సమైక్య ఉద్యమానికి కేంద్ర మంత్రులతోపాటు రాష్ట్రంలోని సీమాంధ్ర మంత్రులూ కొందరు తూట్లు పొడవటంతో సీమాంధ్ర కాంగ్రెస్ నిలువునా చీలిపోయింది.
సీమాంధ్రకు చెందిన కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులు అధిష్ఠానం బాటలో నడిచేందుకే సిద్ధం కావటంతో సమైక్యవాదులు ఏకాకులయ్యారు.
70రోజులు ఉద్యమం చేసిన ఎన్జీవోలు, ఇతర ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలపై కూడా సమావేశంలో మంత్రులకు స్పష్టమైన అవగాహన లేదని తేటతెల్లమైనట్టు తెలుస్తోంది.
విభజన నేపథ్యంలో తమకు రాజకీయంగా లభించే ప్రయోజనాలపైనే దృష్టి సారించి చాలామంది మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు మాట్లాడినట్టు తెలిసింది.
ప్రధానంగా రాయలసీమకు చెందిన కాంగ్రెస్ నేతలు కేంద్రమంత్రులు తీరుపట్ల గుర్రుగా ఉన్నారు. రాయలసీమ ప్రయోజనాలను కాపాడేందుకు ప్రస్తుతం కేంద్ర మంత్రులు ఎవరూ ప్రయత్నించక పోవడంపై వారు నిస్సహాయ స్థితిలో పడిపోయారు. విభజనను అడ్డుకుంటామని ప్రకటనలు గుప్పించిన కేంద్ర మంత్రులు తప్పుకోవడం, గురువారం హైదరాబాద్‌లో జరిగిన సమన్వయ కమిటీలోనూ సమైక్యాంధ్ర ఉద్యమం కొనసాగింపుపై ఏకాభిప్రాయం లోపించడంతో 76రోజులుగా సాగిన ఉద్యమం ప్రశ్నార్ధకంగా మారింది.
కడప, అక్టోబర్ 17: వైకాపా అధినేత జగన్ తన దుందుడుకు ధోరణి మార్చుకుంటున్నారా.. ఇంటా బయటా తనపై శతృభావన ఉండకుండా జాగ్రత్త పడుతున్నారా.. ఈ రెండు ప్రశ్నలకు ఇటీవల ఆయన వ్యవహరిస్తున్న తీరు అవుననే సమాధానం ఇస్తోందని ఆ పార్టీ ముఖ్యనేతలు చెబుతున్నారు. జగన్‌కు ఆయన తాత వైఎస్ రాజారెడ్డి దుందుడుకుతనం వచ్చిందని, ఆ దురుసుతనం వల్ల ఆయన చెంత చేరాలనుకునే వారికి ఇబ్బందులు కలిగిస్తున్నాయనే అపవాదును అధిగమించడానికి జగన్ తన తండ్రి వైఎస్ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి 2009 ఎన్నికల ముందు ఆకర్ష్ విధానాన్ని అందిపుచ్చుకున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోందని వైకాపా సీనియర్ నేతలు చెబుతున్నారు. ఎన్నికలు దగ్గర పడుతున్న సమయంలో రాజకీయాల్లో వైకాపాకు ఉన్న పట్టును మరింత బిగించే పనిలో నిమగ్నమైనట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. జిల్లాలో వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి తిరుగులేని హవా సాగుతోంది. దీనితో ఆకర్ష్ పథకాన్ని జగన్ తన సొంత ఇలాకా వైఎస్సార్ కడప జిల్లా నుంచే అమలు చేయాలని భావిస్తున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. దివంగత ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర్‌రెడ్డి కూడా తొలుత 20004లో తన నియోజకవర్గమైన పులివెందుల నుంచే ఆకర్ష్ పథకాన్ని అమలు చేశారు. అప్పటికే రాజకీయంగా ఎదిగిన డి జ్యోతిరెడ్డికి పార్టీ పదవి ఇచ్చి తన గ్రూపులో కలుపుకున్నారు. బిజెపి, తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీల ద్వారా ఉన్నత స్థాయికి ఎదిగిన రాజ్యసభ మాజీ సభ్యుడు డాక్టర్ ఎన్ తులసిరెడ్డిని తనవైపు తిప్పుకున్నారు.
రాజకీయంగా తన కుటుంబాన్ని బద్ధశతృవుగా భావించే కందుల సోదరులను అనూహ్యమైన రీతిలో మిత్రులుగా మలుచుకున్నారు. టిడిపికి పెద్ద దిక్కుగా మారిన మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే కందుల శివానందరెడ్డి, కందుల రాజమోహన్‌రెడ్డి వారి బంధువు మాజీ మంత్రి ఎస్ రామమునిరెడ్డిలను అనుకూలంగా మార్చుకున్నారు. వైఎస్ హయాంలో కాంగ్రెస్‌లో చేరిన వారంతా ఆయన మరణం తరువాత కూడా ఆ పార్టీలోనే కొనసాగుతున్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం కందుల సోదరులు తన తల్లి ప్రాతినిథ్యం వహిస్తున్న పులివెందుల నియోజకవర్గ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి నాయకత్వం వహిస్తున్నారు. ఇంటగెలిచి రచ్చ గెలవాలనే భావనతో జగన్ కందుల సోదరులతోనే ఆకర్ష్ పథకం అమలుకు రంగం సిద్ధం చేసినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. అధినేత ఆలోచనలకు అనుగుణంగానే వైకాపా నేతలు కూడా అడుగులు వేస్తున్నారు. ఇటీవల వేంపల్లెలో సమైక్యాంధ్ర ఉద్యమంలో భాగంగా వైకాపా శ్రేణులు నిరసనలతో పార్టీ జెండాలు చేత బట్టి డాక్టర్ ఎన్ తులసిరెడ్డి ఇంటి సమీపంలో వెళ్లారు. సమైక్యాంధ్ర నినాదాలు చేయడమే కాకుండా ఆయనతో కూడా పలికించారు. ఆ సమయంలో వైకాపా కార్యకర్త ఒకరు పార్టీ జెండాను తులసిరెడ్డికి ఇచ్చారు. జెండా పట్టుకున్న తులసిరెడ్డి సమైక్యాంధ్ర నినాదాలు చేశారు. దీనిపై వైకాపా నేతలు ఆశ్చర్యం వ్యక్తం చేయడంపై స్పందిస్తూ సమైక్యాంధ్ర కోసం ఎవరు ఉద్యమించినా చేతులుకలుపుతానని ప్రకటించారు. జగన్ చొరవతోనే ఈ మధ్య జిల్లాలోని జమ్మలమడుగు కాంగ్రెస్ ఎమ్మెల్యే సి ఆదినారాయణరెడ్డి వైకాపాలో చేరారు. ఆయన సోదరుడు సి నారాయణరెడ్డి వైకాపా తరుపునే ఎమ్మెల్సీగా ఎన్నికయ్యారు. జగన్ నియోజకవర్గాల వారీగా ఇటు కాంగ్రెస్ అటు తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీల్లోని బలమైన నేతలను ఆకర్షించేందుకు వ్యూహాత్మకంగా పావులు కదుపుతున్నారు. ఇందులోభాగంగా తనలో ఉన్న దురుసు తనాన్ని వదిలేసి ఆప్యాయత, అనురాగాలతో అడుగేస్తున్నారు. జగన్ జైల్లో ఉన్నంతకాలం ఆయనను విమర్శించిన నేతలు ప్రసుత్తం నోరు మెదపక పోవడానికి అదే కారణమని ప్రచారం జరుగుతోంది. కడప జిల్లాలో కాంగ్రెస్ కేడర్ పరిస్థితి నానాటికీ తీసికట్టుగా మారింది.

హైదరాబాద్ శివార్లలో 17 వందల ఎకరాల్లో విస్తరించిన రామోజీ ఫిల్మ్ సిటీని సీమాంధ్రకు సచివాలయంగా, పరిపాలనా కేంద్రంగా చేసుకుంటే మంచిదని సమావేశం ఏకగ్రీవంగా ప్రతిపాదించింది. పరిపాలనకు ఒకటే క్యాంపస్ ఉండటం వల్ల చాలా సమస్యలు పరిష్కారమవుతాయని, ఘర్షణపూరిత వాతావరణం తలెత్తకుండా ఉంటుందని అభిప్రాయపడింది. సీమాంధ్రకు ఎక్కడికైనా రాకపోకలకు సౌకర్యంగా ఉంటుందని, ఎయిర్‌పోర్ట్‌కు దగ్గరగా ఉండటంవల్ల జాతీయస్థాయిలో రవాణాకు అనువుగా ఉంటుందని సూచించింది.
