Really it is a unique experience….

Modi has setup Vidhansabha Info Karyakartas (VIKs) in all 182 seats. They use a spl software called KEMP. Every problem gets reported to CM!
If you thought it was impossible for chief minister Narendra Modi to keep an eye on all public and party-related issues in the state, you are wrong. With the help of a special software and the conveners of IT cell appointed in each constituency, Modi is able to do just that in all the 182 assembly seats.
The conveners, called Vidhansabha Information Karyakartas (VIKs) within the BJP, have to bring all the problems of the party and people in their areas to the notice of the chief minister. Modi’s IT team has developed a special software called Karyakarta Empowerment Programme (Kemp) through which he can keep himself up-to-date on major problems in each constituency.
The VIKs have to enter the feedback received from party workers or members of the public, in subject-wise columns marked out in Kemp. This ensures that the feedback goes directly to Modi’s IT team which scrutinises the data and keeps the chief minister informed. The VIKs have been asked to work without bias and not to bother about party hierarchy in the feedback.
The chief minister had constituted the I-T team himself and had held a four-hour meeting with it over two months back to brief it about the programme. Kemp will function till the date of voting. All members of the team have been given laptops and internet data cards so that they can access the software which is also dire

The recent defections in to YSRCP, makes me wonder , if YSRCP is an intersection of Congress and TDP . YSJ wanted to cleanse the political system. What kind of ablution is this. YSRCP has to think of new generation of politicians if they are serious about changing the system.
I agree murthy Garu. The current situation is not similar to 1983 where party aspirants are more than party workers. Now it is vice versa. That doesn’t mean that we have to take everyone from other parties. We should be practical but careful.
If you ask me, what Jagan is doing right.. it was different scenario when NTR gave seats to all new faces. That time, not many established politicians joined NTR from congress so he had to pick new faces. And also people were fed up with same congress for years.
Now Jagan’s challenge is that he is fighting congress and at the same time with established opposition party. So first thing he needs to do is demoralize and weaken both parties before winning himself.
He can think about cleansing the system in the 2nd term in 2019 but first thing is he needs to win at any cost. You guys are talking about improvising the machine before even owning it. I do not mind these Christian, muslim, reddy tags to Jagan as long as he wins the general elections.
Samething with YSR. He did not bother much about corruption allegations in his first term. He was just focused on schemes for people to win people’s confidence for 2009 elections. Wiping out corruptions allegations was next in his agenda and raccha banda was intended for that. But unfortunately he died while doing this.
Its good that leaders are joining YSRCP.
Same time, party should encourage new leaders who has a passion for service and have a good mass/people’s support.

after the death of YSR, rosiaiah govt released a circular stating the progress of jalayagnam and progress of all irrigation projects under it.
it says, 90% projects are more than 75% completed.
and except polvaram, pranahita chevella, uttarandra sujala sravanti, kanthanapally and dummugudem… rest of the projects registered really good progress.
since subsequent govts delayed these projects intentionally/untentionally, things have come this far. otherwise YSR would have got full credit for his efforts of jalayagnam.

రాష్ట్రంలో చంద్రబాబు చేస్తున్న పాదయాత్రను అనుకరిస్తూ కుప్పం మండలంలో నియోజకవర్గ స్థాయి నాయకులం దరూ కలసి ‘పల్లెపల్లెకు తెలుగుదేశం’ పేరుతో ఈనెల ఒకటి నుంచి గ్రామాల పర్యటన చేపట్టారు.ఏదో మొక్కుబడిగా కాకుండా కాస్తంత సిన్సియర్‌గానే వారీ గ్రామాల పర్యటన చేస్తున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోంది. ఎందుకంటే.. దాదాపు ప్రతి పంచాయతీని తాకుతూ వెళ్తున్న వీరి పర్యటనల్లో చెట్టుకింద గ్రామస్థులతో సమావేశాలు జరుపుతున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా స్థానిక మహిళలను బుజ్జగించి సమావేశాలకు తీసుకొస్తున్నారు.గ్రామస్థాయినుంచి నియోజకవర్గ స్థాయి దాకా ఇటీవల నూతనంగా వేసిన పార్టీ కమిటీల నాయకులు, సభ్యులతో ఈ సభలు నిండుగా కళకళలాడుతున్నాయి. పార్టీ జెండా ఆవిష్కరణ తర్వాత ఏదో మాట్లాడామం టే మాట్లాడమన్నట్టు కాకుండా, స్థానిక సమస్య లను గ్రామాలకు వెళ్లకముందే అధ్యయనం చేసుకుని,అక్కడికెళ్లిన తర్వాత ప్రత్యేకించి వాటిని ప్రస్తావిస్తూ, పరిష్కారాల పట్ల అధికార పార్టీ నిర్లక్ష్యాన్ని ఎండగడుతున్నారు. అంతకంటే అధికంగా వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీనే తమ విమర్శలకు లక్ష్యం చేసుకుంటున్నారు. గడప గడపకూ వైకాపా పేరుతో ఆ పార్టీ ప్రజల్లో పడినందువల్లనే ఇలా చేయడంలేదు. జగన్ పార్టీ అంటేనే ప్రలోభాల వల అని ఇప్పటికే రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా రుజువైనందుకు కూడా.పక్కనే పలమనేరు నియోజకవర్గంలోని తమ పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యే ఇటీవలే ఆ జెండా నీడలో చేరడం కూడా కుప్పం నాయకులపై ప్రభావం చూపింది. ప్రజలను అంటే ఓటర్లను ఇలాగే వదిలేస్తే రేపు, అంటే ఎన్నికల వేళ వైకాపా నుంచి ఏయే ప్రలోభా లు వారిని చుట్టుముడతా యోనన్న భయం పట్టుకుంది వారికి. అందుకే ‘వాటరంటా రు, క్వార్టరంటారు.. నమ్మొ ద్దు’ అనేటటువంటి మాటలు గ్రామాల పర్యటనల్లో టీడీపీ నాయకుల ప్రసంగాల్లో చోటు చేసుకుంటున్నాయి. ముక్కు పుల్లలకు, పట్టు చీరలకు లొంగిపోయి ఓట్లను ఎందు కూ పనికిరాని పార్టీలకు సమర్పించుకోవద్దంటూ వేడుకుంటున్నారు. దీనికి అదనంగా వ్యక్తిగతం గా ఉచిత వాగ్దానాలను చేసి, వాటిని అమలు చేయడం కూడా ప్రారంభమైంది. కుప్పం అర్బన్ టీడీపీ అధ్యక్షుడు విద్యాసాగర్ అలాంటి వాగ్దానమే చేసి శనివారం ఉచిత తాగునీటి ట్యాంకర్ సరఫరా ద్వారా షికారీ కాలనీవాసుల దాహార్తి తీర్చడం దీనికి నిదర్శనం.

The recent defections in to YSRCP, makes me wonder , if YSRCP is an intersection of Congress and TDP . YSJ wanted to cleanse the political system. What kind of ablution is this. YSRCP has to think of new generation of politicians if they are serious about changing the system.
I agree murthy Garu. The current situation is not similar to 1983 where party aspirants are more than party workers. Now it is vice versa. That doesn’t mean that we have to take everyone from other parties. We should be practical but careful.
If you ask me, what Jagan is doing right.. it was different scenario when NTR gave seats to all new faces. That time, not many established politicians joined NTR from congress so he had to pick new faces. And also people were fed up with same congress for years.
Now Jagan’s challenge is that he is fighting congress and at the same time with established opposition party. So first thing he needs to do is demoralize and weaken both parties before winning himself.
He can think about cleansing the system in the 2nd term in 2019 but first thing is he needs to win at any cost. You guys are talking about improvising the machine before even owning it. I do not mind these Christian, muslim, reddy tags to Jagan as long as he wins the general elections.
Samething with YSR. He did not bother much about corruption allegations in his first term. He was just focused on schemes for people to win people’s confidence for 2009 elections. Wiping out corruptions allegations was next in his agenda and raccha banda was intended for that. But unfortunately he died while doing this.

after the death of YSR, rosiaiah govt released a circular stating the progress of jalayagnam and progress of all irrigation projects under it.
it says, 90% projects are more than 75% completed.
and except polvaram, pranahita chevella, uttarandra sujala sravanti, kanthanapally and dummugudem… rest of the projects registered really good progress.
since subsequent govts delayed these projects intentionally/untentionally, things have come this far. otherwise YSR would have got full credit for his efforts of jalayagnam.

The first phase of multipurpose Handri-Neeva lift irrigation project is completed now . Recently I have seen one of his speeches where he is promising 8% reservation for Muslims? If anyone remember when High court criticised YSR’s decision of giving 4% reservation to Muslims, these yellow batch n Dramoji cried foul stating he is exploiting the system, exploiting middle class peoples opportunities…These people dont have any shame to say anything against now…when 4% is wrong to them,how come 8% is good…
