SC judgement declining Bail is perhaps is a jolt. However, this helped party leaders to regroup . It reactivated the machinery ,which otherwise was in a slumber . One reason could be deferring issues for YSJ in anticipation of bail.

After the rejection of Jagan anna’s bail I think it is time to stop and think a little. Whatever may be our opinions on the cases and CBI’s chargesheets, it is evident that the opinions of the higher judiciary are against us. Under these circumstances, the best course would be to make peace with Congress and get the CBI to stop opposing Jagan anna’s bail. Also, it is important to ensure that CBI does not pursue the cases stringently.
There is no harm if Jagan anna formed a government in alliance with the Congress at both the centre and the state. Afterall, Jagan anna was in Congress for a long time and YSR was a Congress CM. He had a healthy working relationship with Sonia. Jagan anna can do the same. We can decimate TDP by 2014 and join with Congress either before or after elections. Either way, an understanding must be made with the Congress high command right now. It may be too late if we wait till the trial commences and the matter goes entirely into the hands of the courts. At that stage, even CBI will be helpless.
Jagan anna can press for implementing YSR’s schemes and he can do a world of good for the people just like YSR did. He will be a force to reckon with even if we merge with Congress.
I am sorry if my suggestion hurt anyone. I am just trying to be practical. It has been an year since Jagan anna went to jail. What good can he do to the public by being in jail? I think this decision will be in the interest of the people of our state.
In the Centre, Congress is unlikely to form the next government. It is okay to even sit in the opposition there. In the state, we can surely decimate TDP and form the government.

It is not that easy to make peace with an enemy that is hunting you when compared to an enemy who wants to shake hands with you.
It is too late now and we will decimate both cong and tdp in 2014 whether they give him the bail or not. Jagan has already made it clear that he will not support BJP in the centre and if that does not sound pleasing to the cong ears then no one can help it.
Once we are in power they will fall flat on our feet begging for mercy.
We just need patience and self belief.

It is suicidal to drop fight midway. The course of action actually depends on how many seats YSRC gathers in general elections.
If YSRC makes a greater impact, things would all fall in line irrespective of who forms the government in the Center.
Alternately, If YSRC fails to show any impact, both the CBI and the ruling government ignore Jagan because TSRC is not threatening anyone.
There is no question or doubts regarding YSRCP showing an impact and that is why the cong and tdp duo are terrified. I doubt if anyone in the history of Indian politics demanded the speaker to diqualify them and requested for fresh elections ? But all YSRCP MLA’s have done it which reflects the confidence of what is to come.
