Congress would ideally want next election vote in AP to be on Separation of state rather than Congress Governance or YSJ. Congress therefore may act on Separate state in such a way that it falls short of a real decision.
1. If they go for Telengana with Hyderabad as Joint capital , They would not gain in both seema – Andhra and Telengana.
2. If it is Telengana including Hyderabad, They would loose SA for ever.
The best option is therefore , Declare that they would form a Separate Telengana with Hyderabad . This helps them to win Telengana at the same time encourage samaikhya andhra group like , Telengana group in 1969. This group will then contest on separation issue and win. They would later join UPA -3 like it happened in the case of Telengana group in 1969.
The priority is coming back to power no AP and its growth.

I strongly believe no matter what these Todu dongala surveys suggest we will sweep the polls n Seemandhra. We will from the govt on our own.
The cond and tdp will bring out more of these to create doubts but the people of AP cant be fooled anymore.
In few months time there will be more saying the cong will sweep and others saying the tdp will sweep but actually they will be swept out of AP soon.
