చంద్రబాబు తిట్టే కొద్దీ జగన్ పెరిగిపోతున్నాడా? పరిస్థితి అలాగే కనిపిస్తోంది. అగ్ని పరీక్షకు నిలబడి పునీతుడైనవాడు నీతిబోధలు చేస్తే జనం వినిపించుకుంటారు. చేసిన తప్పులు ఒప్పుకున్నవాడినీ క్షమిస్తారు. కానీ అన్ని దర్యాప్తులు, విచారణలను తప్పించుకున్నవాడిని ఎలా నమ్మడం? ఏ పరీక్షకూ నిలబడని మనిషిని ఎలా పరిశుద్ధుడని విశ్వసించడం? చంద్రబాబునాయుడుతో ఇదే సమస్య. చంద్రబాబునాయుడుపై విచారణలన్నీ స్టేలతో ఆగిపోయినవే తప్ప, నిర్దోషిత్వ తీర్పులతో ముగిసినవి కాదు. అందుకే ఆయ న ఎంత గట్టిగా మాట్లాడినా, ఎన్ని వాడి బాణాలు విసిరినా పనిచేయడం లేదు. పైగా ఆయన సేనలు బలహీనపడిపోతున్నాయి.భవిష్యత్తుపై ఆశలు సన్నగిలుతున్నాయి. యో ధులు చెదరిపోతున్నారు. మైసూరాడ్డి బాటవేశారు. ఆ బాటలో ఎంతమంది నడుస్తారో! నిన్నమొన్నటి దాకా జగన్‌పై ఆరోపణలు గుప్పించిన మైసూ రా, ఇప్పుడు జగన్ పంచన ఎలా చేరతారని టీడీపీ వకీళ్లు వాదిస్తున్నారు. 2003లో చంద్రబాబునాయుడుపై ‘బిగ్‌బాస్’ కుంభకోణాన్ని బట్టబయలు చేసింది మైసూరానే. కానీ ఆ తర్వాత కొద్దికాలానికే చంద్రబాబునాయుడు మైసూరాను పచ్చకండువా కప్పి సాదరంగా పార్టీలో చేర్చుకున్నారు. అప్పుడు తప్పయితే, ఇప్పుడూ తప్పే! అవసరాన్ని బట్టి, సందర్భాన్ని బట్టి తప్పొప్పులు మారతాయి.
ఇదో కొత్త చరిత్ర. అరుదైన సందర్భం. రాష్ట్రంలో తొలిసారి అధికారపక్షం, ప్రతిపక్షం ఒకే గొంతుతో మాట్లాడుతుంటాయి. కిరణ్‌కుమార్‌డ్డి, చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఒకే లక్ష్యంతో మాట్లాడుతున్నాయి. కాం గ్రెస్ వ్యతిరేకత ను బాహాటంగా ప్రకటించుకున్న పత్రికలు, చానెళ్లు సైతం కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వానికి అండగా రాతలుకోతలు చేస్తున్నాయి. ఒకటే తేడా. కిరణ్‌కుమార్‌డ్డి రాజశేఖర్‌డ్డిని పొగడుతూ జగన్‌ను తెగడుతున్నాడు. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు, పత్రికలు, చానెళ్లు రాజశేఖర్‌డ్డి, జగన్ వేర్వేరు కాదని తిట్టిపోస్తున్నాయి. ఒక మిత్రుడు పంపిన ఎస్‌ఎంఎస్ గురిం చి ఇక్కడ ప్రస్తావించడం సందర్భోచితంగా ఉంటుందేమో-‘ఈరోజు ఒక ప్రధాన దిన పత్రిక 6వ పేజీలో జగన్ పేరును 50 సార్లు, 14వ పేజీలో 59 సార్లు, వైఎస్ పేరును 33 సార్లు-మొత్తంగా అన్ని పేజీలలో కలిపి ఇద్దరి పేర్లూ 181 సార్లు రాశారు. ఆ పత్రికల జగన్నామస్మరణకు జోహార్లు’ అని అందులో ఉంది. ఇది అక్కసు తో చేస్తున్నా రా? నీతికోసం చేస్తున్నారా? అక్కసు ఎక్కువయితే నీతి కనిపించదు. ఇది భావసారూప్యత కాదు. లక్ష్య సారూప్యత. ఆపరేషన్ డిమాలిష్ జగన్‌లో భాగం! అక్కసుతో చేసే పని ప్రతికూల ఫలితాలకూ దారితీయవచ్చు, జగన్‌పై మరింత సానుభూతి పెరగనూ వచ్చు. ఇప్పుడు మైసూరాడ్డి, ఆళ్ల నాని, రేపు మరికొందరు టీడీపీ, కాంగ్రెస్ నేతలు జగన్ బాట పట్టనూ వచ్చు. జగన్ చట్టం ముందు ఓడిపో యి, రాజకీయంగా గెలవనూ వచ్చు.
లక్ష్యాన్ని కొట్టడానికి ఉండాల్సింది కసి కాదు. గురి. కసితో కొట్టే బాణాలు లక్ష్యా న్ని చేరవు. నిజాయితీలేని యుద్ధం ఫలితాలు సాధించదు. అవినీతి గొంగడిలో కూర్చుని నీతిబోధలు చేస్తే ఎవరూ వినిపించుకోరు. కోర్టు సాక్షిగా మద్యం కుంభకోణం కేస్ డైరీలో నిందితునిగా స్థానం సంపాదించుకున్న మంత్రిని పక్కన కూర్చోబెట్టుకుని, జగన్ అవినీతిని ఉతకాలని చూస్తే లాభం లేదు. సెలెక్టివ్ విక్టిమైజేషన్, టార్గెటెడ్ ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్ అధికారంలో ఉన్న నాయకులకు సాధ్యం కావచ్చు. చేతిలో అధికారం ఉంటే దర్యాప్తు అధికారులను అర్ధరాత్రి బదిలీ చేయవచ్చు. ఒక పెద్దగీతను పక్కన గీసి అప్పటికే ఉన్నగీతను చిన్నదిగా చూపించవచ్చు. కానీ కోర్టులకు, ప్రజలకు కష్టం. వాళ్ల సంగతేమిటి? వీళ్ల సంగతేమిటి? అని కోర్టులు, ప్రజలు వెంటపడి అడుగుతాయి. ఒకడిని తీసుకొచ్చి వీడే దోషి అంటే అంగీకరించవు. మిగతావాళ్ల సంగతి తేల్చండి అంటాయి. చివరకు వాళ్ల తీర్పులు వాళ్లకు ఉంటాయి. కిరణ్ బాణాలు పనిచేయకపోవడానికి కారణం అదే
గోల్ కొట్టడం సంగతి దేవుడెరుగు….కాంగ్రెస్‌వాళ్లు సెల్ఫ్‌గోల్ చేసుకోవడంలో దిట్టలు. ‘అస్టైనంత మాత్రాన దోషి కాదు. ఆయనపై(మంవూతిపై) దోష నిరూపణ జరగలేదు. ఆయన తప్పనిసరిగా నిర్దోషిగా బయటికివస్తారు’ అని మోపిదేవి వెంకటరమణకు మద్దతుగా మంత్రులు సెలవిచ్చారు. ఇదే సూత్రం జగన్‌తో సహా నిందితులందరికీ వర్తిస్తుంది కదా?
తోడేళ్లను పట్టుకోవడానికి మేకలను బలి వేస్తారు. పెద్ద చేపను పట్టడానికి చిన్న చేపను ఎరవేస్తారు. మోపిదేవి ఎంత ప్రతిఫలం పొందాడు? ఎంత తీవ్రమైన తప్పు చేశారన్నది ముఖ్యం కాదు. జగన్‌పై చేస్తున్న దర్యాప్తునకు జస్టిఫికేషన్ రావాలంటే, జగన్‌ను బోనులోకి తీసుకు వస్తే జరిగే పరిణామాలను ఎదుర్కోవాలంటే ప్రభుత్వానికి ఒక మోరల్ పొజిషన్ అవసరం. తాము నిష్పక్షపాతంగా దర్యాప్తు చేయిస్తున్నామని బిల్డప్ ఇవ్వడం అవసరం. అందుకు ఒక బలిపశువు కావాలి. అతడు బలహీనుడు కావాలి. పెద్దగా ఫాలోయింగ్ లేనివాడు కావాలి. కులసమీకరణల్లో అధికార కులాలకు చెందనివాడు కావాలి. ప్రభుత్వానికి ఇక్కట్లు తేనివాడు కావాలి.
అధికార పార్టీ సహజంగా ఎన్నికలల్లో అధికార దుర్వినియోగానికి పడుతుంది.

మిత్ర మీడియా మాత్రం శక్తివంచన లేకుండా ఆ పదాలకు మించిన పాపులారిటీ క్విడ్ ప్రో కోకు తీసుకు రావడానికి రాత్రింబవళ్లు కృషి చేస్తూనే ఉంది. ఇలా కృషి చేయడం వల్ల వారికి వచ్చే ప్రయోజనం ఏమిటి? అంటే ఒకటి శత్రువు అధికారంలోకి రాకుండా అడ్డుకోవచ్చు, మిత్రున్ని అధికారంలోకి తీసుకు రావచ్చు ఇంతకు మించిన ప్రయోజనం రాజకీయాల్లో ఇంకేముంటుంది. ఒకరికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ప్రచారం చేయడం ద్వారా ఒకరికి మేలు చేయాలనే ప్రయత్నం కూడా క్విడ్ ప్రో కో కిందకే వస్తుందేమో!

Tirupathi: In Tirupati, actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi had resigned as MLA after he was elected to the Rajya Sabha, which has resulted in the by-poll. Here voters are anti towards YSRCP candidate Bhuma as well as towards Chiranjeevi. Cabinet Minister Pardasaradhi, MLA Jogi Ramesh tried their best for win of Chiranjeevi, but as per our survey all the hard work was in vain.Crucial factor which turned sympathy towards YSRCP was last day campaign by Vijayamma and Sharmila, Jagan arrest factor. This is a major set back for CHIRU. Cash flow was heavy between two parties competing with each other around 2000rs for vote.Chiranjeevi will win with a majority of 5 to 10000 votes, thanx to TDP for cross voting.
Narsapuram: This is another constituency where Chiru pinned hopes. If Jagan was not arrested , it’s a sure shot win for Congress. Women came in large number to vote towards YSRCP. But it may be touch and GO with YSRCP having slight edge.
Payakaraopet: This was a sure seat of TDP according to prepoll survey before May 25th. Once again arrest of jagan, Vijayamma tour swung sympathy towards YSRCP. This is another constituency which we have to see as Exit Poll survey is Touch and go .Congress will be in 3rd position in this constituency.
Rajampet, Railwaykodur, Rayachoty: No need to talk about these constituencies with clear swing for YSRCP. Percentage increase in polling swung towards YSRCP as per our sources.
Guntur district: Macherla and Pattipaadu: Initial trends or prepoll survey of Pattipaadu was towards TDP. Second cadre or leaders could not utilize the opportunity they got in hands which is surely party mistake for losing this seat. YSRCP will win , thanx to Vangaveeti Radha who silently campaigned and turned Kapu community towards YSRCP ( nearly 13000 votes)
Macherla; As per initial trends or pre poll survey, YSRCP should get highest majority in state, which differed on polling day. We can see total cross voting with TDP faring well in Macherla town but losing grip in surrounding villages. Both seats in Guntur will be towards YSRCP which is a slap for Minister Kanna and MP Rayapaati.
Parakal: Parkal is the only one seat going for bypoll is in the Telangana region. Toughest to predict win with voting percentage in record margin. There will be no surprise if YSRCP may come into picture on counting day. It’s a touch and Go for TRS and YSRCP.
Nellore MP: Congress party filed TSR as its candidate who will be facing another defeat. YSRCP will win with a margin of 2 lakhs.
Allagadda: YSRCP candidate Shobha Nagi reddy will win with a majority of 20000 votes as per our survey. Voting most is almost one sided with a big blow to TDP.
Emmiganur and Rayadurgam: YSRCP will win, but majority will be reduced in Emmiganur. Rayadurgam: YSRCP should thank Bellary MLA Sriramulu who took as a challenge. Severe anti incumbency on Ramchander reddy, but win is due to master plan, money flow of Sri Ramulu.
Polavram: MP Kavuri took it as prestige but could not miantainmometum all the way. YSRCP is going to win with a majority of 7 to 10 thousand votes
Onething we observed in this by pollis When a factor Havah is running, there will be no chance for money , muscle power or Government tricks to restrict that factor.

TDP: Touch and go in one constituency
BJP: NIL
Congress party and YSRCP: Touch and go in 2 constituency
TRS: touch and go in one constituency with YSRCP ( Parakal)
తిరుపతి, జూన్ 12: తమ ఓటు హక్కును వినియోగించుకోవాలని అధికార యంత్రాంగం చేసిన ప్రయత్నం మాత్రం సత్ఫలితానిచ్చి ఓటర్లను పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాల వరకు తీసుకొచ్చింది. అయితే బూత్‌వద్దకు వెళ్లడానికి మాత్రం వారికి ఉండాల్సిన ఓటుహక్కు మాత్రం గల్లంతైంది. ఎపిక్‌కార్డులు ఉన్నా స్లిప్పులు మాత్రం ఇవ్వలేకపోవడం వల్ల ఓటింగ్ శాతం తగ్గింది. తిరుపతి చరిత్రలో గతంలో ఎన్నడూ లేని విధంగా పెరగాల్సిన పోలింగ్ శాతం చతికిలపడిందని చెప్పాలి. 2009 ఎన్నికల్లో 51శాతం ఓట్లు పోల్ అయ్యాయి. అయితే ఓటర్లలో పెరిగిన అవగాహన, ఉప ఎన్నికల పర్యవసనాలు, అభ్యర్థుల ప్రచారశైలి వెరసి ఈ మారు ఓటింగ్ శాతం గణనీయంగా పెరుగుతుందని అందరూ భావించారు. అంటే 60శాతం వరకు ఓటింగ్ జరిగే అవకాశం ఉందని రాజకీయ పరిశీలకులు విశే్లషించారు. అయితే ఓటర్లకు అవగాహన పెంచిన ఎన్నికల సంఘం స్లిప్పులను ఇచ్చే సిబ్బందికి అవగాహన కల్పించడంలో ఘోరంగా విఫలమైందనే చెప్పాలి. అంతేకాకుండా ఓట్లు నమోదు చేయించుకోవడానికి ఎన్నికల సంఘం ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి అవసరమైనంత సమయాన్ని ఇచ్చింది. దీంతో ఏకంగా 2.50 లక్షలకు పైచిలుకు ఓట్లు నమోదు అయ్యాయి. వీరందరికీ ఓట్లు ఉన్నాయని రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారి అధికారికంగా ప్రకటించారు. ఇందుకు తగ్గట్లు రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఎపిక్ కార్డులు లేకపోయినా ఓటర్లకు సంబంధించి ఏవైనా గుర్తింపు కార్డులుంటే ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో నమోదు అయి ఉంటే తమ ఓటుహక్కును వినియోగించుకోవచ్చునని విస్తృతప్రచారం చేసింది. దీంతో ఎపిక్ కార్డులు లేకపోయినా ఓటర్లు తమ ఓటుహక్కును వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు కదా అంటూ రేషన్‌కార్డులు, ఆధార్‌కార్డులు ఇతరత్రా గుర్తింపు కార్డులతో తండోపతండాలుగా పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాలకు చేరుకున్నారు. ఇక అక్కడ వారికి కష్టాలు ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సిబ్బంది వద్దకు వెళ్లి తాము ఫలానా చిరునామాలో ఉన్నామని, తమ పేరు ఇదంటూ ఓటర్లు చెప్పడం, వారు ఒక పర్యాయం తమ చేతిలో బుక్ వాల్యూమ్స్‌ను పరిశీలించి, ఇక్కడ మీకు ఓటు లేదంటూ సమాధానం చెప్పారు. అంతటితో ఊరుకోకుండా ఫలాన బూత్ వద్దకు వెళ్లి వెతకండంటూ ఉచిత సలహా ఇచ్చారు. ఇదే తరహాలో వారు నాలుగైదు కేంద్రాలకు వెళ్లి వెతికి తిరిగి వెళ్లిపోవాల్సిన దుస్థితి ఏర్పడింది. వాస్తవానికి పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాలకు వచ్చిన ఓటర్లకు పోలింగ్‌బూత్‌లోనికి వెళ్లే అవకాశం లభించి ఉంటే ఓటింగ్ శాతం మరో 15నుండి 20శాతం పెరిగేదని అంచనా. అంటే 1.60లక్షల మందికిపైగా ఓటర్లు తమ ఓటుహక్కును వినియోగించుకునే అవకాశం ఉండేది. ఇక ఓటు నమోదు సమయంలో పేర్లు రాసుకున్నా వారి పేర్లు లేకపోయిన వారి సంఖ్య కూడా వేలల్లోనే ఉంది అంటే అతిశయోక్తికాదు.
వాస్తవానికి వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి అనుకూలంగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల్లో ఓటర్ల పేర్లను తొలగించారనే ప్రచారం సాగింది. ఈ నేపధ్యంలోనే వాల్యూమ్స్‌లో స్లిప్‌లు మిస్ కావడానికి ప్రధాన కారణమని ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు.

I personally feel Karunakar reddy may loose in 2014 also if he wont win this time. But still i feel he will with atleast 500 Votes.
Kishore kumar reddy has played key role in tirupati against YSRCP.
Below are the things he did against to YSRCP.
(1) They intentionally removed 18% of Reddy Votes, and they managed 20% of Reddy Votes to vote against to YSRCP by disturbing huge money and goodies
(2) I personally fell Karunakar reddy miserably failed to Invite Shankar Reddy to Our Party. If he would join we would have in Better Position
(3)KKR maintained to vote for Balija Votes for Ramana
(4) Yesterday i was roaming in tirupati across the booths
(5) In some areas they not allowed (YSRCP) people to come to booth and vote for our party
(6) karunakar reddy may be good member in our Party. But he is not able to attract all people and there are some negative sympathy on him when he was in TTD and personally he is not belong to tirupati even though he is staying in Tirupati
Note: Always we should not Depend on “JAGAN ANNA ” & Vijayamma to come for campaign and work for ou rparty
Local leaders should be active and out party also should not go blindly in Candidate Selection and even i dint find any good Candidate for MP Seat for Tirupati.
Karunakar reddy has not learned anything for 2009 General Elections. Our local leaders should be Proactive on people issues and they should fight for local problems.

Tirupati – Very tough fight, YSRP has slight edge. If YSRP loose this it is only because of Karunakar Reddy. The candidate selection resulted easy win to tough.

— పార్టీ కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ ల పనితీరు ప్రజాస్వామ్యయుతంగా ఉండాలి. అంతర్గత ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఎన్నికలు ఉండాలి. ప్రతి పార్టీ మెంబర్ కి శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలి. దేశ ,రాష్ట్ర సమస్యల మీద అందరికి అవగాహన పెంచాలి.
–మన పార్టీని ఒక కుటుంబ ,లేక కుల పార్టీ గా కాకుండా ఒక ప్రజాస్వామ్య యుతమయిన పార్టీగా తయారు చెయ్యాలి. పార్టీలో ఎవరికయినా అధ్యక్షుడు ,ముఖ్య మంత్రి కాగలిగే ఆవవకాశం ఉండాలి. కుల ,మత,ప్రాంత ,రేసు సంబంధం లేకుండా ఎవరయినా అపెక్ష్ పదవికి పోటీ పడవచ్చు. వ్యక్తి ఆరాధన కన్నా ప్రజాస్వామ్య యిత మయిన విధానాలు మనకు ముఖ్యం.
— పార్టీ అంతర్గత పదవులకి నామినేటెడ్ పద్దతిలో కాకుండా వోటింగ్ ద్వారా ఎన్నుకోవాలి. పార్టీ అన్ని జిల్లా మండల ఆఫీసుల్లో ఒక లైబ్రరీ ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యాలి. ప్రతి రెండు వారాలకి గ్రామ స్థాయి నుండి అధ్యక్షుడి తో సహా మన పార్టీ నాయకులతో ఒక కాన్ఫరెన్స్ కాల్ ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యాలి.
–మనము అధికారం లోకి వచ్చిన తరువాత అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ పధకాలు ఒక ఉద్యమ స్తాయిలో తీసుకొని వెళ్ళాలి. తర తరాల గా నిర్లక్ష్యం వహించ బడిన అనేక వర్గాలని ఆర్ధిక , సాంఘిక, రాజకీయ స్టేటస్ ను మార్చే పధకాలు రూపొందించాలి.
–మనము అధికారం లో ఉన్నప్పుడు ప్రతి క్షణము మనకు ఇంపార్టంటే . అన్ని నీటి పారుదల ,మౌలిక సదుపాయాల ప్రాజెక్టులు యుద్ద ప్రాతిపదకన పూర్తి చేయాలి. ప్రాశ్చాత్య దేశాల సంఘ నిర్మాణం ఒక సారి చూడండి. మన భారతీయులు కూడా అటువంటి అభివృద్దికి అర్హులు.
— మనకున్న లక్ష్యాలు ,మానిఫెస్టో లో చెప్పిన ప్రతి పదకానికి ఒక detailed డెవలప్మెంట్ ప్లాన్ ఉండాలి. ప్రతి పధకానికి ప్రోస్ ,కాన్స్ నోటు చెయ్యాలి. ఫాల్ బాక్ అప్ప్రోచ్ ఉండాలి.
— ప్రతి కుటుమ్భము ఆర్ధిక పరిస్థితి వంద రెట్లు పెరగాలి. ప్రతి దళిత ,గిరిజన ,బడుగు ,బలహీన ,మైనారిటీ కుటుంబం నుండి కనీసం ఒకరన్న వైట్ కాలర్ జాబు లేదా ,ప్రాఫిటబుల్ బిజినెస్ చేసే విధంగా మన ఆర్ధిక వ్యవస్థ రూపొందించాలి.
— వ్యవసాయ ,పారిశ్రామిక , సేవా రంగాలలో అభివృద్ధి రాకెట్ వేగం తో ఉండాలి. ప్రతి పధకం ,ప్రతి ఆలోచన సమాజం లో అట్టడుగు వర్గాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకొని రూపొందించాలి. ఎంట్రపెన్యుర్ షిప్ ను పెంచి ,నవీన ఆలోచనలతో మన దేశ పరిస్థిని మార్చే యువతరాన్ని తయారు చెయ్యాలి. మన విద్యా విధానములో సైన్సు ,శాస్త్ర రంగాలకి అధిక ప్రాముఖ్యం ఇచ్చి మన సమాజ ముఖ చిత్రాన్నే మార్చాలి.
— కొన్ని వందల రంగాలు ,కొన్ని కోట్ల మెదడ్లు మనకు ఉన్నాయి. ఆకాశమే హద్దు మన సమాజ అభివృద్దికి . లెట్ ది పీపుల్ థింక్ . లెట్ థెం థింక్. అందరికి సమానమనే సమ సమాజాన్ని తయారు చెయ్యి జగన్మోహనా.
–అంతులేని పేదరికం ,తర తరాలుగా ఒక బానిస సమాజాన్ని తయారు చేసుకున్నాము మనము. చేంజ్ ది రూట్స్ అఫ్ థిస్ సొసైటీ. చరిత్ర పురుషుడివిగా నిలువు. నీ ప్రజల కస్టాలు చూసి నీ రక్తం నిరంతరం మరుగుతూ ఉండాలి. నీవు అధికారం లో ఉండే అయిదు సంవత్సరాలలో చెయ్యబోయే ప్రతి పనికి టార్గెట్ ఉండాలి. ఖచ్చితమయిన ప్లాన్ తయారు చేసుకో జగన్ మోహనా. ప్రతి క్షణము నీకు ముఖ్యమే. చరిత్ర చదువు. నూతనంగా ఆలోచించు. రాజకీయ నాయకుడిగా కాకుండా రాజ నీతిజ్ఞుడిగా మారు.

ఉప ఎన్నికలలో పోలింగ్ జోరుగానే ఆరంభమైంది. పలు నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఓటర్లు ఉదయానే బారులు తీరి ఉండడం కనిపిస్తోంది. సాధారణంగా ప్రభుత్వ వ్యతిరేకత ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నప్పుడు, ప్రతిపక్షానికి అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఎక్కువ ఓట్లు పోలవుతాయన్న అభిప్రాయం ఉంటుంది.ప్రస్తుతం సర్వేలు వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ కు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నందున, పోలింగ్ సరళి ఆ ధోరణి కినిపిస్తుంది.కాగా కొన్ని చోట్ల అధికారులు పక్షపాతంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నందున వారిని విధుల నుంచి తొలగించి కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఒంగోలు వద్ద ఇద్దరు అదికారులు వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ కు అనుకూలంగా వ్యవహరిస్తూ వెబ్ కామ్ లో దొరికిపోయారు.వారిని సస్పెండ్ చేశారు.కాగా సి.ఇ.ఓ బన్వర్ లాల్ పై టిడిపి నేతలు ఆరోపణలు చేయడం కాస్త ఆశ్చర్యంగానే ఉంది. ఫాన్ గుర్తు ప్రచారం జరిగే విధంగా వి గార్డు ఫాన్ ల వాణిజ్య ప్రకటనలను సాక్షి ప్రసారం చేస్తున్నా ఆయన చర్య తీసుకోలేదని టిడిపి ఆరోపించింది. విశేషం ఏమిటంటే అదే ప్రచార ప్రకటనను జగన్ ను వ్యతిరేకించే ఒక ఛానల్ కూడా ప్రసారం చేస్తోంది. అది వాణిజ్య ప్రకటన కనుక దానిని నిషేధించే అవకాశం ఉంటుందా అన్నది చర్చనీయాంశంగా ఉంది.బహుశా టిడిపి ఒంగోలు ఆఫీస్ లో పోలీసులు పద్నాలుగున్నర లక్షల రూపాయల డబ్బు పట్టుకోవడం ఆ పార్టీ నేతలకు ఆగ్రహం కలిగించి ఉండవచ్చు. దాని కారణంగానే వారు ఇలాంటి ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నారనిపిస్తుంది.బన్వర్ లాల్ నిజాయితీ కలిగిన నిర్మొహమాట అధికారిగానే పేరొందారు.అయినా ఇలాంటప్పుడు కొన్ని విమర్శలు తప్పవు.అదే బన్వర్ లాల్ వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ కు అనుకూలంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్న ఇద్దరు అదికారులను పట్టుకుని చర్య తీసుకోవడం గమనించదగిన విషయమే.వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ వర్గాలు చేబుతున్న ఒక పరిశీలన ప్రకారం పరకాల తప్ప మిగిలిన చోట్ల తమకు అనుకూలంగానే పోలింగ్ సరళి ఉందని చెబుతున్నారు.కాంగ్రెస్,టిడిపి నేతలు అంత ధీమాతో చెప్పలేకపోతున్నారు.

For punters, stakes really high TIMES NEWS NETWORK
Visakhapatnam: Even before the polling on Tuesday, punters are betting heavily on the candidates and their parties. Not only on majority of votes, they are also seen predicting the losers’ margin. After Vijayamma’s roadshows and Sharmila’s ‘fiery’ speeches, the stakes have swung wildly in favour of YSR Congress.
According to the punters’ verdict, YSR Congress would win 15 seats, TDP two, and BJP would win one. However, some punters are pitching for TDP win in Payakaraopet, Rayadurg and Prathipadu. Stakes are high on notable figures in Tirupati, Macherla and Polavaram. Sources said the betting money is in the range of Rs 100 crore, which is very high for any bypoll in the state. Betting amounts have gone up to Rs 50 crore for the Nellore LS seat where Congress candidate T Subbarami Reddy is striving hard to win.
Most of the people involved in betting are realtors, industrialists and party cadre, besides businessmen. Large-scale betting is taking place not only in Vizag, but also in Vijayawada, Ongole, Guntur, Nellore, Tirupati, Anantapur and Kadapa. Stakes are high in both Godavari districts, which are known as granaries of the state. Many industrialists and landlords are said to be involved in it. “The Godavari districts are known for heavy betting whether it is ports or politics and elections,” landlord Alapati Sarva Rayudu said. Punters are willing to put more money on YSR CP winning 14 to 16 seats in the bypolls, a businessman Y Ramu Naidu said. Interestingly, many people are betting on BJP’s win in Parkal where Konda Surekha is YSR CP candidate and on TDP’s win in Chengala Venkata Rao in Payakaraopet.
Heavy betting is on for the Narasannapet assembly seat where minister Dharmana Prasada Rao’s elder brother Krishna Das is contesting on an YSR CP ticket. The bookies are giving Rs 1,000 for Rs 100 in this segment. Visakha rural SP G Srinivas said anybody found involved in betting would be dealt with sternly.

At the end of the campaign on Sunday evening, a senior Telugu Desam leader told me that the relentless and rabid anti-Jagan campaign carried out by Eenadu and Andhra Jyoti Telugu newspapers and their respective TV channels have actually harmed the TDP more.
People now feel the entire system is actually conspiring to finish Jagan politically.
Apart from the goodwill for YSR that still prevails in rural Andhra Pradesh, a common sentiment you hear is “why not give him at least one chance” and “after all, which politician is not corrupt”.
And harming the Congress cause most is the chief of its state unit. When Botsa Satyanarayana, himself tainted by allegations of being involved in the liquor scam, delivers sermons on honesty among politicians, it cuts no ice with the voter.
The going rate is reportedly Rs 1,000 for a vote. And in tight contests like Payakaraopeta (where the TDP is putting up a stiff fight), Narsapur (where the Congress candidate is strong) and Tirupati (where the YSR Congress candidate Karunakar Reddy has a soiled reputation), the voter is king on the D-day and supply should meet demand.
Intelligence agencies have predicted a sweep for the YSR Congress, with only Parkal in Telangana region going the way of the TRS. The three seats mentioned above could witness a tight finish. Nellore Lok Sabha seat too looks difficult for high-profile Congress candidate T Subbirami Reddy, despite whispers of a match-fixing deal with the TDP. This result in a coastal Andhra seat will be an indicator of things to come in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections and that should worry Sonia Gandhi. Sources say in most constituencies, the Congress and TDP candidates in the last one week have reduced their expenditure and are spending only what is necessary to come second.

ఇదో కొత్త చరిత్ర. అరుదైన సందర్భం. రాష్ట్రంలో తొలిసారి అధికారపక్షం, ప్రతిపక్షం ఒకే గొంతుతో మాట్లాడుతుంటాయి. కిరణ్‌కుమార్‌డ్డి, చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఒకే లక్ష్యంతో మాట్లాడుతున్నాయి. కాం గ్రెస్ వ్యతిరేకత ను బాహాటంగా ప్రకటించుకున్న పత్రికలు, చానెళ్లు సైతం కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వానికి అండగా రాతలుకోతలు చేస్తున్నాయి. ఒకటే తేడా. కిరణ్‌కుమార్‌డ్డి రాజశేఖర్‌డ్డిని పొగడుతూ జగన్‌ను తెగడుతున్నాడు. చంద్రబాబునాయుడు, పత్రికలు, చానెళ్లు రాజశేఖర్‌డ్డి, జగన్ వేర్వేరు కాదని తిట్టిపోస్తున్నాయి. ఒక మిత్రుడు పంపిన ఎస్‌ఎంఎస్ గురిం చి ఇక్కడ ప్రస్తావించడం సందర్భోచితంగా ఉంటుందేమో-‘ఈరోజు ఒక ప్రధాన దిన పత్రిక 6వ పేజీలో జగన్ పేరును 50 సార్లు, 14వ పేజీలో 59 సార్లు, వైఎస్ పేరును 33 సార్లు-మొత్తంగా అన్ని పేజీలలో కలిపి ఇద్దరి పేర్లూ 181 సార్లు రాశారు. ఆ పత్రికల జగన్నామస్మరణకు జోహార్లు’ అని అందులో ఉంది. ఇది అక్కసు తో చేస్తున్నా రా? నీతికోసం చేస్తున్నారా? అక్కసు ఎక్కువయితే నీతి కనిపించదు. ఇది భావసారూప్యత కాదు. లక్ష్య సారూప్యత. ఆపరేషన్ డిమాలిష్ జగన్‌లో భాగం! అక్కసుతో చేసే పని ప్రతికూల ఫలితాలకూ దారితీయవచ్చు, జగన్‌పై మరింత సానుభూతి పెరగనూ వచ్చు. ఇప్పుడు మైసూరాడ్డి, ఆళ్ల నాని, రేపు మరికొందరు టీడీపీ, కాంగ్రెస్ నేతలు జగన్ బాట పట్టనూ వచ్చు. జగన్ చట్టం ముందు ఓడిపో యి, రాజకీయంగా గెలవనూ వచ్చు.
లక్ష్యాన్ని కొట్టడానికి ఉండాల్సింది కసి కాదు. గురి. కసితో కొట్టే బాణాలు లక్ష్యా న్ని చేరవు. నిజాయితీలేని యుద్ధం ఫలితాలు సాధించదు. అవినీతి గొంగడిలో కూర్చుని నీతిబోధలు చేస్తే ఎవరూ వినిపించుకోరు. కోర్టు సాక్షిగా మద్యం కుంభకోణం కేస్ డైరీలో నిందితునిగా స్థానం సంపాదించుకున్న మంత్రిని పక్కన కూర్చోబెట్టుకుని, జగన్ అవినీతిని ఉతకాలని చూస్తే లాభం లేదు. సెలెక్టివ్ విక్టిమైజేషన్, టార్గెటెడ్ ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్ అధికారంలో ఉన్న నాయకులకు సాధ్యం కావచ్చు. చేతిలో అధికారం ఉంటే దర్యాప్తు అధికారులను అర్ధరాత్రి బదిలీ చేయవచ్చు. ఒక పెద్దగీతను పక్కన గీసి అప్పటికే ఉన్నగీతను చిన్నదిగా చూపించవచ్చు. కానీ కోర్టులకు, ప్రజలకు కష్టం. వాళ్ల సంగతేమిటి? వీళ్ల సంగతేమిటి? అని కోర్టులు, ప్రజలు వెంటపడి అడుగుతాయి. ఒకడిని తీసుకొచ్చి వీడే దోషి అంటే అంగీకరించవు. మిగతావాళ్ల సంగతి తేల్చండి అంటాయి. చివరకు వాళ్ల తీర్పులు వాళ్లకు ఉంటాయి. కిరణ్ బాణాలు పనిచేయకపోవడానికి కారణం అదే
గోల్ కొట్టడం సంగతి దేవుడెరుగు….కాంగ్రెస్‌వాళ్లు సెల్ఫ్‌గోల్ చేసుకోవడంలో దిట్టలు. ‘అస్టైనంత మాత్రాన దోషి కాదు. ఆయనపై(మంవూతిపై) దోష నిరూపణ జరగలేదు. ఆయన తప్పనిసరిగా నిర్దోషిగా బయటికివస్తారు’ అని మోపిదేవి వెంకటరమణకు మద్దతుగా మంత్రులు సెలవిచ్చారు. ఇదే సూత్రం జగన్‌తో సహా నిందితులందరికీ వర్తిస్తుంది కదా?
తోడేళ్లను పట్టుకోవడానికి మేకలను బలి వేస్తారు. పెద్ద చేపను పట్టడానికి చిన్న చేపను ఎరవేస్తారు. మోపిదేవి ఎంత ప్రతిఫలం పొందాడు? ఎంత తీవ్రమైన తప్పు చేశారన్నది ముఖ్యం కాదు. జగన్‌పై చేస్తున్న దర్యాప్తునకు జస్టిఫికేషన్ రావాలంటే, జగన్‌ను బోనులోకి తీసుకు వస్తే జరిగే పరిణామాలను ఎదుర్కోవాలంటే ప్రభుత్వానికి ఒక మోరల్ పొజిషన్ అవసరం. తాము నిష్పక్షపాతంగా దర్యాప్తు చేయిస్తున్నామని బిల్డప్ ఇవ్వడం అవసరం. అందుకు ఒక బలిపశువు కావాలి. అతడు బలహీనుడు కావాలి. పెద్దగా ఫాలోయింగ్ లేనివాడు కావాలి. కులసమీకరణల్లో అధికార కులాలకు చెందనివాడు కావాలి. ప్రభుత్వానికి ఇక్కట్లు తేనివాడు కావాలి.

Tirupathi: In Tirupati, actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi had resigned as MLA after he was elected to the Rajya Sabha, which has resulted in the by-poll. Here voters are anti towards YSRCP candidate Bhuma as well as towards Chiranjeevi. Cabinet Minister Pardasaradhi, MLA Jogi Ramesh tried their best for win of Chiranjeevi, but as per our survey all the hard work was in vain.Crucial factor which turned sympathy towards YSRCP was last day campaign by Vijayamma and Sharmila, Jagan arrest factor. This is a major set back for CHIRU. Cash flow was heavy between two parties competing with each other around 2000rs for vote.Chiranjeevi will win with a majority of 5 to 10000 votes, thanx to TDP for cross voting.
Narsapuram: This is another constituency where Chiru pinned hopes. If Jagan was not arrested , it’s a sure shot win for Congress. Women came in large number to vote towards YSRCP. But it may be touch and GO with YSRCP having slight edge.
Payakaraopet: This was a sure seat of TDP according to prepoll survey before May 25th. Once again arrest of jagan, Vijayamma tour swung sympathy towards YSRCP. This is another constituency which we have to see as Exit Poll survey is Touch and go .Congress will be in 3rd position in this constituency.
Rajampet, Railwaykodur, Rayachoty: No need to talk about these constituencies with clear swing for YSRCP. Percentage increase in polling swung towards YSRCP as per our sources.
Guntur district: Macherla and Pattipaadu: Initial trends or prepoll survey of Pattipaadu was towards TDP. Second cadre or leaders could not utilize the opportunity they got in hands which is surely party mistake for losing this seat. YSRCP will win , thanx to Vangaveeti Radha who silently campaigned and turned Kapu community towards YSRCP ( nearly 13000 votes)
Macherla; As per initial trends or pre poll survey, YSRCP should get highest majority in state, which differed on polling day. We can see total cross voting with TDP faring well in Macherla town but losing grip in surrounding villages. Both seats in Guntur will be towards YSRCP which is a slap for Minister Kanna and MP Rayapaati.
Parakal: Parkal is the only one seat going for bypoll is in the Telangana region. Toughest to predict win with voting percentage in record margin. There will be no surprise if YSRCP may come into picture on counting day. It’s a touch and Go for TRS and YSRCP.
Nellore MP: Congress party filed TSR as its candidate who will be facing another defeat. YSRCP will win with a margin of 2 lakhs.
Allagadda: YSRCP candidate Shobha Nagi reddy will win with a majority of 20000 votes as per our survey. Voting most is almost one sided with a big blow to TDP.
Emmiganur and Rayadurgam: YSRCP will win, but majority will be reduced in Emmiganur. Rayadurgam: YSRCP should thank Bellary MLA Sriramulu who took as a challenge. Severe anti incumbency on Ramchander reddy, but win is due to master plan, money flow of Sri Ramulu.
Polavram: MP Kavuri took it as prestige but could not miantainmometum all the way. YSRCP is going to win with a majority of 7 to 10 thousand votes
Onething we observed in this by pollis When a factor Havah is running, there will be no chance for money , muscle power or Government tricks to restrict that factor.

తిరుపతి, జూన్ 12: తమ ఓటు హక్కును వినియోగించుకోవాలని అధికార యంత్రాంగం చేసిన ప్రయత్నం మాత్రం సత్ఫలితానిచ్చి ఓటర్లను పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాల వరకు తీసుకొచ్చింది. అయితే బూత్‌వద్దకు వెళ్లడానికి మాత్రం వారికి ఉండాల్సిన ఓటుహక్కు మాత్రం గల్లంతైంది. ఎపిక్‌కార్డులు ఉన్నా స్లిప్పులు మాత్రం ఇవ్వలేకపోవడం వల్ల ఓటింగ్ శాతం తగ్గింది. తిరుపతి చరిత్రలో గతంలో ఎన్నడూ లేని విధంగా పెరగాల్సిన పోలింగ్ శాతం చతికిలపడిందని చెప్పాలి. 2009 ఎన్నికల్లో 51శాతం ఓట్లు పోల్ అయ్యాయి. అయితే ఓటర్లలో పెరిగిన అవగాహన, ఉప ఎన్నికల పర్యవసనాలు, అభ్యర్థుల ప్రచారశైలి వెరసి ఈ మారు ఓటింగ్ శాతం గణనీయంగా పెరుగుతుందని అందరూ భావించారు. అంటే 60శాతం వరకు ఓటింగ్ జరిగే అవకాశం ఉందని రాజకీయ పరిశీలకులు విశే్లషించారు. అయితే ఓటర్లకు అవగాహన పెంచిన ఎన్నికల సంఘం స్లిప్పులను ఇచ్చే సిబ్బందికి అవగాహన కల్పించడంలో ఘోరంగా విఫలమైందనే చెప్పాలి. అంతేకాకుండా ఓట్లు నమోదు చేయించుకోవడానికి ఎన్నికల సంఘం ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి అవసరమైనంత సమయాన్ని ఇచ్చింది. దీంతో ఏకంగా 2.50 లక్షలకు పైచిలుకు ఓట్లు నమోదు అయ్యాయి. వీరందరికీ ఓట్లు ఉన్నాయని రిటర్నింగ్ అధికారి అధికారికంగా ప్రకటించారు. ఇందుకు తగ్గట్లు రాష్ట్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఎపిక్ కార్డులు లేకపోయినా ఓటర్లకు సంబంధించి ఏవైనా గుర్తింపు కార్డులుంటే ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో నమోదు అయి ఉంటే తమ ఓటుహక్కును వినియోగించుకోవచ్చునని విస్తృతప్రచారం చేసింది. దీంతో ఎపిక్ కార్డులు లేకపోయినా ఓటర్లు తమ ఓటుహక్కును వినియోగించుకోవచ్చు కదా అంటూ రేషన్‌కార్డులు, ఆధార్‌కార్డులు ఇతరత్రా గుర్తింపు కార్డులతో తండోపతండాలుగా పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాలకు చేరుకున్నారు. ఇక అక్కడ వారికి కష్టాలు ప్రారంభమయ్యాయి. ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన సిబ్బంది వద్దకు వెళ్లి తాము ఫలానా చిరునామాలో ఉన్నామని, తమ పేరు ఇదంటూ ఓటర్లు చెప్పడం, వారు ఒక పర్యాయం తమ చేతిలో బుక్ వాల్యూమ్స్‌ను పరిశీలించి, ఇక్కడ మీకు ఓటు లేదంటూ సమాధానం చెప్పారు. అంతటితో ఊరుకోకుండా ఫలాన బూత్ వద్దకు వెళ్లి వెతకండంటూ ఉచిత సలహా ఇచ్చారు. ఇదే తరహాలో వారు నాలుగైదు కేంద్రాలకు వెళ్లి వెతికి తిరిగి వెళ్లిపోవాల్సిన దుస్థితి ఏర్పడింది. వాస్తవానికి పోలింగ్ కేంద్రాలకు వచ్చిన ఓటర్లకు పోలింగ్‌బూత్‌లోనికి వెళ్లే అవకాశం లభించి ఉంటే ఓటింగ్ శాతం మరో 15నుండి 20శాతం పెరిగేదని అంచనా. అంటే 1.60లక్షల మందికిపైగా ఓటర్లు తమ ఓటుహక్కును వినియోగించుకునే అవకాశం ఉండేది. ఇక ఓటు నమోదు సమయంలో పేర్లు రాసుకున్నా వారి పేర్లు లేకపోయిన వారి సంఖ్య కూడా వేలల్లోనే ఉంది అంటే అతిశయోక్తికాదు.
వాస్తవానికి వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి అనుకూలంగా ఉన్న ప్రాంతాల్లో ఓటర్ల పేర్లను తొలగించారనే ప్రచారం సాగింది. ఈ నేపధ్యంలోనే వాల్యూమ్స్‌లో స్లిప్‌లు మిస్ కావడానికి ప్రధాన కారణమని ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు.

Leaders of the Congress put up a brave front on Tuesday and stated that as per the party’s internal assessment, the Congress would win in Tirupati, Narasapuram, Ramachandrapuram and Allagadda.
The party’s polls managers had instructed the candidates in these constituencies to organise a ‘second round’ of distribution of ‘material’ for selected groups which, according to them, worked in their favour. The poll managers were especially pleased with their work at Tirupati where they said that they had managed to win over certain YSRC strongholds.

Kishore kumar reddy has played key role in tirupati against YSRCP.
Below are the things he did against to YSRCP.
(1) They intentionally removed 18% of Reddy Votes, and they managed 20% of Reddy Votes to vote against to YSRCP by disturbing huge money and goodies
(2) I personally fell Karunakar reddy miserably failed to Invite Shankar Reddy to Our Party. If he would join we would have in Better Position
(3)KKR maintained to vote for Balija Votes for Ramana
(4) Yesterday i was roaming in tirupati across the booths
(5) In some areas they not allowed (YSRCP) people to come to booth and vote for our party
(6) karunakar reddy may be good member in our Party. But he is not able to attract all people and there are some negative sympathy on him when he was in TTD and personally he is not belong to tirupati even though he is staying in Tirupati
Note: Always we should not Depend on “JAGAN ANNA ” & Vijayamma to come for campaign and work for ou rparty
Local leaders should be active and out party also should not go blindly in Candidate Selection and even i dint find any good Candidate for MP Seat for Tirupati.
Karunakar reddy has not learned anything for 2009 General Elections. Our local leaders should be Proactive on people issues and they should fight for local problems.

Leaders of the Congress put up a brave front on Tuesday and stated that as per the party’s internal assessment, the Congress would win in Tirupati, Narasapuram, Ramachandrapuram and Allagadda.
The party’s polls managers had instructed the candidates in these constituencies to organise a ‘second round’ of distribution of ‘material’ for selected groups which, according to them, worked in their favour. The poll managers were especially pleased with their work at Tirupati where they said that they had managed to win over certain YSRC strongholds.

–నా అభిప్రాయం ప్రకారం మనము ఇప్పుడు ఒక స్టెప్ వెనుకకు వేసి ,కాంగ్రెస్స్ పార్టీ తో తాత్కాలిక సంధి చేసుకోవాలి. మొదట మన నాయకుడిని బయటకు తీసుక రావాలి. ఎల్ల వేళలా ముక్కు సూటిగా వెళ్ళడం నిజమయిన రాజకీయం కాదు. మనము అధికారం లోకి వస్తే ఎవరి మీద కక్ష సాధింపు ఉండదు అని ప్రకటించాలి అది ఆచరణలో చూపించాలి.
–మిగిలిన ఒక సంవత్సరం పది నెలలు మనకు అతి కీలకమయినవి. మొట్టమొదట కాడర్ పెంచాలి. ప్రతి మండలములో ఒక బలమయిన నాయకుడు ,దానికి అనుబంధ బూత్ లెవెల్ పార్టీ కాడర్ను సిద్దం చేయాలి.
— పార్టీ కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర కమిటీ ల పనితీరు ప్రజాస్వామ్యయుతంగా ఉండాలి. అంతర్గత ప్రజాస్వామ్యం ఎన్నికలు ఉండాలి. ప్రతి పార్టీ మెంబర్ కి శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలి. దేశ ,రాష్ట్ర సమస్యల మీద అందరికి అవగాహన పెంచాలి.
–మన పార్టీని ఒక కుటుంబ ,లేక కుల పార్టీ గా కాకుండా ఒక ప్రజాస్వామ్య యుతమయిన పార్టీగా తయారు చెయ్యాలి. పార్టీలో ఎవరికయినా అధ్యక్షుడు ,ముఖ్య మంత్రి కాగలిగే ఆవవకాశం ఉండాలి. కుల ,మత,ప్రాంత ,రేసు సంబంధం లేకుండా ఎవరయినా అపెక్ష్ పదవికి పోటీ పడవచ్చు. వ్యక్తి ఆరాధన కన్నా ప్రజాస్వామ్య యిత మయిన విధానాలు మనకు ముఖ్యం.
— పార్టీ అంతర్గత పదవులకి నామినేటెడ్ పద్దతిలో కాకుండా వోటింగ్ ద్వారా ఎన్నుకోవాలి. పార్టీ అన్ని జిల్లా మండల ఆఫీసుల్లో ఒక లైబ్రరీ ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యాలి. ప్రతి రెండు వారాలకి గ్రామ స్థాయి నుండి అధ్యక్షుడి తో సహా మన పార్టీ నాయకులతో ఒక కాన్ఫరెన్స్ కాల్ ఏర్పాటు చెయ్యాలి.
–మనము అధికారం లోకి వచ్చిన తరువాత అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ పధకాలు ఒక ఉద్యమ స్తాయిలో తీసుకొని వెళ్ళాలి. తర తరాల గా నిర్లక్ష్యం వహించ బడిన అనేక వర్గాలని ఆర్ధిక , సాంఘిక, రాజకీయ స్టేటస్ ను మార్చే పధకాలు రూపొందించాలి.
–మనము అధికారం లో ఉన్నప్పుడు ప్రతి క్షణము మనకు ఇంపార్టంటే . అన్ని నీటి పారుదల ,మౌలిక సదుపాయాల ప్రాజెక్టులు యుద్ద ప్రాతిపదకన పూర్తి చేయాలి. ప్రాశ్చాత్య దేశాల సంఘ నిర్మాణం ఒక సారి చూడండి. మన భారతీయులు కూడా అటువంటి అభివృద్దికి అర్హులు.
— మనకున్న లక్ష్యాలు ,మానిఫెస్టో లో చెప్పిన ప్రతి పదకానికి ఒక detailed డెవలప్మెంట్ ప్లాన్ ఉండాలి. ప్రతి పధకానికి ప్రోస్ ,కాన్స్ నోటు చెయ్యాలి. ఫాల్ బాక్ అప్ప్రోచ్ ఉండాలి.
— ప్రతి కుటుమ్భము ఆర్ధిక పరిస్థితి వంద రెట్లు పెరగాలి. ప్రతి దళిత ,గిరిజన ,బడుగు ,బలహీన ,మైనారిటీ కుటుంబం నుండి కనీసం ఒకరన్న వైట్ కాలర్ జాబు లేదా ,ప్రాఫిటబుల్ బిజినెస్ చేసే విధంగా మన ఆర్ధిక వ్యవస్థ రూపొందించాలి.
— వ్యవసాయ ,పారిశ్రామిక , సేవా రంగాలలో అభివృద్ధి రాకెట్ వేగం తో ఉండాలి. ప్రతి పధకం ,ప్రతి ఆలోచన సమాజం లో అట్టడుగు వర్గాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకొని రూపొందించాలి. ఎంట్రపెన్యుర్ షిప్ ను పెంచి ,నవీన ఆలోచనలతో మన దేశ పరిస్థిని మార్చే యువతరాన్ని తయారు చెయ్యాలి. మన విద్యా విధానములో సైన్సు ,శాస్త్ర రంగాలకి అధిక ప్రాముఖ్యం ఇచ్చి మన సమాజ ముఖ చిత్రాన్నే మార్చాలి.
— కొన్ని వందల రంగాలు ,కొన్ని కోట్ల మెదడ్లు మనకు ఉన్నాయి. ఆకాశమే హద్దు మన సమాజ అభివృద్దికి . లెట్ ది పీపుల్ థింక్ . లెట్ థెం థింక్. అందరికి సమానమనే సమ సమాజాన్ని తయారు చెయ్యి జగన్మోహనా.
–అంతులేని పేదరికం ,తర తరాలుగా ఒక బానిస సమాజాన్ని తయారు చేసుకున్నాము మనము. చేంజ్ ది రూట్స్ అఫ్ థిస్ సొసైటీ. చరిత్ర పురుషుడివిగా నిలువు. నీ ప్రజల కస్టాలు చూసి నీ రక్తం నిరంతరం మరుగుతూ ఉండాలి. నీవు అధికారం లో ఉండే అయిదు సంవత్సరాలలో చెయ్యబోయే ప్రతి పనికి టార్గెట్ ఉండాలి. ఖచ్చితమయిన ప్లాన్ తయారు చేసుకో జగన్ మోహనా. ప్రతి క్షణము నీకు ముఖ్యమే. చరిత్ర చదువు. నూతనంగా ఆలోచించు. రాజకీయ నాయకుడిగా కాకుండా రాజ నీతిజ్ఞుడిగా మారు.

ఉప ఎన్నికలలో పోలింగ్ జోరుగానే ఆరంభమైంది. పలు నియోజకవర్గాలలో ఓటర్లు ఉదయానే బారులు తీరి ఉండడం కనిపిస్తోంది. సాధారణంగా ప్రభుత్వ వ్యతిరేకత ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నప్పుడు, ప్రతిపక్షానికి అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నప్పుడు ఎక్కువ ఓట్లు పోలవుతాయన్న అభిప్రాయం ఉంటుంది.ప్రస్తుతం సర్వేలు వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ కు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నందున, పోలింగ్ సరళి ఆ ధోరణి కినిపిస్తుంది.కాగా కొన్ని చోట్ల అధికారులు పక్షపాతంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నందున వారిని విధుల నుంచి తొలగించి కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ఒంగోలు వద్ద ఇద్దరు అదికారులు వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ కు అనుకూలంగా వ్యవహరిస్తూ వెబ్ కామ్ లో దొరికిపోయారు.వారిని సస్పెండ్ చేశారు.కాగా సి.ఇ.ఓ బన్వర్ లాల్ పై టిడిపి నేతలు ఆరోపణలు చేయడం కాస్త ఆశ్చర్యంగానే ఉంది. ఫాన్ గుర్తు ప్రచారం జరిగే విధంగా వి గార్డు ఫాన్ ల వాణిజ్య ప్రకటనలను సాక్షి ప్రసారం చేస్తున్నా ఆయన చర్య తీసుకోలేదని టిడిపి ఆరోపించింది. విశేషం ఏమిటంటే అదే ప్రచార ప్రకటనను జగన్ ను వ్యతిరేకించే ఒక ఛానల్ కూడా ప్రసారం చేస్తోంది. అది వాణిజ్య ప్రకటన కనుక దానిని నిషేధించే అవకాశం ఉంటుందా అన్నది చర్చనీయాంశంగా ఉంది.బహుశా టిడిపి ఒంగోలు ఆఫీస్ లో పోలీసులు పద్నాలుగున్నర లక్షల రూపాయల డబ్బు పట్టుకోవడం ఆ పార్టీ నేతలకు ఆగ్రహం కలిగించి ఉండవచ్చు. దాని కారణంగానే వారు ఇలాంటి ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నారనిపిస్తుంది.బన్వర్ లాల్ నిజాయితీ కలిగిన నిర్మొహమాట అధికారిగానే పేరొందారు.అయినా ఇలాంటప్పుడు కొన్ని విమర్శలు తప్పవు.అదే బన్వర్ లాల్ వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ కు అనుకూలంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్న ఇద్దరు అదికారులను పట్టుకుని చర్య తీసుకోవడం గమనించదగిన విషయమే.వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ వర్గాలు చేబుతున్న ఒక పరిశీలన ప్రకారం పరకాల తప్ప మిగిలిన చోట్ల తమకు అనుకూలంగానే పోలింగ్ సరళి ఉందని చెబుతున్నారు.కాంగ్రెస్,టిడిపి నేతలు అంత ధీమాతో చెప్పలేకపోతున్నారు.

I spoke to one of my friend from ongole , there are1000 votes from in his village,in last election polled 600 votes for congress, 400 for TDP, now 500 people officially joined in YSRCP(200 from congress and 300 from tdp)

Visakhapatnam: Even before the polling on Tuesday, punters are betting heavily on the candidates and their parties. Not only on majority of votes, they are also seen predicting the losers’ margin. After Vijayamma’s roadshows and Sharmila’s ‘fiery’ speeches, the stakes have swung wildly in favour of YSR Congress.
According to the punters’ verdict, YSR Congress would win 15 seats, TDP two, and BJP would win one. However, some punters are pitching for TDP win in Payakaraopet, Rayadurg and Prathipadu. Stakes are high on notable figures in Tirupati, Macherla and Polavaram. Sources said the betting money is in the range of Rs 100 crore, which is very high for any bypoll in the state. Betting amounts have gone up to Rs 50 crore for the Nellore LS seat where Congress candidate T Subbarami Reddy is striving hard to win.
Most of the people involved in betting are realtors, industrialists and party cadre, besides businessmen. Large-scale betting is taking place not only in Vizag, but also in Vijayawada, Ongole, Guntur, Nellore, Tirupati, Anantapur and Kadapa. Stakes are high in both Godavari districts, which are known as granaries of the state. Many industrialists and landlords are said to be involved in it. “The Godavari districts are known for heavy betting whether it is ports or politics and elections,” landlord Alapati Sarva Rayudu said. Punters are willing to put more money on YSR CP winning 14 to 16 seats in the bypolls, a businessman Y Ramu Naidu said. Interestingly, many people are betting on BJP’s win in Parkal where Konda Surekha is YSR CP candidate and on TDP’s win in Chengala Venkata Rao in Payakaraopet.
Heavy betting is on for the Narasannapet assembly seat where minister Dharmana Prasada Rao’s elder brother Krishna Das is contesting on an YSR CP ticket. The bookies are giving Rs 1,000 for Rs 100 in this segment. Visakha rural SP G Srinivas said anybody found involved in betting would be dealt with sternly.

At the end of the campaign on Sunday evening, a senior Telugu Desam leader told me that the relentless and rabid anti-Jagan campaign carried out by Eenadu and Andhra Jyoti Telugu newspapers and their respective TV channels have actually harmed the TDP more.
People now feel the entire system is actually conspiring to finish Jagan politically.
Apart from the goodwill for YSR that still prevails in rural Andhra Pradesh, a common sentiment you hear is “why not give him at least one chance” and “after all, which politician is not corrupt”.
And harming the Congress cause most is the chief of its state unit. When Botsa Satyanarayana, himself tainted by allegations of being involved in the liquor scam, delivers sermons on honesty among politicians, it cuts no ice with the voter.
The going rate is reportedly Rs 1,000 for a vote. And in tight contests like Payakaraopeta (where the TDP is putting up a stiff fight), Narsapur (where the Congress candidate is strong) and Tirupati (where the YSR Congress candidate Karunakar Reddy has a soiled reputation), the voter is king on the D-day and supply should meet demand.
Intelligence agencies have predicted a sweep for the YSR Congress, with only Parkal in Telangana region going the way of the TRS. The three seats mentioned above could witness a tight finish. Nellore Lok Sabha seat too looks difficult for high-profile Congress candidate T Subbirami Reddy, despite whispers of a match-fixing deal with the TDP. This result in a coastal Andhra seat will be an indicator of things to come in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections and that should worry Sonia Gandhi. Sources say in most constituencies, the Congress and TDP candidates in the last one week have reduced their expenditure and are spending only what is necessary to come second.
