Simple questions to anyone who is feeling bitter about Vijayamma’s interview:
1. Why is that no media is even trying to take naidu’s point of view regarding who they are going to support at the center post 2014?
A. National media feels betrayed by babu and his gimmicks. They have stopped believing him. They don’t want to go near him.
2. Why is the national media so interested in Jagan and YSRCP?
A. Because they know that all the surveys point to Jagan and YSRCP. All the analysts are willing to out rightly bet on our party. That’s why they are clamoring for our view on this. And more over Vijayamma has specifically told ET guys that the big 5 states are going to decide the next PM.
3. IF ET wishes to take only part of the part interview what is that Vijayamma can do about it?
A. This is exactly what Vijayamma told ET:
A pre-election alliance is ruled out. We can’t predict the post-election scenario. We are clear about not supporting communal forces like BJP. Since we cannot support communal parties, we may support either a Congress-led United Progressive Alliance or a third front, keeping in view interests of Andhra Pradesh. We may join the government at the Centre and seek key ministerial berths. Who knows, there could be multiple options at the Centre after 2014 elections. There is talk that the five big states (UP, Maharashtra, Andhra, West Bengal and Bihar) would decide who the next prime minister would be.
And this what she told about Cong and TDP:
Who do you consider your main rival — Congress or Telugu Desam Party of Chandrababu Naidu?
Both Congress and TDP have failed to protect the interests of public. Both are hand-in-glove and we consider both of them opponents. Between them, we consider TDP the bigger opponent. Naidu is colluding with Congress. He did not move a no-confidence motion till Chiranjeevi merged his party with Congress, ensuring that Congress would be bailed out. Congress and TDP join hands against Jagan in the state. They don’t want a third party to emerge.
