హైదరాబాద్, న్యూస్‌లైన్: ‘వస్తున్నా-మీ కోసం’ అంటూ తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు చేస్తున్న పాదయాత్రలో నకిలీ మద్యం పొంగి పొర్లుతోంది. యాత్రకు జనాన్ని సమీకరించేందుకు నకిలీ మద్యాన్ని నిల్వచేసి, పంపిణీ చేస్తున్న టీడీపీ అనంతపురం జిల్లా నేతలు రెడ్‌హ్యాండెడ్‌గా ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారులకు దొరికిపోయారు. ఎక్సైజ్ పోలీసులు పక్కా సమాచారంతో శనివారం అర్ధరాత్రి టీడీపీ జిల్లా నాయకుడి ఫాంహౌస్‌పై దాడి చేసి భారీ ఎత్తున నిల్వ ఉంచిన నకిలీ మద్యం సీసాలను సీజ్ చేశారు. టీడీపీ జిల్లా సంయుక్త కార్యదర్శి సలక్కగారి శ్రీనివాసులు, జిల్లా వాణిజ్య విభాగం కార్యదర్శి సురేష్ అలియాస్ దాల్‌మిల్ సూరిని అరెస్టు చేశారు.
మద్యం రుచిలో తేడా ఉండటంతో కొంత మంది టీడీపీ కార్యకర్తలే ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారులకు ఉప్పందించినట్లు సమాచారం. నిజానికి పాదయాత్రలో నకిలీ మద్యం పంచుతున్నారనే విషయాన్ని సోమందేపల్లి గ్రామంలోనే రమాదేవి అనే మహిళ నేరుగా చంద్రబాబు దృష్టికి తెచ్చారు. ఆయనమాత్రం.. పాలక పక్షం విచ్చలవిడిగా బెల్టు దుకాణాలు తెరవటంతోనే సమస్య ఉత్పన్నం అవుతోందని, తమ ప్రభుత్వం రాగానే వాటిని తీసివేస్తానంటూ చెప్పి అసలు విషయం పక్కదారి పట్టించారని స్థానికులు అంటున్నారు. ఎక్సైజ్ దాడిలో గుట్టు రట్టవటంతో ప్రజల్లో పలుచన అవుతామనే ఆలోచనతో స్వయంగా ‘అధినాయకుడే’ కేసును నీరుగార్చేందుకు విశ్వప్రయత్నాలు చేసినట్లు విశ్వసనీయంగా తెలిసింది. ఢిల్లీ స్థాయి నాయకులను రంగంలోకి దించి దీన్ని సాధారణ మద్యంగానే కేసు నమోదు చేయాలని ఎక్సైజ్ కమిషనర్ సమీర్‌శర్మపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకొచ్చినట్లు సమాచారం.
టీడీపీ అధ్యక్షుడు చంద్రబాబు అనంతపురం జిల్లా నుంచి ప్రారంభించిన ‘వస్తున్నా-మీకోసం’ యాత్రకు జనాన్ని తరలించే బాధ్యత జిల్లా నాయకత్వానికి అప్పగించారు. ఒక్కో వ్యక్తికి రూ. 100 నోటుతో పాటు క్వార్టర్ బాటిల్ మద్యం సీసా ఇచ్చి పరిసర గ్రామాల నుంచి ప్రజలను గంపగుత్తగా లారీలు ఎక్కిస్తున్నారు. అగ్రనాయకుడు ఆదేశిస్తున్నాడు కానీ.. చిల్లిగవ్వ కూడా చేతికి ఇవ్వటం లేదనే ఆలోచనతో జిల్లా నాయకులు అడ్డదారి ఎంచుకున్నారు. మద్యం కొనుగోళ్లకు కోట్ల రూపాయలు ఖర్చు చేయటం ఎందుకనే ఆలోచనతో.. నకిలీ మద్యం పంచాలని నిర్ణయించుకున్నారు. ఈ బాధ్యతను సలక్కగారి శ్రీనివాసులు, దాల్‌మిల్ సూరిలకు అప్పగించారు. ఎవరికీ అనుమానం రాకుండా యాత్ర రూట్ మ్యాప్‌లో లేని కొత్తచెరువు మండల కేంద్రాన్ని నకిలీ మద్యం రవాణాకు అడ్డాగా ఎంచుకున్నారు. మండల కేంద్రానికి కిలోమీటర్ దూరంలో ఉన్న శ్రీనివాసులుకు చెందిన ఫాంహౌస్‌లో ప్రత్యేకంగా తవ్వించిన నేల మాళిగల్లో నకిలీ మద్యం సీసాలు దాచిపెట్టారు.
అక్కడి నుంచి సుమోలో ప్రతిరోజూ యాత్ర సాగే గ్రామాలకు నకిలీ మద్యం సీసాలను సరఫరా చేస్తున్నట్లు ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారుల పరిశోధనలో తేలింది. నిందితుల నుంచి సేకరించిన వివరాలతో పాటు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారులకు లభించిన ఆధారాల ప్రకారం వెయ్యికి పైగా మద్యం కేసులు ఇప్పటికే పంపిణీ చేసినట్లు తేలింది. యాత్ర మొదటి రోజు నుంచే వీటిని పంపిణీ చేసినట్లు భావిస్తున్నారు. యాత్ర సాగిన గ్రామాల్లో తాగిపడేసిన మద్యం సీసాలు, శ్రీనివాసులుకు చెందిన ఫాంహౌస్‌లో దొరికిన నకిలీ మద్యం సీసాలు ఒకటే కావటంతో ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారులు ఈ నిర్ణయానికి వచ్చారు. శ్రీనివాసులుకు చెందిన ఫాంహౌస్‌లో 171 నకిలీ మద్యం కేసులను సీజ్ చేశారు. వీటిలో 67 పెట్టెల రియల్ హీరో విస్కీ, 66 పెట్టెల హైవార్డ్స్ ఫైన్ విస్కీ, 38 పెట్టెల మెక్‌డోవల్ బ్రాందీ ఉంది. లోచెర్ల అనే గ్రామంలో 48 క్వార్టర్లు హైవార్డ్స్ ఫైన్ విస్కీ, తాలమర్ల అనే గ్రామంలో మరో 48 క్వార్టర్లు హైవార్ట్స్ ఫైన్ వీస్కీ సీసాలను పట్టుకున్నారు. వీటిని టాటా ఐచర్ వాహనంతో పాటు ఒక ప్రత్యేక సుమో వాహనంతో తరలిస్తున్నారని పేరు చెప్పటానికి ఇష్టపడని ఎక్సైజ్ అధికారి ఒకరు తెలిపారు.
నకిలీ మద్యం తయారీ ఇలా…
వివిధ పరిశ్రమల నుంచి అక్రమంగా భారీ ఎత్తున రెక్టిఫైడ్ స్పిరిట్‌ను కొనుగోలు చేస్తారు. అందులో నీళ్లు కలిపి పలుచన చేస్తారు. బ్రాందీ, విస్కీ రంగులు రావటానికి సంబంధిత రంగులు కలుపుతారు. వాటిని క్వార్టర్ బాటిల్ సీసాల్లో పోసి బ్రాండ్ల పేర్లతో తయారు చేసిన లేబుళ్లు అతికిస్తారు. నకిలీ మద్యం తాగినవారు తీవ్ర అనారోగ్యం పాలవటమే కాదు.. ప్రాణాలు కూడా కోల్పోయే ప్రమాదం ఉంది.

Unintended consequences
The theme of the campaign or public utterances or outbursts of YSRCP leaders is that Congress and TDP have complete control on the investigation process and even on judicial process , though not on judges.
One of the serious consequences of this is that TDP and Congress are finding it easy to drive home point that JAGAN would not get bail in near future .I am afraid this is not in the interest of YSJ and YSRCP.
No individual in any position , whether in investigating agency or judicial institutions, will be totally free of bias. They can not remain totally insulated from what is aired or published in the society.. However, Judiciary has multiple checkpoints. I am sure ultimately at some stage the Law will prevail.
I am sure no law justifies keeping a person under custody for too long without trial and conviction. YSJ is bound to get bail ,if not in 3 months may be in 6 months. YSRCP therefore should restrain from dragging judiciary in to conspiracy theory.
The second point . it is essential for YSJ to present their case in the national and regional media . They should answer points raised by CBI and opposition , not at charge sheet level but at accusation level . It should convincingly present , growth of YSJ financially , Why quid pro quo allegations are baseless in a simple and sharp manner. I am sure this would go in the minds of those who matter .
The Image of YSJ as rebellion is established and well received . There is a need to present the gentle and humane image as well. They should use the column of YS bharathi garu. for presenting the personality of YSJ.
if these are restricted to SAKSHI, it will not help. They need to brief regional and national media persons and analysts .
People are willing to vote YSR’s son . They will vote YSR daughter and YSJ ‘s sister . What matters is ‘YSR’. YSJ is instrumental in making ‘YSR’ a big political Brand.
It is battle and long one too. It requires stamina, perseverance and commitment. It is unwise not to expect moves and counter moves .
Congress and TDP are helping YSJ with wrong moves and YSJ should capitalize . People are with YSRCP , only YSRCP can fritter away this opportunity.
They r doing what they can. Now people clearly understand that the case is just political vendetta. There is a detailed note that is prepared for the national media based on the bharathi garu’s writing. They are selectively giving those notes.

If jagan needs to be put in jail for he is not an ordinary man and can influence the courts because he is a son of ex(pired) CM, how can Vadhra be a normal man? because he is not indian and just a son-in-law of italian?
