సుప్రీం రెండుసార్లు స్పష్టమైన ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చింది…
జగన్‌మోహన్‌రెడ్డి కేసులో దర్యాప్తు పూర్తయిన తర్వాత బెయిల్ కోరవచ్చని సుప్రీంకోర్టు రెండు పర్యాయాలు అంటే 2012 అక్టోబర్ 5, 2013 మే 9 ఉత్తర్వుల ద్వారా స్పష్టంగా చెప్పింది. మే 9వ తేదీ ఉత్తర్వుల్లో దర్యాప్తును పూర్తి చేసేందుకు సీబీఐకి నాలుగు నెలలు గడువు ఇచ్చింది. ఇచ్చిన గడువులోగా తుది చార్జిషీట్ దాఖలు చేయాలని నిర్దేశించింది. తర్వాత బెయిల్ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసుకోవచ్చునని సుప్రీంకోర్టు రెండు పర్యాయాలూ స్పష్టంగా తీర్పునిచ్చింది. కేవలం దర్యాప్తు జరుగుతోందన్న కారణంగానే బెయిల్‌ను నిరాకరిస్తున్నామని తేల్చిచెప్పింది. ఈ కేసులో సీబీఐ దర్యాప్తు పూర్తిచేసి 10 చార్జిషీట్లు దాఖలు చేసింది. దర్యాప్తు చేయడానికి ఇంకా ఏమీ లేదని స్పష్టం చేస్తోంది.

I dont know much about Satyavaani garu..but no doubt that Ashok babu is tdp agent..
At the very begining of SA people’s agitation after cwc’s decision, he said he would meet all the political parties in the state but he met with only congress & tdp.
Infact in a discussion with Kommineni, when kommineni enquired about his MOM with babu,
his reply was he can understand babu’s problems and cant trouble him by disclosing those details ..
(will seperatists accept if kodandaram endorses Jagan by saying that he can understand Jagan party’s resignations..)
Two days back he commented on Sharmila saying that she was talking without awareness..
He further said that YSRCongress’s stand was not clear on state division.. (long back Vijayamma sent letter to HM to keep state united..)
and moreover he criticized Sharmila’s anouncement of bonus on behalf of YSRCongress (after coming to power) to employees who are all involved in agitation ..
Till now even tdp leaders didnt make allegations like this..but this guy is working with some agenda..
