వాన్ పిక్ భూములను తిరిగి రైతులకు అప్పగించాలని కోరుతూ టిడిపి అదినేత చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు పాదయాత్ర చేపడుతున్నారు. వాన్ పిక్ భూముల వ్యవహారంలో టిడిపి చేస్తున్న ఆందోళన సరైనదేనా అన్న ప్రశ్న సహజంగానే తలెత్తుంది.వాన్ పిక్ భూముల కేటాయింపు, సేకరణ వంటి అంశాలపై సిబిఐ చేస్తున్న వాదనే అధ్వాన్నంగా ఉందనుకుంటే తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ చేస్తున్న పాదయాత్ర వారికి ఎంతవకు రాజకీయంగా ఉపయోగపడుతుందన్నది ప్రశ్నగా ఉంది. ఈ భూములలో అత్యధికం ఎందుకు కొరగాని భూములు.ఇందులో ప్రభుత్వం డబ్బు ఖర్చు పెట్టలేదు.రస్ అల్ ఖైమా పక్షాన వాన్ పిక్ సంస్థ డబ్బులు వెచ్చించి బూములు కొనుగులు చేశారు.విశేషం ఏమిటంటే వాన్ పిక్ భూ సేకరణ సమయంలో టిడిపి నాయకులు ఎవరూ పెద్దగా అభ్యంతరాలు చెప్పిన దాఖలాలు లేవు.గత ఎన్నికల సమయంలో చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆ ప్రాంతంలో పర్యటించినప్పుడు వాన్ పిక్ అతిధి గృహంలోనే బస చేశారని చెబుతారు.గత ఉప ఎన్నికల సమయంలో మంత్రి డొక్కా మాణిక్ వర ప్రసాద్ వాన్ పిక్ బూములు దున్నుతున్నానంటూ షో చేయడం కూడా విమర్శలకు దారి తీసింది. అయితే ఇప్పుడు ఆయన ను ఇన్ ఛార్జీ మంత్రిగా ఏ జిల్లాకు నియమించకపోవడానికి డొక్కా అతి ప్రవర్తన కూడా కారణమని అంటున్నారు. పైగా రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం కూడా ఇటీవల ఒక ప్రకటన చేసింది. ఇది ప్రభుత్వానికి,ప్రభుత్వానికి మధ్య కుదిరిన ఒప్పందం కనుక దీనిని రద్దు చేయడం కుదరదని ప్రకటించింది.పైగా 23వేల ఎకరాలు సేకరించాలని బావించినా ఇప్పటివరకు సేకరించింది పదమూడు వేల ఎకరాలే. ప్రభుత్వపరంగా ఉన్న భూమిని ఇంతవరకు అంద చేయలేదు. ఒక ఓడరేవు, విమానాశ్రయం, విద్యుత్ తదితర ప్రాజెక్టులతో అరవై వేల మందికి ఉపాధి కల్పించే లక్ష్యంతో చేపట్టిన ఈ ప్రాజెక్టుకు వ్యతిరేకంగా కొన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీలు ఆందోళనకు దిగడం చిత్రంగానే ఉంది. వీరు ప్రచారం కోసమే ఇలా చేస్తున్నారన్న అబిప్రాయం ఉంది. గత ఉప ఎన్నికలలో వాన్ పిక్ పరిది ఉన్న ఒంగోలు నియోజకవర్గంలో వై.ఎస్.ఆర్.కాంగ్రెస్ అభ్యర్ది బాలినేని శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి బారీ మెజార్టీతో గెలుపొందారు.చంద్రబాబు అక్కడ పరిశ్రమలు రావద్దని చెబుతారా?లేక అసలు భూమి సేకరణే చేయవద్దంటారా? భూములు అమ్ముకున్నవారికి తిరిగి భూములు ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుందా?కేవలం రాజకీయాల కోసం చంద్రబాబు వంటి సీనియర్ నాయకుడు ఇలాంటి ఆందోళనకు దిగడం వల్ల ఆయనకు కలిగే ప్రయోజనం ఎలా ఉన్నా రాజకీయంగా విమర్శలకు గురికాక తప్పదు.చంద్రబాబు హయాంలో కూడా ఆయా ప్రాజెక్టులకు వేల ఎకరాలు ఎకరాలు సేకరించిన సందర్భాలు ఉన్నాయి. అది కూడా తప్పేనని చంద్రబాబు భావిస్తారా?ఏది ఏమైనా రాష్ట్రంలో పారిశ్రామికరణకు ఇలాంటి చర్యలన్ని విఘాతం కలిగిస్తాయి. ఇలా పాదయాత్రలు చేసిన సందర్భంలో వాస్తవాలు తెలుసుకుని , ప్రాక్టికల్ గా ఏది మంచిదో సలహా ఇవ్వడానికి చంద్రబాబు సిద్దమైతే మంచిదే.అలా చేస్తారా?

ఐదు ఆవులూ ఒక్కసారే ఇవ్వక్కర్లేదు..: పశ్చిమ బీహార్‌లోని బక్సర్ జిల్లాలోని ‘విద్యాదాన్ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూట్ ఆఫ్ టెక్నాలజీ అండ్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్’ ఈ వినూత్న ఆఫర్‌ను ప్రకటించింది. ప్రభుత్వాధీనంలోని ఆర్యభట్ట నాలెడ్జ్ యూనివర్సిటీకి అనుబంధంగా ఉన్న ఈ కాలేజీకి యూజీసీ గుర్తింపు ఉంది. ఐదు ఆవులను ఒక్కసారే ఇవ్వనక్కర్లేదని, వాయిదాలలో అప్పగించవచ్చని కాలేజీ అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. రైతుల దగ్గర డబ్బు లేకపోయినా ఇంటివద్ద ఆవులు ఉంటాయని, అందుకే వారి పిల్లలు ఉన్నత చదువులు పూర్తిచేసేందుకు ఆవులను ఫీజులుగా అనుమతించాలని భావించామని తెలిపారు.
ఆ ఆవుల పోషణ తాము చూసుకుంటామని, వాటి పాలు అమ్మగా వచ్చే ఆదాయాన్ని కాలేజీ ఖర్చులకు ఉపయోగిస్తామని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ కాలేజీలో 240 సీట్లుండగా 20 సీట్లను ప్రత్యేకంగా ఈ ‘కౌ ఫర్ స్టడీస్’ స్కీము కోసం కేటాయించారు. ఈ ఏడాది ఇప్పటికి ఐదుగురు విద్యార్థులు దీని కింద అడ్మిషన్ తీసుకున్నారు. వారు తొలి ఏడాది రెండు ఆవులను, వాటి దూడలను కాలేజీకి అప్పగించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. మరో రెండు ఆవులను, దూడలను రెండో ఏడాదిలోనూ, ఒక ఆవు, దూడను మూడో ఏడాదిలోనూ అప్పగించాలి. రెండు పాడి ఆవులు ఏడాదిలో ఎనిమిది నెలలపాటు 4,800 లీటర్ల పాలిస్తాయని, వాటితో ఏడాదికి రూ.96 వేల ఆదాయం వస్తుందని కాలేజీ అధికారులు అంచనా వేస్తున్నారు. ఇందులో రూ.36 వేలు ఆవుల దాణా, ఇతర ఖర్చులకు పోయినా ఏడాదికి నికరంగా రూ.60 వేల ఆదాయముంటుందని భావిస్తున్నారు.
On the same lines, the AP farmer, instead of declaring a crop holiday, should start barter. Food for Education, Food for White Goods, Food for Medical treatment etc. This will bring every one else to their kneels for a course correction in the society.

There is a hush talk going on in the Filmnagar circles that Jr N T Rama Rao’s marital life is on the rocks, thanks to power hungry politics of his uncle and Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu.
Last year, Jr NTR got married to Lakshmi Pranathi, daughter of Naidu’s niece Narne Mallika, who happens to be wife of noted realtor Narne Srinivasa Rao. The young couple has been the cynosure of all eyes at every function, as they look made for each other. As of now, everything is going on smoothly and happily in the family.
Of late, there has been a talk that Naidu has been terribly upset with Jr NTR after the ugly episode of the latter’s friend Vallabhaneni Vamsi hugging YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy and the subsequent defection of another MLA friend Kodali Nani into the Jagan camp. The animosity has gone to the extent of Naidu bringing pressure on Narne to severe the relationship with Jr NTR.
“There have been quite a few meetings between Naidu and Narne in the recent past and Naidu clearly told the Narne couple that Jr NTR was getting too ambitious and was sabotaging the prospects of the TDP. He reportedly suggested them to get him out of the family,” a source said.
As we all know, Jr NTR deeply loves his wife; and so, it is doubtful whether the attempts to separate the couple will ever become fruitful.

Lot of change in Kiran’s functionality style:
1. He adapted ysr style of functioning… review on irrigation projects … he is not bothering about opponent comments or actions..just he is doing his work …at least he is trying som show put up…we dont know back ground details…

Results, matter. Once you deliver, you are considered competent. Several things come together when someone is successful, 1. external conditions. Global economic conditions, Monsoon, efficient group to execute come together more by accident rather by choice.
Mr. Kiran Kumar reddy, has all these issues positioned adversely. his lack of experience, unrealistic High command , His own lack of understanding of the issues, Inability to delegate. Crisis of confidence in IAS cadre due to YSJ, Emmar and OMC cases is another major factor. All in all Chaos in AP . This can be cleared to some extent if elections are held.
Yes…agreed annaa… but somebody (who had seen YSR very near…) educated kiran about the reality n how to react to surrounding issues…like how YSR was able to resolve the administration issues and handling party men … This change occurred only after by election results….now he is focusing on administration full time…earlier he used to go to delhi to strengthen his position…:) now he is going to delhi to resolve administration issues(eg.. reversal of gas allocation to Maharashtra plant… I don’t know how much ‘genuine’ issue is this..Might be some congress trick to regain AP people’s confidence)…earlier also he went to delhi on 14-F article issue…but he delayed it for political gains…any way as u said…let’s see how far he will succeed in congress group politics…sorry friends..I put this discussion here to notify you to expect the impact of the change in cm on our party…

The confrontationist attitude being displayed by labour minister Danam Nagender against the Kiran Kumar Reddy government is believed to be part of his strategy to get out of the Congress party.
According to grapevine, Danam is one of the seven ministers named by former Youth Congress president P J Sudhakar Babu, acting as “coverts” of YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. Danam has been behaving aggressively and criticizing the Kiran Kumar Reddy government especially since the results of the by-elections to 18 assembly seats were declared a couple of months ago.
“He has been criticizing the attempts of the Congress party leadership to erase YSR brand from the government programmes. He recently attacked the chief minister for trying to dilute the fee reimbursement scheme. It was his supporters who had raised pro-YSR slogans at Gandhi Bhavan the other day. All these indicate that Danam is picking up quarrel with party leaders only with a plan to quit the Congress and jump into YSR Congress. He is just waiting for an opportune time,” sources said.
Danam, however, said he would continue in the Congress party as long as he is in politics and would strive to bring the party to power. He said he did not mind losing the minister post for the sake of people.
But there are no takers for his claim. It may be mentioned that Nagender had joined the TDP just before 2004 elections and won from Asifnagar seat. He later defected back into the Congress

After the recent by-election results, all political pundits have predicted that YSR Congress party headed by Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy is sure to win, if not sweep, the next general elections in 2014. Even the mood of the people in various parts of the state is more or less reflecting the same prediction.
Since the writing on the wall is clear, it is causing a fear psychosis among Jagan’s detractors, who have been creating troubles for him since the death of his father. These individuals from the ruling Congress party or the opposition Telugu Desam Party, besides those in the media, who have used every opportunity to see that Jagan has gone behind the bars and dragged his name into various scams, have already started feeling insecure about their future. For, Jagan has inherited the qualities of his grandfather Raja Reddy who never used to forget his detractors and forgive them.
There is a talk that some of these individuals who are directly responsible for all the troubles of Jagan are planning to leave the country and settle abroad and they don’t want to come back to India till the YSR Congress party president steps down from power. They know that if they remain active in the state, Jagan would not leave them and hound them by digging out all the previous cases against them. Who these people are anybody’s guess.

SC admits Jagan plea for bail Appeal against his arrest dismissed

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Thursday admitted the appeal of YSRCP leader Y S Jaganmohan Reddy seeking bail. Another petition filed by Jagan Reddy challenging his arrest in the disproportionate assets (DA) case was, however, dismissed by the Supreme Court. In another case of the CBI, which appealed against the Andhra Pradesh High Court order granting bail to Vijaysai Reddy, the Apex Court issued notices to Vijaysai Reddy.
The Supreme Court Bench comprising Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai and Justice Aftab Alam issued notice to the CBI and directed the investigative agency to respond. While Ram Jethmalani appeared for Jagan Reddy, Mohan Jai appeared for the CBI.
The apex court issued notice to the investigating agency after senior counsel Ram Jethmalani submitted that various principles relating to grant of bail set by the Supreme Court had been overlooked by the Andhra Pradesh High Court and a CBI court judge while denying him the relief.
On July 9, Jagan Reddy had moved the Supreme Court seeking bail, on the ground that the CBI did not have even a shred of evidence against him in the disproportionate assets case. Jaganmohan Reddy held that merely being wealthy or in public life does not deprive him of his right to get bail.
The CBI had arrested Jaganmohan Reddy on May 27 for allegedly amassing wealth exceeding his known sources of income.

Based on what I heard from very reliable source.. , Judges are under pressure to give bail to Jagan after Gali issue, case itself doesn’t have any valid reason to keep him in Jail (we all know that). సిబిఐ కూడా వైయస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి అక్రమాస్తుల కేసులలో రెండో నిందితుడుగా ఉన్న విజయ సాయి రెడ్డి బెయిల్ రద్దు చేయాలని సుప్రీం కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించింది. దీనిని కూడా ఇవ్వాలే విచారించిన కోర్టు విజయ సాయి రెడ్డికి నోటీసులు జారీ చేసింది. బెయిల్ రద్దు పిటిషన్ పైన రెండు వారాల్లోగా వివరణ ఇవ్వాలని ఆదేశించింది.
విచారణ సందర్భంగా సిబిఐ తరఫు న్యాయవాది మాట్లాడుతూ.. జగన్ సంస్థల ప్రధాన ఆర్థిక సలహాదారుడుగా ఉన్న విజయ సాయి రెడ్డి బెయిల్ పైన బయట ఉంటే విచారణకు ఆటంకం కలుగుతుందని వాదించారు. విచారణకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది కలగకుండా ఉండాలంటే విజయ సాయి బెయిల్‌ను వెంటనే రద్దు చేయాలని న్యాయవాది కోర్టును కోరారు.

వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు, కడప ఎంపీ వైఎస్ జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై సుప్రీంకోర్టు గురువారం సీబీఐకి నోటీసులు జారీచేసింది. కౌంటర్‌ దాఖలు చేయాలని న్యాయస్థానం సీబీఐని ఆదేశించింది. అలాగే జగన్ బెయిల్ పిటిషన్‌పై కోర్టు విచారణ చేపట్టింది. పది రోజుల క్రితం సుప్రీంకోర్టులో రెండు వేర్వేరు పిటిషన్‌లు దాఖలు చేశారు. అయితే తన అరెస్ట్‌ అక్రమమంటూ జగన్ దాఖలు చేసిన పిటిషన్‌ను సుప్రీంకోర్టు కొట్టేసింది.
