The media, films and commercial organisations have hijacked this role and are responsible for the deterioration of value system. How can any one justify item songs and vulgar display in films and advertisements. .
Our only response to heinous crime is make one more law or make existing one tough and handover the same to police who are policing a population which has 10 fold increase in criminals.

Sharath, Why are we trying to go biased on a clear opinion given by YSRCP? As a party YSRCP respects Telangana sentiment. As a party YSRCP took a policy decision to not to intervene in the decision that Central government(Either UPA or NDA etc.,) takes for either bifurcation or Non-Bifurcation. The reason is Central government cannot take decision just because of sentiment as a baseline for bifurcation. Central government has to identify a reason or logic or policy to divide a state. I do not think it is difficult to separate andhra pradesh but the problem will be the borders which district should fall under what. This is really a problem and that is the reason it is getting delayed. It is really easy to fool mob(People) but make them understand the policy is difficult. Hope you understand.

This is exactly my feeling as well.. TDP’s pro-telangana stand is good for us. It ll dilute TRS’s effect. Well played strategy by Mysoora and KK Mahinder. At the same time, we should nt be against telangana movement as there is some genuity in this looking at the history back to 1960’s, not current one.
The only heart burning fact for me is, KCR is exploiting this sentiment after YSR’s death. Otherwise people of telangana were lucky to get water projects and good schemes like aarogyasri & fee reimbursement and good educational institues like IIIT. This is why telangana people gave same number of seats to congress along with TDP+TRS in 2009. KCR’s words on sept 5th, 2009 (just 3 days after our demigod left us), “YS chaavuthoo telanaga (read as TRS) sani poyindhi” still ring in my ears.
This 2009 movement did not emanate from people, It emanated from selfish politics. If we had got this kind of movment in YS’s rule or TDP rule before that, we would have respected it as genuine one. This movement is sponsored by KCR and senile Rosayya. I was a fan of Rosayya before but my respect is gone for him after seeing his inability to control those riots which led to Chiddu’s statement on dec9th 2009. KKR+DineshReddy is little better in this aspect. They survived sakala janula samme etc..
I am sure 2014 elections would be held for united andhra pradesh and Jagan is going to be the CM. If TRS can continue this same agitaion for atleast 100 days after jagan is CM, I would owe to support seperation of the state being an andhrite.
Finally. what I always think and many of my TDP friends accepted is, YSR’s demise is costliest loss to TDP than anybody else. If YSR was there, there would have been congi and TDP for ever as PRP would have merged into cong by now. In 2014, YSR would have won 40 MP seats and good number of assembly seats and would have become CM for 3rd time. And TDP would have been prime opposition party.
Look at situation now. PRP merged into congress and YSR congress emrged. 3rd weakest after 2014 elections would have very difficlut times to survive. And surveys are saying YSRCP is at 1st place for long time now. TDP’s position is precarious now fighting with congress that has been in rule for 10 years and this 10 years being a big real estate boom time. Without YSR, TDP is not guaranteed of survival forget about 1st place or main opposition role.
Finally. what I always think and many of my TDP friends accepted is, YSR’s demise is costliest loss to TDP than anybody else. If YSR was there, there would have been congi and TDP for ever as PRP would have merged into cong by now. I agree with u that cong getting 2 MP seats is next to impossible but there is a little chance for them in T region. I am confident we will sweep in Seemandhra and some districts in Telangana. I agree with u that cong getting 2 MP seats is next to impossible but there is a little chance for them in T region. I am confident we will sweep in Seemandhra and some districts in Telangana. The only way that cong and tdp might get those few seats is due to their lesbian relationship which will bear no fruit.
