దలు కుదరదు పొమ్మనేసరికి తండ్రి పేర సొంత పార్టీ పెట్టి ఓదార్పులూ దీక్షలూ అంటూ ఊరూరూ తిరిగి జనాన్ని బాగానే కూడగడుతున్నాడు. (ఆ మాటకొస్తే ఎన్టీఆర్ మరణించాక ఆయన భార్య సభలకూ ఇంతకంటే ఎక్కువ జనమే వచ్చారు) చిన్న వై.ఎస్.ను దెబ్బగొట్టడంకోసం కాంగ్రెసు వాళ్లే శిఖండులను ప్రయోగించి అతడి పాపాలచిట్టాలనబడే వాటిని మిత్రమీడియాలో మోగించి, మళ్లీ వాటినే కేసులుగా మలిచి కోర్టులకెక్కించి, వాటి మీద సిబిఐ దర్యాప్తులకు ఆదేశాలిప్పించుకుని కొంపలు కూల్చే తమ తెలివితేటలకు తామే తెగమురిసిపోయారు. రాజకీయ యజమానుల ఇంగితమెరిగి అసలు వాళ్లను వదిలేసి, కొసరు కారెక్టర్ల దుంపతెంచి, అరెస్టులూ రిమాండులూ అంటూ నానా హడావుడి చేసి, తమ కార్యాలయంలో నాలుగు గోడల మధ్య జరిగిన ప్రశ్నోత్తరాల కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రసారంలా ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఒక వర్గం మీడియాకు చేరవేసి, సిబిఐ వాళ్లు సాగించిన ప్రచారార్భాటంతో ఇప్పుడు కాంగ్రెసువాళ్లకే మతులు పోయాయి.
వై.ఎస్. వంశోద్ధారకుడు నాన్నగారి అధికారాన్ని అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని, చేయించిన అడ్డగోలు ఉపకారాలకు ప్రతిఫలంగా వారినుంచీ వీరినుంచీ వేలకోట్ల అక్రమలబ్ధి పొందాడని వై.ఎస్. వ్యతిరేక మీడియాలోకం కోడై కూస్తున్నది కనుక… కొడుకు అవినీతిని సాగనిచ్చిన తండ్రి అవినీతిపరుడు కాడంటే జనం నమ్మరని, అలాంటి వై.ఎస్. బొమ్మను నెత్తిన పెట్టుకుని ఊరేగితే రానున్న ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో, ఆపై పెద్ద ఎన్నికల్లో తమకు పుట్టగతులుండవని ఊహించేసుకుని ఏమిచేయాలా దేవుడా అని కొంతమంది కాంగ్రెసు పెద్ద తలకాయలు ఇప్పుడు లబలబలాడుతున్నారు.

రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి బతికినంతకాలం కాంగ్రెసులోనే ఉన్నాడు. కాంగ్రెసు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగానే మరణించాడు. తన తరవాత కుమారుడే తన రాజకీయ వారసుడని ఆయన ఎన్నడూ చెప్పలేదు. కాబట్టి ఆ వారసత్వం ఆటొమెటిగ్గా జూనియర్ వై.ఎస్.కు బదలాయింపు అవుతుందని, వై.ఎస్. గొప్ప నాయకుడని తాము అంటే దాని ఫలితమంతా ఓట్ల రూపంలో కొత్త కుర్రవాడి పార్టీ ఖాతాకు జమ అయిపోతుందని కాంగ్రెసు వారు బెంగపడాల్సిన పనిలేదు. అలాగే మీడియా పనిగట్టుకుని వెంటపడి అల్లరిపెట్టినంత మాత్రాన ఎవరి పాపమూ రుజువైనట్టు కాదు. సిబిఐ వాళ్లు అరెస్టులు చేసినంత మాత్రానే, చార్జిషీట్లు పెట్టినంతమాత్రానే ఎవరి అవినీతీ నిర్ధారణ అయినట్టుకాదు. కుమారుడి అవినీతినో, దానివెనుక తండ్రి అధికార దుర్వినియోగాన్నో న్యాయస్థానం ఎట్టకేలకు ఎప్పుడో ధ్రువీకరించేంతవరకూ ప్రజల దృష్టిలో వై.ఎస్. కీర్తికి కళంకం రాదు. మరి అలాంటప్పుడు వై.ఎస్. బొమ్మను నెత్తిమీద పెట్టుకుంటేనే తాము మైలపడిపోతామన్న దిగులు కాంగ్రెసువాళ్లకెందుకు? జనం దృష్టిలో ఇప్పుడు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి దేవుడా, దయ్యమా అని పనికిమాలిన తర్జన భర్జనలెందుకు? తాను వెన్నుపోటు పొడిచిన ఎన్టీఆర్ బొమ్మను వాడుకోవటానికి తమ రహస్య మిత్రుడు బాబుకే లేని అభ్యంతరం… నిన్నటిదాకా తాము నెత్తిన పెట్టుకున్న ప్రజానాయకుడు వై.ఎస్. విషయంలో కాంగ్రెసు నేతలకు ఎందుకు ఉండాలి?
కనీసం మంత్రిగా అనుభవం లేకున్నా పై స్థాయిలో రహస్య పైరవీతో ఎకాఎకి ముఖ్యమంత్రి కుర్చీలోకి ఎగిరి కూర్చున్న పెద్దమనిషికి సొంత జిల్లాలోనే పరపతి సున్న. ఆయనకు ఏదీ తోచదు; ఒకరు చెబితే వినడు; తనకు రాజకీయపు తెలివి లేదన్న సంగతి కూడా ఆయనకు తెలీదు. ప్రభుత్వంలో నెంబర్ టు మీద, రాష్ట్ర పార్టీలో నెంబర్ వన్ మీద ఎసిబిని ఉసికొలిపి, కేసుల్లో ఇరికించి, ఆత్మానందం పొందడమే తప్ప కడుపు చించుకుంటే కాళ్ల మీద పడుతుందని, పార్టీ పరువే బజార్నపడుతుందని ఆయనగారు గమనిస్తున్నట్టు లేదు. ఇక గాంధీగారి పార్టీకి రాష్ట్రంలో పెద్దరికం వహిస్తున్న ఒక సత్తిబాబుకు సొంత జిల్లాలో బ్రాందీ షాపుల బినామీ లావాదేవీలకే ఎక్కడి సమయమూ చాలడం లేదు. పార్టీ అధినేత బొమ్మను చూపిస్తే చాలు ఓట్లవర్షం కురుస్తుందన్న ఆశా అడుగంటి చాలాకాలమైంది. తాజా ఆపద్బాంధవుడైన సినిమా జీవిని నమ్ముకున్నట్లయితే 2009 ఎన్నికల్లో ప్రజారాజ్యం లెవెలును 2014 ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అందుకోవటం ఖాయం. అటు తెలంగాణలో ధరావతులు గల్లంతై ఇటు సీమాంధ్రలోనూ ఉప్పుపుట్టే ఆశలేని దుస్థితిలో మునగనున్న కాంగ్రెసు ఓటి పడవను పరువుగా గట్టెక్కించటం ఎలాగన్నది కాంగ్రెసు ముందున్న అసలు సవాలు. దాన్ని వదిలేసి విశేష ప్రజాదరణ పొందిన ఒకే ఒక వై.ఎస్. పేరును కూడా గుదిబండకింద పరిగణించటం మతి ఉన్నవాళ్లు చేసే పనేనా? మొదటినుంచీ తెలుగుదేశంలాగే ఇప్పుడు కాంగ్రెసు కూడా వై.ఎస్. అవినీతిపరుడని కోర్టులకంటే ముందే తొందరపడి ముద్రవేసేస్తే కాంగ్రెసుకు ఇక ఏమిచూసి, ఎవరిని గుర్తుచేసుకుని జనం ఓట్లు వెయ్యాలి?
Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu is considered to be very shrewd in his political strategies, but quite often his strategies did not work at least in the last two elections. And every time after his failure, he admitted that he had committed historical blunders because of which he had lost the power.
On Friday, Naidu said in Srikakulam district that he had committed a historic blunder by forging an alliance with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi in the 2009 elections which had cost him heavily in the Seemandhra region. Well, he had forgotten the fact that it was because of his pro-Telangana talk and alliance with the TRS that the TDP had managed to get 38 seats in the Telangana region.
After the 2004 elections, too, Naidu had made a similar statement that he had made a historic blunder by forging an alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party which had resulted in a big loss to the party. But he conveniently ignored the fact that it was because of the BJP that the TDP could come to power in 1999 elections; otherwise, the TDP would have lost power then itself.
The TDP president also admitted other historic blunders like his failure to promise free agriculture power supply during the 2004 elections. And Naidu will continue to commit the blunder in 2014 elections, too, with his two-eyed policy on Telangana!

It is early to be happy because CBI has asked to stay the order until 16th April. Moreover, CBI has successfully managed to reverse the bail decisions in high court submitting additional information in sealed covers.
If the reports from New Delhi are to be believed, the Congress high command is applying its mind seriously on the bifurcation of the state after the by-elections to 18 assembly seats and Nellore parliamentary seat, expected to be held in June.
Sources said the Congress leadership has realized that there was no way the party can win the by-elections in Seemandhra region in the wake of YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s wave and so, there is every need to save the party at least in the Telangana region where Jagan has little presence.
The party leadership is said to be seriously considering the plan of creating Rayala Telangana, instead of just Telangana state by merging four Rayalaseema districts with the Telangana region. This would mean Jagan, who represents Kadapa, will be restricted to the Rayala Telangana and since he does not have much hold on the Telangana, he would remain out of power. In the Andhra state, the Congress would still have the hopes at least in the future, as it is a national party. If Jagan wants to keep out of Rayalaseema and confine himself to Andhra, it is still advantageous to the Congress in the Rayala Telangana region.
Don’t bother about romours. A state will never be divided just to contain Jagan. Because, if not this Jagan, another Jagan will emerge somewhere.
My gut hunch is that Telangana agitation has considerably subsided and Central Government is unlikely to move in the direction of bifurcation. The most that may happen is some package, but even such package is unlikely because India has many regions severely impoverished than does Telangana, and that the Central Government is running for cover with gross deficit hitting 5.4% of GDP, meaning that it has no money with out inflicting further inflation on the common man.

Cong and TDP requested Paul to keep candidates in by-polls to split Christian votes and reduce YSRCP’s vote bank.
Intention was Paul’s candidate should get 5000 to 10,000 votes.

I don’t think every christian votes for YSRC, such thinking is illogical with every other group/caste. TDP may be trying to paint the communal aspect to YSRC and TDP is well known for such crooked tactics. Also we have seen TDP licking its wounds often with such tactics backfiring on itself.
I still bet, whether it is YSRC or TDP or Congress, a collective wisdom of people takes upper hand, rather than money, caste, religion. Those who hide behind such logics end up with out making any gains. It is imprudent to underestimate people’s verdict, which always overshadows all these statistics and makes strategists run for other models. Only those leaders whom people identify themselves have better chances of making to the end and take any contemporary election win, such obvious fact smacks right in the face.
Polling on caste or religious divide happens only when there is a strong emotion or sentiment . Example, Ayodhya period , polarization of Hindu and Muslim votes. Normal circumstances , it will have marginal impact.

And people are going to teach them a lesson…I personally how many works had been done by YSR for the JD seelam and now he started to rebel…these are purely political opportunistics and people are not like them they are surely going to kick them………

I think i can bettr give a prediction once Jagan tours in the constituency from 13th-15th But i strongly believe Krishnadas will emerge victorious bcoz of charishma of Jagan and Krishnadas having gud impression among masses
1)TDP is completely out of picture and it completely depends on how well we cash on double standardrs of Dharmana Prasadarao.
2)Even if Congress takes support of TDP,how many of them turn would into votes cant be predicted at this moment.One thing for sure that i can tell is all the TDP leaders in the district has lost all their cadre&followers as YSR got 10/11 assembly seats in 2009 and >7/11 in 2004.
3)Even big names like
a)Erramnaidu has lost his cadre and so he is interested for Rajyasabha
b)Acchenaidu,brother of Erramnaidu,has no constituency and internal conflicts of TDP is a big problem for both of them
c)Thammineni,a prominent leader of Kaalinga,community(Amudalavalasa constituency) cant have influence in Narasannapeta,a VELAMA dominated place.Infact,Thammineni doesn have good impression in public.
Having these facts,i think tht match fixing will not turn into votes.
4)Majority depends on his wife campaigning too as many feel she is very catchy than her husband who is soft by nature.

Three ministers from state cabinet today severely criticized YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. State revenue minister Raghuveera Reddy asked Jagan on what basis did he start YSR Congress. He asked if Jagan had any agenda at all except corruption.
” We are promising Indiramma Rajyam. What is Jagan promising? Scams in the form of VANPIC and Emmar projects? What does YSR Congress mean? What is its ideology? Jagan is an opportunist” Raghuveera Reddy said in Anantapur district.
Primary education minister Shailajanath asked why Jagan is going to court for ‘stay orders’ on CBI inquiry if he is not corrupt. ” If he is honest and didn’t loot public money, why does he need to go to court requesting a stay order on inquiry against him? ” Shailajanath asked.
Yet another minister T G Venkatesh who is a champion of united Andhra Pradesh told in a public meeting at Tirupati that if Jagan wins, he will help TRS divide the state. He said that TRS and Jagan have a secret alliance and if he wins, he will facilitate the formation of separate Telangana.
Ram,, we can ignore Raghuveera Reddy, shailaja nath and T.G. Venkatesh… when I inquired about them .. many people said its very hard to get deposits for these people… its just to keep their Minister position till 2012 end… it can’t go beyond that… so don’t take serious about these jokers..

I am frm Rajam,Constituency of Kondru Murali and have been here since 15years..
I’m in Rajam when Kondru made comments about YSR in a feliciation function done to him which was published in Sakshi District edition.The next day itself he was well countered by District level YSRCP leaders.So no need to bother much about him.
I had an interaction with nearly 10-12 people on this and evryone is damn against him and his latest comments people are not able to digest it
Personally,i remember him visiting house to house and asking him to vote for him considering YSR’s rule and now i regret for voting him.
For the sake of bloggers,I am listing some additional info abt him:
1)He contested form Etcherla in 1999 and lost but won in 2004 bcoz of YSR wave
2)He lost his constituency in 2009 due to changes and was not having a place to contest.
It was at mercy of YSR he got ticket from Rajam(SC reserved) bcoz he was recommencded by Jagan.(Infact there was a retired govt officer named PMJ Babu, well known among masses who expected ticket but Kondru got bcoz of Jagan’s recommendation)
3)People also expected him to shift loyalties to Jagan as he seemed Jagan supporter at one point but backed out.
4)He has been granted land for an engg college in Visakhapatnam by YSR and YSR himself inagurated it.
5)He has no good reputation as he is hardly seen in constituency and govt officers are irritated bcoz of his involvement in evry small thing.
6)Kiran is encouraging him bcoz he wanted to reduce impact of Dharma Prasadarao in the district.
7)Currently PMJ Babu has been the torch bearer for YSR Congress party in the constituency and very high chance tht he could emerge as a winner in a triangular fight between Pratibha Bharati,Kondru and PMJ Babu
8)I personally feel leaders like PMJ Babu should be given more exposure and Srikakulam district lacks a mentor sort of person/well known leader for penetration of the party.
But the upcoming Narasannapeta election would completely change the political scenario of the district for sure.

హైదరాబాద్, న్యూస్‌లైన్: ఐఎంజీ భారత అకాడమీస్‌కు నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడి ప్రభుత్వం అత్యంత ఖరీదైన 850 ఎకరాల భూమిని కేవలం మూడు కోట్ల రూపాయలకే కేటాయించిన వైనంపై దర్యాప్తు చేసేలా సీబీఐని ఆదేశించాలని కోరుతూ దాఖలైన ప్రజా ప్రయోజన వ్యాజ్యాన్ని హైకోర్టు సోమవారం విచారించనుంది. జస్టిస్ వంగాల ఈశ్వరయ్య, జస్టిస్ ఎన్.రవిశంకర్‌లతో కూడిన ధర్మాసనం ముందుకు ఈ కేసు రానుంది. సీనియర్ పాత్రికేయులు ఏబీకే ప్రసాద్, ఆడిటర్ వి.విజయసాయిరెడ్డిలు ఈ వ్యాజ్యాన్ని దాఖలు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.
ఐఎంజీబీకి, ప్రభుత్వానికి మధ్య కుదిరిన ఒప్పందాలు, కల్పించిన రాయితీలు తదితర అంశాలపై సీబీఐ జరిపే దర్యాప్తును పర్యవేక్షించేలా సీవీసీని ఆదేశించాలని కూడా వారు తమ వ్యాజ్యంలో కోర్టును కోరారు. అంతేగాక ఈ కేసు దర్యాప్తుకు ఎటువంటి వనరులు అవసరమో, వాటి వివరాలను కోర్టు ముందుంచే లా సీబీఐని ఆదేశించాలని వారు అభ్యర్ధించారు. ఆపద్ధర్మ ముఖ్యమంత్రి హోదాలో చంద్రబాబునాయుడు కేవలం లక్ష రూపాయల మూలధనం కలిగిన ఐఎంజీబీకి వేల కోట్ల రూపాయల విలువ చేసే 850 ఎకరాల భూమిని కారు చౌకగా కట్టబెట్టారని వారు తమ వ్యాజ్యంలో పేర్కొన్నారు.
వేల కోట్ల విలువైన భూమిని నామమాత్రపు రేటుకు కట్టబెట్టడం వెనుక అప్పటి ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, ప్రభుత్వాధికారులు నమ్మకద్రోహానికి, కుట్రకు, మోసానికి పాల్పడ్డారనే ఉద్దేశంతో చంద్రబాబు తర్వాత అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వైఎస్ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి నేతృత్వంలోని కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం.. ఈ మొత్తం భూ కేటాయింపులపై సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తునకు ఆదేశిస్తూ 2006 డిసెంబర్ 13న జీవో ఎమ్మెస్ నెంబర్ 310 జారీ చేసిందని తెలిపారు. ఈ జీవో ప్రకారం సీబీఐ ఐఎంజీబీ వ్యవహారంలో దర్యాప్తు ప్రారంభించాలని, కానీ 2006 నుంచి ఇప్పటివరకు దర్యాప్తు చేపట్టనే లేదని వారు పేర్కొన్నారు.
టీడీపీలో కీలక పదవుల్లో జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు
ఈ వ్యాజ్యాన్ని ఈ నెల 2న విచారించిన ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ మదన్ బి.లోకూర్ నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం, ఈ కేసు విచారణ నుంచి తప్పుకుంటున్నట్లు ప్రకటించింది. అయితే ఇందుకు గల కారణాలను మాత్రం వెల్లడించలేదు. దీంతో ఈ కేసును న్యాయమూర్తి జస్టిస్ వంగాల ఈశ్వరయ్య నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం విచారించనున్నది. జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు పలువురు చంద్రబాబు అధ్యక్షుడిగా ఉన్న తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్న నేపథ్యంలో.. ఆయనపై తీవ్ర అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు ఉన్న ఈ కేసును జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య విచారించనుండడం చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారింది.
ఈశ్వరయ్య హైకోర్టు న్యాయమూర్తి కాకముందు ఆయన భార్య వంగాల శ్యామలాదేవి నల్గొండ జిల్లా వలిగొండ నుంచి టీడీపీ తరఫున జెడ్‌పీటీసీగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. దాదాపు ఐదు సంవత్సరాలు పాటు ఆమె ఆ పదవిలో కొనసాగారు. అంతకుముందు ఆమె ఆ పార్టీ మహిళా అధ్యక్షురాలిగా కూడా బాధృతలు నిర్వర్తించారు. జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు పలువురు ఇప్పటీకీ నల్గొండ జిల్లాలో తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో పలు పదవులు నిర్వహిస్తూ క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్నారు. చిన్న సోదరుడు వాసుగౌడ్ 2006లో వలిగొండ మండలం, నెమలికాల్వ నుంచి తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ ఎంపీటీసీగా గెలుపొందారు. ఎంపీటీసీల పదవీకాలం ముగిసేదాకా అదే పదవిలో ఉన్నారు.
జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య పెద్దనాన్న కుమారుడి పేరు కూడా వంగాల స్వామిగౌడే. ఆయన ప్రస్తుతం తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ నల్లగొండ జిల్లా కన్వీనర్‌గా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారు. ఈయన 2004 ఎన్నికల్లో మిర్యాలగూడ లోక్‌సభ స్థానం నుంచి టీడీపీ అభ్యర్ధిగా పోటీ చేసి ఓడిపోయారు. జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య సోదరుల్లో ఒకరైన బాలనర్సయ్య గౌడ్ 2010లో రివాల్వర్‌తో కాల్చుకుని చనిపోయారు. ఈయన 2006 నుంచి చనిపోయేంత వరకు టీడీపీ వలిగొండ మండలాధ్యక్షుడిగా పనిచేశారు.

ఇప్పుడు ఐఎంజీ కేసులోనూ చంద్రబాబునాయుడిపైనే ప్రధాన ఆరోపణలు ఉండటం, ఈశ్వరయ్య కుటుంబసభ్యులు పలువురు ఇప్పటికీ తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీలో క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్న నేపథ్యంలో.. ఆయన నేతృత్వంలోని ధర్మాసనం కేసును విచారించనుండటం న్యాయవాదవర్గాల్లో తీవ్ర చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారింది. తన కుటుంబసభ్యులు టీడీపీలో క్రియాశీలకంగా ఉన్నం దున ఈ కేసును విచారించడం సరైన చర్యగానే జస్టిస్ ఈశ్వరయ్య భావిస్తారా..? లేక గతంలో మాదిరిగానే కేసు విచారణ నుంచి తప్పుకుంటారా..? అనే అంశం ఆసక్తికరంగా మారింది.

Even P.Shakar Rao said that YSR did a lot more to dalits, sighting the fact that YSR family also consisted of few dalit members owing to intercaste marriages.
These few congress leaders argument is tha EBC candidate and dalit candidate are getting similar benefit from fees reimbursement, as a result dalit candidate is deprived. What a nonsense argument.
All these blaming YSR do so infront of TVs for media coverage, and don’t indulge in meeting real dalits in their places. His arguments are more exposed to non-dalits than true dalits.

పదహారేళ్ల కింద నారా బాబుకు మా చెడ్డ చిక్కొకటి వచ్చింది. ప్రజలు ఆయన మామను మెచ్చి అఖండ రాజ్యాధికారం ఏరికోరి కట్టబెట్టారు. అతడేమో తొమ్మిదో నెలనే మామాశ్రీకి వెన్నుపోటు పొడిచి బలవంతంగా అధికారం లాగేసుకున్నాడు. నమ్మకద్రోహానికి భగ్గుమని జనం తన మొగాన పేడనీళ్లు ఎక్కడ కొడతారోనని మహాభయం. చేసిన ఘోరాన్ని కప్పిపుచ్చుకుందుకు వీల్లేదు. ఎందుకంటే సాక్షాత్తూ మామగారే వెన్నుపోటు పొడిచిన దుర్మార్గుడని, ఔరంగజేబుకంటే ధూర్తుడని అతడిని పబ్లిగ్గా దూదేకినట్టు ఏకాడు. రాజ్యాంగేతర దుష్టశక్తి అని ఇతగాడు ఈసడించిన తన ద్వితీయ కళత్రం ఉత్తమ ఇల్లాలు అని ధ్రువీకరించడమేగాక… తన పేరిట పెట్టిన కొత్త పార్టీ బాధ్యతను కూడా అప్పగించి, ఆమే తన వారసురాలని ఢంకాకొట్టి లోకానికి చాటాడు. ద్రోహాన్ని తట్టుకోలేక తరవాత కొద్దిరోజులకే గుండె పగిలి అభిమాన నాయకుడు మరణించడంతో జనంలో ఆయనమీద, ఆయన ఇల్లాలి మీద సానుభూతి ఉప్పొంగింది. పులిమీద పుట్రలా సరిగ్గా ఆ సమయానే పార్లమెంటు ఎన్నికలూ తరుముకొచ్చాయి. ఇక ఏమిచెయ్యాలి? బాలట్ గండం ఎలా గట్టెక్కాలి? ఇదీ బాబును ముప్పిరిగొన్న ముప్పు.
ఏమి చేస్తేనేం, ఎలా చేస్తేనేం, ఎవరిని ప్రయోగించి ఎవరిని ఎలా దెబ్బకొడితేనేం, పెంపుడు మీడియా వాద్య సహకారంతో ఏ వ్యూహంతో ఎవరిని ఏ బుట్టలో వేస్తేనేం… బాబు మొత్తానికి అతి తెలివిగా యమగండం దాటాడు. ఎన్టీఆర్ ఆశయాలను సాధించటానికే ఎన్టీఆర్‌ను పడగొట్టానని భ్రమగొలిపి, అసలు సిసలు తెలుగుదేశం తనదేనని లోకాన్ని నమ్మించి, చేజేతులా కూల్చిన మామ ఫొటోనే పటంగట్టి నెత్తిన పెట్టుకుని నేటికీ బోరవిరుచుకుని తిరుగుతున్నాడు కూడా.

(ఆ మాటకొస్తే ఎన్టీఆర్ మరణించాక ఆయన భార్య సభలకూ ఇంతకంటే ఎక్కువ జనమే వచ్చారు) చిన్న వై.ఎస్.ను దెబ్బగొట్టడంకోసం కాంగ్రెసు వాళ్లే శిఖండులను ప్రయోగించి అతడి పాపాలచిట్టాలనబడే వాటిని మిత్రమీడియాలో మోగించి, మళ్లీ వాటినే కేసులుగా మలిచి కోర్టులకెక్కించి, వాటి మీద సిబిఐ దర్యాప్తులకు ఆదేశాలిప్పించుకుని కొంపలు కూల్చే తమ తెలివితేటలకు తామే తెగమురిసిపోయారు. రాజకీయ యజమానుల ఇంగితమెరిగి అసలు వాళ్లను వదిలేసి, కొసరు కారెక్టర్ల దుంపతెంచి, అరెస్టులూ రిమాండులూ అంటూ నానా హడావుడి చేసి, తమ కార్యాలయంలో నాలుగు గోడల మధ్య జరిగిన ప్రశ్నోత్తరాల కార్యక్రమాన్ని ప్రత్యక్ష ప్రసారంలా ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఒక వర్గం మీడియాకు చేరవేసి, సిబిఐ వాళ్లు సాగించిన ప్రచారార్భాటంతో ఇప్పుడు కాంగ్రెసువాళ్లకే మతులు పోయాయి.
వై.ఎస్. వంశోద్ధారకుడు నాన్నగారి అధికారాన్ని అడ్డం పెట్టుకుని, చేయించిన అడ్డగోలు ఉపకారాలకు ప్రతిఫలంగా వారినుంచీ వీరినుంచీ వేలకోట్ల అక్రమలబ్ధి పొందాడని వై.ఎస్. వ్యతిరేక మీడియాలోకం కోడై కూస్తున్నది కనుక… కొడుకు అవినీతిని సాగనిచ్చిన తండ్రి అవినీతిపరుడు కాడంటే జనం నమ్మరని, అలాంటి వై.ఎస్. బొమ్మను నెత్తిన పెట్టుకుని ఊరేగితే రానున్న ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో, ఆపై పెద్ద ఎన్నికల్లో తమకు పుట్టగతులుండవని ఊహించేసుకుని ఏమిచేయాలా దేవుడా అని కొంతమంది కాంగ్రెసు పెద్ద తలకాయలు ఇప్పుడు లబలబలాడుతున్నారు.
ఇంతకంటే వెర్రితనం ఇంకొకటి ఉంటుందా?
రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి బతికినంతకాలం కాంగ్రెసులోనే ఉన్నాడు. కాంగ్రెసు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగానే మరణించాడు. తన తరవాత కుమారుడే తన రాజకీయ వారసుడని ఆయన ఎన్నడూ చెప్పలేదు. కాబట్టి ఆ వారసత్వం ఆటొమెటిగ్గా జూనియర్ వై.ఎస్.కు బదలాయింపు అవుతుందని, వై.ఎస్. గొప్ప నాయకుడని తాము అంటే దాని ఫలితమంతా ఓట్ల రూపంలో కొత్త కుర్రవాడి పార్టీ ఖాతాకు జమ అయిపోతుందని కాంగ్రెసు వారు బెంగపడాల్సిన పనిలేదు. అలాగే మీడియా పనిగట్టుకుని వెంటపడి అల్లరిపెట్టినంత మాత్రాన ఎవరి పాపమూ రుజువైనట్టు కాదు. సిబిఐ వాళ్లు అరెస్టులు చేసినంత మాత్రానే, చార్జిషీట్లు పెట్టినంతమాత్రానే ఎవరి అవినీతీ నిర్ధారణ అయినట్టుకాదు. కుమారుడి అవినీతినో, దానివెనుక తండ్రి అధికార దుర్వినియోగాన్నో న్యాయస్థానం ఎట్టకేలకు ఎప్పుడో ధ్రువీకరించేంతవరకూ ప్రజల దృష్టిలో వై.ఎస్. కీర్తికి కళంకం రాదు. మరి అలాంటప్పుడు వై.ఎస్. బొమ్మను నెత్తిమీద పెట్టుకుంటేనే తాము మైలపడిపోతామన్న దిగులు కాంగ్రెసువాళ్లకెందుకు? జనం దృష్టిలో ఇప్పుడు రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి దేవుడా, దయ్యమా అని పనికిమాలిన తర్జన భర్జనలెందుకు? తాను వెన్నుపోటు పొడిచిన ఎన్టీఆర్ బొమ్మను వాడుకోవటానికి తమ రహస్య మిత్రుడు బాబుకే లేని అభ్యంతరం… నిన్నటిదాకా తాము నెత్తిన పెట్టుకున్న ప్రజానాయకుడు వై.ఎస్. విషయంలో కాంగ్రెసు నేతలకు ఎందుకు ఉండాలి?
కనీసం మంత్రిగా అనుభవం లేకున్నా పై స్థాయిలో రహస్య పైరవీతో ఎకాఎకి ముఖ్యమంత్రి కుర్చీలోకి ఎగిరి కూర్చున్న పెద్దమనిషికి సొంత జిల్లాలోనే పరపతి సున్న. ఆయనకు ఏదీ తోచదు; ఒకరు చెబితే వినడు; తనకు రాజకీయపు తెలివి లేదన్న సంగతి కూడా ఆయనకు తెలీదు. ప్రభుత్వంలో నెంబర్ టు మీద, రాష్ట్ర పార్టీలో నెంబర్ వన్ మీద ఎసిబిని ఉసికొలిపి, కేసుల్లో ఇరికించి, ఆత్మానందం పొందడమే తప్ప కడుపు చించుకుంటే కాళ్ల మీద పడుతుందని, పార్టీ పరువే బజార్నపడుతుందని ఆయనగారు గమనిస్తున్నట్టు లేదు. ఇక గాంధీగారి పార్టీకి రాష్ట్రంలో పెద్దరికం వహిస్తున్న ఒక సత్తిబాబుకు సొంత జిల్లాలో బ్రాందీ షాపుల బినామీ లావాదేవీలకే ఎక్కడి సమయమూ చాలడం లేదు. పార్టీ అధినేత బొమ్మను చూపిస్తే చాలు ఓట్లవర్షం కురుస్తుందన్న ఆశా అడుగంటి చాలాకాలమైంది. తాజా ఆపద్బాంధవుడైన సినిమా జీవిని నమ్ముకున్నట్లయితే 2009 ఎన్నికల్లో ప్రజారాజ్యం లెవెలును 2014 ఎన్నికల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అందుకోవటం ఖాయం. అటు తెలంగాణలో ధరావతులు గల్లంతై ఇటు సీమాంధ్రలోనూ ఉప్పుపుట్టే ఆశలేని దుస్థితిలో మునగనున్న కాంగ్రెసు ఓటి పడవను పరువుగా గట్టెక్కించటం ఎలాగన్నది కాంగ్రెసు ముందున్న అసలు సవాలు. దాన్ని వదిలేసి విశేష ప్రజాదరణ పొందిన ఒకే ఒక వై.ఎస్. పేరును కూడా గుదిబండకింద పరిగణించటం మతి ఉన్నవాళ్లు చేసే పనేనా? మొదటినుంచీ తెలుగుదేశంలాగే ఇప్పుడు కాంగ్రెసు కూడా వై.ఎస్. అవినీతిపరుడని కోర్టులకంటే ముందే తొందరపడి ముద్రవేసేస్తే కాంగ్రెసుకు ఇక ఏమిచూసి, ఎవరిని గుర్తుచేసుకుని జనం ఓట్లు వెయ్యాలి?

Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu is considered to be very shrewd in his political strategies, but quite often his strategies did not work at least in the last two elections. And every time after his failure, he admitted that he had committed historical blunders because of which he had lost the power.
On Friday, Naidu said in Srikakulam district that he had committed a historic blunder by forging an alliance with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi in the 2009 elections which had cost him heavily in the Seemandhra region. Well, he had forgotten the fact that it was because of his pro-Telangana talk and alliance with the TRS that the TDP had managed to get 38 seats in the Telangana region.
After the 2004 elections, too, Naidu had made a similar statement that he had made a historic blunder by forging an alliance with the Bharatiya Janata Party which had resulted in a big loss to the party. But he conveniently ignored the fact that it was because of the BJP that the TDP could come to power in 1999 elections; otherwise, the TDP would have lost power then itself.
The TDP president also admitted other historic blunders like his failure to promise free agriculture power supply during the 2004 elections. And Naidu will continue to commit the blunder in 2014 elections, too, with his two-eyed policy on Telangana!

If the reports from New Delhi are to be believed, the Congress high command is applying its mind seriously on the bifurcation of the state after the by-elections to 18 assembly seats and Nellore parliamentary seat, expected to be held in June.
Sources said the Congress leadership has realized that there was no way the party can win the by-elections in Seemandhra region in the wake of YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy’s wave and so, there is every need to save the party at least in the Telangana region where Jagan has little presence.
The party leadership is said to be seriously considering the plan of creating Rayala Telangana, instead of just Telangana state by merging four Rayalaseema districts with the Telangana region. This would mean Jagan, who represents Kadapa, will be restricted to the Rayala Telangana and since he does not have much hold on the Telangana, he would remain out of power. In the Andhra state, the Congress would still have the hopes at least in the future, as it is a national party. If Jagan wants to keep out of Rayalaseema and confine himself to Andhra, it is still advantageous to the Congress in the Rayala Telangana region.

My gut hunch is that Telangana agitation has considerably subsided and Central Government is unlikely to move in the direction of bifurcation. The most that may happen is some package, but even such package is unlikely because India has many regions severely impoverished than does Telangana, and that the Central Government is running for cover with gross deficit hitting 5.4% of GDP, meaning that it has no money with out inflicting further inflation on the common man.

Cong and TDP requested Paul to keep candidates in by-polls to split Christian votes and reduce YSRCP’s vote bank.

I don’t think every christian votes for YSRC, such thinking is illogical with every other group/caste. TDP may be trying to paint the communal aspect to YSRC and TDP is well known for such crooked tactics. Also we have seen TDP licking its wounds often with such tactics backfiring on itself.
I still bet, whether it is YSRC or TDP or Congress, a collective wisdom of people takes upper hand, rather than money, caste, religion. Those who hide behind such logics end up with out making any gains. It is imprudent to underestimate people’s verdict, which always overshadows all these statistics and makes strategists run for other models. Only those leaders whom people identify themselves have better chances of making to the end and take any contemporary election win, such obvious fact smacks right in the face.

I think i can bettr give a prediction once Jagan tours in the constituency from 13th-15th But i strongly believe Krishnadas will emerge victorious bcoz of charishma of Jagan and Krishnadas having gud impression among masses
1)TDP is completely out of picture and it completely depends on how well we cash on double standardrs of Dharmana Prasadarao.
2)Even if Congress takes support of TDP,how many of them turn would into votes cant be predicted at this moment.One thing for sure that i can tell is all the TDP leaders in the district has lost all their cadre&followers as YSR got 10/11 assembly seats in 2009 and >7/11 in 2004.
3)Even big names like
a)Erramnaidu has lost his cadre and so he is interested for Rajyasabha
b)Acchenaidu,brother of Erramnaidu,has no constituency and internal conflicts of TDP is a big problem for both of them
c)Thammineni,a prominent leader of Kaalinga,community(Amudalavalasa constituency) cant have influence in Narasannapeta,a VELAMA dominated place.Infact,Thammineni doesn have good impression in public.
Having these facts,i think tht match fixing will not turn into votes.
4)Majority depends on his wife campaigning too as many feel she is very catchy than her husband who is soft by nature.

Three ministers from state cabinet today severely criticized YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. State revenue minister Raghuveera Reddy asked Jagan on what basis did he start YSR Congress. He asked if Jagan had any agenda at all except corruption.
” We are promising Indiramma Rajyam. What is Jagan promising? Scams in the form of VANPIC and Emmar projects? What does YSR Congress mean? What is its ideology? Jagan is an opportunist” Raghuveera Reddy said in Anantapur district.
Primary education minister Shailajanath asked why Jagan is going to court for ‘stay orders’ on CBI inquiry if he is not corrupt. ” If he is honest and didn’t loot public money, why does he need to go to court requesting a stay order on inquiry against him? ” Shailajanath asked.
Yet another minister T G Venkatesh who is a champion of united Andhra Pradesh told in a public meeting at Tirupati that if Jagan wins, he will help TRS divide the state. He said that TRS and Jagan have a secret alliance and if he wins, he will facilitate the formation of separate Telangana.

I am frm Rajam,Constituency of Kondru Murali and have been here since 15years..
I’m in Rajam when Kondru made comments about YSR in a feliciation function done to him which was published in Sakshi District edition.The next day itself he was well countered by District level YSRCP leaders.So no need to bother much about him.
I had an interaction with nearly 10-12 people on this and evryone is damn against him and his latest comments people are not able to digest it
Personally,i remember him visiting house to house and asking him to vote for him considering YSR’s rule and now i regret for voting him.
For the sake of bloggers,I am listing some additional info abt him:
1)He contested form Etcherla in 1999 and lost but won in 2004 bcoz of YSR wave
2)He lost his constituency in 2009 due to changes and was not having a place to contest.
It was at mercy of YSR he got ticket from Rajam(SC reserved) bcoz he was recommencded by Jagan.(Infact there was a retired govt officer named PMJ Babu, well known among masses who expected ticket but Kondru got bcoz of Jagan’s recommendation)
3)People also expected him to shift loyalties to Jagan as he seemed Jagan supporter at one point but backed out.
4)He has been granted land for an engg college in Visakhapatnam by YSR and YSR himself inagurated it.
5)He has no good reputation as he is hardly seen in constituency and govt officers are irritated bcoz of his involvement in evry small thing.
6)Kiran is encouraging him bcoz he wanted to reduce impact of Dharma Prasadarao in the district.
7)Currently PMJ Babu has been the torch bearer for YSR Congress party in the constituency and very high chance tht he could emerge as a winner in a triangular fight between Pratibha Bharati,Kondru and PMJ Babu
8)I personally feel leaders like PMJ Babu should be given more exposure and Srikakulam district lacks a mentor sort of person/well known leader for penetration of the party.
But the upcoming Narasannapeta election would completely change the political scenario of the district for sure.
If YSRCP wins, will TGV stop his anti-Telangana tirade? This party hopper already looks like a joker with a suit in the hot climate. Once he starts talking, he looks like a total baboon,
