I think senior lawyers from Hyd should file petitions in HC and SC against Cong taking its own decision on splitting the state without taking the peoples opinion from all areas.
If we file as many writs as possible then the govt will not be able to do anything for the next 6 months.

I think our lawyers should argue on this point, freedom of speech and violation of human rights of being seperated from once own family when there is an ongoing investigation with no evidence to prove guilty.

Lot of congress guys came to conclusion that Sonia Gandhi won’t take back her words ? Vijayawada: The controversial decision to grant separate statehood to Telangana seems to have boomeranged on the ruling Congress and main opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) in the Seemandhra region.
While the Congress camp is in complete confusion following difference of opinion between ministers and legislators on quitting of their posts, TDP leaders are unable to defend party president N Chandrababu Naidu’s decision to accept division of the state.
As a result, YSRCP has once again grabbed its pole position in Seemandhra despite some reverses in the recent panchayat polls. In fact, YSRCP scored brownie points when its MLAs quit the State Assembly before the CWC took the final call. While both Congress and TDP are seen as villains behind the bifurcation, YSRCP stood firm by emerging as lone party that talked about the rights of the Seemandhra.
Though the Congress and the TDP leaders too began quitting their posts, the delay had done irreparable damage to their image. Political pundits noted that TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu’s hurried reaction with demand to grant Rs 4 lakh crore for developing new capital had damaged the party’s fortunes that looked brightened after good results in the recent panchayat elections.
In fact, the general perception of commoners in Seemandhra is that the situation in the state would not have gone this far had YSR been alive. Sensing trouble, both Congress and TDP are trying to put the entire blame on YSR for the present crisis by citing 1999 resolution of the Congress Legislature Party (CLP). “It is not correct to put the entire blame on Congress as all parties except MIM and CPI (M) have agreed for bifurcation. In fact, the late YSR had stated on the floor of Assembly that they have no objection to bifurcation if certain doubts of the people from other region over water allocations are cleared in a proper way,” was how APCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana had tried to fix YSRCP. AICC state affairs incharge Digvijay Singh too referred to YSR’s resolution to Sonia Gandhi in 1999 and subsequent refusal by the then home minister LK Advani to carve out Telangana state. Digvijay tried to hit two birds (YSRCP and BJP) with one shot by blaming both in his first briefing after the CWC decision.
Taking a cue from the Congress brass, TDP leadership in Seemandhra too has begun to push the blame on YSR for the division of state. But commoners were not ready to buy the argument.
“Even an illiterate in the region tells you that KCR would not have resorted to fast unto death in 2009 had YSR been at helm of affairs,” observed economics professor LSN Prasad of Guntur.
Commoners in Seemandhra believe that it was YSR’s courageous attempt in 2009 elections that diminished the TRS strength even in Telangana. “Corruption charges apart, the death of YSR has certainly crippled the state. We have failed to take lead even in the political vacuum due to political blunders committed by our boss,” commented a TDP MLC who does not wish to be named.

CVR Anna, July 24th I met one senior and imp person from telangana and who is one of key person from AP Judiciary. What he told was, he named around 18 -20 places with names in telangana where YSRCP will be winning in coming elections. Interesting point he told was ….for clerk post in court there will be exam and interview but where as for high court judge it was only political lubing. He explained me how CBN misused power and appointed HIGH COURT Judges and how is getting help from them now. Interesting thing he was mentioning is how strong we are in telangana and how they likes YSR.
There is nothing going wrong in fighting for united AP.

Continue to chiru Comment below in this Blog……..Totaly we are Confused people same as our leaders.First of all we don’t know what we want(United andhra or Hyderabad) and also we feel so happy from last 5 years when we heard next capital will come to our place(example : Ongole,guntur etc) .Iam from costal Andhra but i salute to Ananthapur and other Rayalaseema people how they started this movement with out leaders and CPI(M) party.
Today when iam seeing a employee speaking in hyderabad against KCR(Tank Banduu loo Vigrahallu pagala koti napideyy vaduu burra pagala kotti vunteyy manaki ii rojju illa vundedii kaadu)..we are so late to decide what we want..we should have come to roads when KCR started TRS against telugu people.we should have ask our leader(YSR) when Congress went elections with TRS.we should have ask our party why we are leaving it to central govt to decide on TG.(even though we are leading Samaikyandhra moment now-still i did’t understand the meaning samaikyandhra)

I wouldnt say that the whole Judiciary system is rotten bcs the country would have collapsed if that was the case. But there are some judges in HC and SC who can be influenced by certain individuals/ partys . That does not mean they will clearly do mistakes but they can use loop holes to protect the culprits or punish the innocent.
For eg : The SC keeps saying that CBI is a caged parrot which is a fact but does not take any serious steps to release the parrot even after the UPA refused to increase the power of the CBI Director ??
They dont give bail to Jagan for an year at the same time dont mind Anil Ambani not attending the court in 2G case ??
