No expert would agree to waiver of Loans. When the amount is close t0 one Lakh crores that to with annual revenues half of it and Loans jump to Two lakh crores. .
They may do it partially, with terms and conditions favoring banks and other interest groups. Even a partial waive is of benefit, and agri depending will certainly have good will towards CB. It could be a big game all in the name of development, making systemic changes, to transfer public assets into private hands. In the end, as always, barring some few benefits, general public will not get improvement in the quality of their living. All the benefits will be siphoned. Novice will be debating on public / private enterprise efficiency etc.
The basic perception of CB is anti-poor, as he is answerable to WB, and not to people of AP. If CB cannot sustain the current wave, they will create a problem-reaction-solution type scenario. i.e., create a deliberate problem, make people react, and then give a solution that suits your original goals. History has examples of the same, the recent being T. One can find several thoroughly executed undemocratic incidents since ‘83.
Some live in the illusion of wealth creation and CB will do etc. That is a different story altogether. Hope YCP makes CB accountable for every Re Govt spends. It is public wealth. Catch the lying cats with milk to the lips. Follow the money trail, you will see through the designs. Start with who is spending, over a time period, you will know the real.
The best approach will be removing high level corruption as well as freebees and establish a true democratic system like in good old Ind, not the media manipulated one like now. This won’t happen as people are in deep slumber or with conflict with each other.
Anyways, hope CB and team the very best. Hope they contribute to real development for all sections. Hope it is a soft pleasant full moon light, and not like the WB backed no-moon like before. CB appears to be a changed person, if not at the core, definitely at a superficial level. His future intentions and deeds will give the accurate picture or any real changes. Time has the answers.

In Assembly elections the difference in votes of TDP and YSRCP is only 75967..They got 12916000 and we got 12840033. This is as per ECI records.

Creating Hype is not so easy, but still CBN is a leader to beat in it, but sustaining hype is the REAL challenge. CBN has all the necessary muscle power, with Ambani, Ramoji, TV9 etc where in respective BJP governments want to be in their good books. When you have money & govt power everything is possible.
YSR arranged similar stuff for AICC meeting in HYD in 2004/2005. But he sustained all this till 2009. It needs to be seen how CBN will manage to get it when BJP has govt on its own.

You have become Prime Minister by promising strong, decisive governance. To prove you are serious, you must veto the demand of your ally, Seemandhra chief minister Chandrababu Naidu, for Rs 54,000 crore to fulfil his crazy election promises.
However, Naidu in Seemandhra outdid the Congress by promising the biggest freebies in the history of state elections. He pledged to write off bank loans to farmers and women’s self-help groups. He estimates this will cost Rs 54,000 crore.
To put this colossal sum in perspective, recall two earlier loan waivers given by New Delhi to farmers nationwide. The first, in 1990, cost Rs 10,000 crore. The second, in 2008, cost Rs 60,000 crore. But now Naidu wants Rs 54,000 crore for Seemandhra alone, a state with barely 5% of India’s population.
Even allowing for inflation since earlier write-offs, the demand is outrageous. Naidu is examining different ways to get the cash.
One is a special package of Rs 54,000 crore from New Delhi. The second is permission to raise Rs 54,000 in bonds, violating all RBI limits on state loans.
If Naidu promised much more than he can deliver, let him stew in his own juice.
Mr Modi, Naidu is not interested in dignity or self-help. He aimed to promise the moon to voters and then blackmail you into rescuing him.

సీమాంధ్ర విషయానికి వస్తే రైతులకు రుణమాఫీ చేస్తామని చంద్రబాబు ఇస్తున్న హామీ ఆచరణసాధ్యం కాదని వైఎస్ఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధ్యక్షుడు జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి పదేపదే చెప్పినా ప్రజలు ఆయన మాటలను కాదని చంద్రబాబుపై నమ్మకంతో ఓట్లువేసి తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీని గెలిపించారు. తమపై ప్రజలు పెట్టుకున్న నమ్మకాన్ని నిలబెట్టుకోవడమా? లేదా? అన్నది ఇప్పుడు ఇరువురు ముఖ్యమంత్రులు తీసుకోబోయే నిర్ణయాలపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటుంది.
చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ముందుగా ఈ రుణమాఫీ హామీని తెరపైకి తెచ్చారు. ఆయన నోటి నుంచి ఈ మాటలు వెలువడగానే కొంతమంది రైతులు అవసరం లేకపోయినా రుణాలు తీసుకున్నారు. ఆశపడటం మనుషుల స్వభావం కనుక ఎవరిని మాత్రం తప్పుపట్టగలం! తాము అధికారంలోకి రావాలన్న ఆశతో కేసీఆర్, చంద్రబాబులు రుణమాఫీ హామీలిస్తే, వారిద్దరు అధికారంలోకి వస్తే తమ రుణాలు మాఫీ అవుతాయని రైతులు ఆశపడ్డారు. అందుకే కాబోలు మానవ సంబంధాలన్నీ ఆర్థిక సంబంధాలే అని కారల్ మార్క్స్ అన్నారు. రైతులు అప్పుల ఊబిలో కూరుకుపోతే, హామీల అమలు ఊబిలో ఇరువురు చంద్రులు కూరుకుపోయారు. తమ వైఫల్యాలకు ఇతరులను నిందించే బదులు ఇప్పటికైనా నిజాయితీగా వ్యవహరించడం రెండు రాష్ట్రాల ప్రభుత్వాల బాధ్యత! రైతులకు వాస్తవ పరిస్థితులను వివరించి ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి అంతో ఇంతో మేలు జరిగేలా ఏదో ఒక విధంగా రుణమాఫీ అమలు చేయకపోతే ఇద్దరు ముఖ్యమంత్రులకు ఇబ్బందే! అధికారంలోకి రావడం కోసం అడ్డదిడ్డమైన హామీలిచ్చి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక తూచ్ అంటే ఇకపై నడవదని తెలంగాణ రైతులు తమ ఆందోళనల ద్వారా రాజకీయ పార్టీలను హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు. ఇందుకు వారికి మరోసారి అభినందనలు.
They are going to appoint a committee for this. which will decide who is qualified etc. Most likely their finding is all TDP guys will be qualified for the waiver.
As per MLA from Chilkaluripeta, CBN will sign Order transferring loan liability of all farmers to State Government today. This clears the loans of the farmers. They will complete the formalities later. They will negotiate with Banks for restructuring of the Loans . This means overall loan numbers of the state will go up by 92,000 cr (from 106cr to 199 cr). State government pay interest and principal amount every year by issuing bonds or borrowing from market. If they have to fund 92000 cr now . They will issue bonds to the Banks.

ఎలాంటి షరతులు లేకుండా అన్ని రకాల వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు మాఫీ చేయాలంటే ప్రభుత్వంపై రూ. 87,600 కోట్ల భారం పడుతుంది. కేవలం బకాయి ఉన్న పంట రుణాలు మాత్రమే అయితే రూ.59 వేల కోట్ల వరకు ఉన్నాయి. ఇందులో బంగారం తనఖా రుణాలు, గోదాముల్లో పంట నిల్వలపై రుణాలు, చేపల చెరువులకోసం తీసుకున్న రుణాల వంటివి తీసేస్తే… రుణభారం రూ. 34 వేల కోట్ల ఉంటుందని అంచనా వేశారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం తరహాలో మాఫీని రూ.లక్షకు పరిమితం చేస్తే అది రూ. 22వేల కోట్లకు తగ్గుతుంది. దీనికి అదనంగా రూ.10 వేల కోట్ల వరకు డ్వాక్రా రుణాలను కూడా మాఫీ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుందని తెలుగుదేశం వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి.

In his quest for dramatic effect, N.T. Rama Rao may finally have gone too far. This is being revealed in an inquiry ordered by the state Government to investigate the death of Mallela Babji, a young man who had assaulted Rama Rao more than four years ago in Hyderabad. The matter took an unexpected turn when two handwritten letters discovered in Babji’s room by the police were made public last fortnight.
One of the letters said that the assault on January 9, 1984, had been stage-managed by Rama Rao to win public sympathy. The Telugu Desam chief had escaped with a two-cm-long cut on his thumb, when Babji, 22 – a self-proclaimed Rama Rao fan – had lunged at him. The attack occurred when Rama Rao was watching the first anniversary celebrations of his ministry in Hyderabad’s Lal Bahadur Stadium.
Babji stated in one of the letters that he was offered Rs.3 lakh to stage the assault. Eventually, however, he was paid only Rs.30,000. The letter also claimed that the entire plan had been drawn up by the chief minister and his son-in-law Chandrababu Naidu. Rama Rao, it said, had even cut his thumb in advance to pretend injury.
Interestingly, the letters were suppressed after they were found by the police and Vijayawada’s Executive Magistrate T.B. Banerji because of the fact that Rama Rao, Naidu and a former police intelligence chief, K. Vijayarama Rao could get involved in the messy affair. The chief minister’s assailant was found hanging from a ceiling fan on November 30 last year in room no 14 of Vijayawada’s Sri Durga Lodge.
The letters were made public on June 11 by Justice Chintala Sriramulu, 62, a former high court judge. Banerji had presented them to Sriramulu, who had been appointed by the state Government three months ago to inquire into Babji’s death.

మరోవైపు ఆంధ్ర సిఎంగా చంద్రబాబు ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయగానే, రుణమాఫీ పథకం అమల్లో ఎలాంటి ఆంక్షలు విధించినా ఆందోళన చేయాలని వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ భావిస్తోంది.
అధికారికంగా ఇంకా నిర్ణయం ప్రకటించకున్నా ఆర్థిక మంత్రి ఈటెల రాజేంద్ర గత ఏడాది పంట రుణాలను మాత్రమే మాఫీ చేస్తామని, బంగారం తాకట్టుపెట్టి తీసుకున్న వ్యవసాయ రుణాన్ని రద్దు చేసే అలోచన లేదన్నట్టుగా చేసిన ప్రకటన రైతులను నిరాశలో ముంచెత్తింది.
చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో లక్ష రూపాయల వరకూ రుణ మాఫీ అని ప్రకటిస్తే, చంద్రబాబు మాత్రం అలాంటి ఆంక్షలేమీ లేకుండా వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు మాఫీ చేస్తామని, తొలి సంతకం రుణమాఫీపైనేనని ప్రకటించారు.
బ్యాంకుల్లో తాకట్టులో ఉన్న మీ బంగారం ఎన్నికల తరువాత రుణమాఫీతో వెనక్కి వస్తుందని హామీ ఇవ్వడం మహిళలపై బాగా ప్రభావం చూపిందని, ఇప్పుడు తాకట్టు రుణాలపై మాఫీ లేదంటే తప్పుడు సంకేతాలు పంపినట్టు అవుతుందని తెరాస ఎమ్మెల్యేలు చెబుతున్నారు.
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు, డ్వాక్రా రుణాలు దాదాపు 70వేల కోట్ల వరకూ ఉంటాయి. వీటిని రద్దు చేయడం కొత్త ప్రభుత్వానికి కత్తిమీద సాములాంటిదే. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వంలో వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు 40వేల కోట్ల వరకూ ఉంటాయని అంచనా

రుణాలను రీషెడ్యూల్ చేస్తే మాఫీ ఎలా అవుతుంది. మళ్లీ కట్టుకోవాలి. రుణాలు కట్టకపోతే బ్యాంకులు రుణాలిచ్చే పరిస్థితిలో లేవు. బ్యాంకులకు ప్రభుత్వమైనా, రైతులైనా కట్టాలి. ఒకవేల బాండ్లు ఇస్తే ఆ బాండ్లకు రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు అంగీకరించాలి. బ్యాంకులకు డబ్బులు ఇవ్వాలి.

State Bank of India chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya severely criticized the Andhra government’s farm loan waiver plan. She said that the loan waiver rewards bad borrowers and penalizes good borrowers and it forces good borrowers to become bad borrowers in the future. People who have really kept up the banking disciple and worked very hard to return the money to the bank don\’t get any benefit from these kinds of loan waivers at all. As a result the next time around, they become bad borrowers and await these waivers. She concluded by saying it simply destroys the lending and borrowing culture in the country.

No expert would agree to waiver of Loans. When the amount is close t0 one Lakh crores that to with annual revenues half of it and Loans jump to Two lakh crores. .
They may do it partially, with terms and conditions favoring banks and other interest groups. Even a partial waive is of benefit, and agri depending will certainly have good will towards CB. It could be a big game all in the name of development, making systemic changes, to transfer public assets into private hands. In the end, as always, barring some few benefits, general public will not get improvement in the quality of their living. All the benefits will be siphoned. Novice will be debating on public / private enterprise efficiency etc.
The basic perception of CB is anti-poor, as he is answerable to WB, and not to people of AP. If CB cannot sustain the current wave, they will create a problem-reaction-solution type scenario. i.e., create a deliberate problem, make people react, and then give a solution that suits your original goals. History has examples of the same, the recent being T. One can find several thoroughly executed undemocratic incidents since ‘83.
Some live in the illusion of wealth creation and CB will do etc. That is a different story altogether. Hope YCP makes CB accountable for every Re Govt spends. It is public wealth. Catch the lying cats with milk to the lips. Follow the money trail, you will see through the designs. Start with who is spending, over a time period, you will know the real.
The best approach will be removing high level corruption as well as freebees and establish a true democratic system like in good old Ind, not the media manipulated one like now. This won’t happen as people are in deep slumber or with conflict with each other.

In Assembly elections the difference in votes of TDP and YSRCP is only 75967..They got 12916000 and we got 12840033. This is as per ECI records.

Creating Hype is not so easy, but still CBN is a leader to beat in it, but sustaining hype is the REAL challenge. CBN has all the necessary muscle power, with Ambani, Ramoji, TV9 etc where in respective BJP governments want to be in their good books. When you have money & govt power everything is possible.
YSR arranged similar stuff for AICC meeting in HYD in 2004/2005. But he sustained all this till 2009. It needs to be seen how CBN will manage to get it when BJP has govt on its own.

Even allowing for inflation since earlier write-offs, the demand is outrageous. Naidu is examining different ways to get the cash.
One is a special package of Rs 54,000 crore from New Delhi. The second is permission to raise Rs 54,000 in bonds, violating all RBI limits on state loans.
If Naidu promised much more than he can deliver, let him stew in his own juice.
Mr Modi, Naidu is not interested in dignity or self-help. He aimed to promise the moon to voters and then blackmail you into rescuing him.

As per MLA from Chilkaluripeta, CBN will sign Order transferring loan liability of all farmers to State Government today. This clears the loans of the farmers. They will complete the formalities later. They will negotiate with Banks for restructuring of the Loans . This means overall loan numbers of the state will go up by 92,000 cr (from 106cr to 199 cr). State government pay interest and principal amount every year by issuing bonds or borrowing from market. If they have to fund 92000 cr now . They will issue bonds to the Banks.

IN today’s NTV show one caller said that Jagan is a “leader” and babu as a political leader. Excellent, this is the general opinion in the ground level. తెలుగుదేశం అధినేత చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు రుణమాఫీ పై ముందుగా శ్వేతపత్రం విడుదల చేసి,ఆ తర్వాత ఆయా రకాల రుణాల సమాచారాన్ని ప్రజల ముందుంచి శ్ర్వేతపత్రాలు విడుదల చేసి , వాటిపై చర్చలు జరపాలని ఆలోచన చేస్తున్నట్లు కదనాలు వచ్చాయి. ముందుగా రుణమాఫీ పైలుపై సంతకం చేస్తారు. ఆ తర్వాత కమిటీ వేస్తారు. వారం పది రోజులలో కమిటీని వేసి మార్గదర్శకాలను సిద్దం చేస్తారు. ఆ తర్వాత వివరాలను ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చి చర్చకు పెడతారట.
ఎలాంటి షరతులు లేకుండా అన్ని రకాల వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు మాఫీ చేయాలంటే ప్రభుత్వంపై రూ. 87,600 కోట్ల భారం పడుతుంది. కేవలం బకాయి ఉన్న పంట రుణాలు మాత్రమే అయితే రూ.59 వేల కోట్ల వరకు ఉన్నాయి. ఇందులో బంగారం తనఖా రుణాలు, గోదాముల్లో పంట నిల్వలపై రుణాలు, చేపల చెరువులకోసం తీసుకున్న రుణాల వంటివి తీసేస్తే… రుణభారం రూ. 34 వేల కోట్ల ఉంటుందని అంచనా వేశారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం తరహాలో మాఫీని రూ.లక్షకు పరిమితం చేస్తే అది రూ. 22వేల కోట్లకు తగ్గుతుంది. దీనికి అదనంగా రూ.10 వేల కోట్ల వరకు డ్వాక్రా రుణాలను కూడా మాఫీ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుందని తెలుగుదేశం వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి.
కొత్త రాజధాని నిర్మాణం వంటివి జరగవలసి ఉన్న నేపద్యంలో దీనిపై ప్రజలలో చర్చ చేయాలన్నది టిడిపి ఉద్దేశంగా చెబుతున్నారు.

In his quest for dramatic effect, N.T. Rama Rao may finally have gone too far. This is being revealed in an inquiry ordered by the state Government to investigate the death of Mallela Babji, a young man who had assaulted Rama Rao more than four years ago in Hyderabad. The matter took an unexpected turn when two handwritten letters discovered in Babji’s room by the police were made public last fortnight.
One of the letters said that the assault on January 9, 1984, had been stage-managed by Rama Rao to win public sympathy. The Telugu Desam chief had escaped with a two-cm-long cut on his thumb, when Babji, 22 – a self-proclaimed Rama Rao fan – had lunged at him. The attack occurred when Rama Rao was watching the first anniversary celebrations of his ministry in Hyderabad’s Lal Bahadur Stadium.
Babji stated in one of the letters that he was offered Rs.3 lakh to stage the assault. Eventually, however, he was paid only Rs.30,000. The letter also claimed that the entire plan had been drawn up by the chief minister and his son-in-law Chandrababu Naidu. Rama Rao, it said, had even cut his thumb in advance to pretend injury.
Interestingly, the letters were suppressed after they were found by the police and Vijayawada’s Executive Magistrate T.B. Banerji because of the fact that Rama Rao, Naidu and a former police intelligence chief, K. Vijayarama Rao could get involved in the messy affair. The chief minister’s assailant was found hanging from a ceiling fan on November 30 last year in room no 14 of Vijayawada’s Sri Durga Lodge.
The letters were made public on June 11 by Justice Chintala Sriramulu, 62, a former high court judge. Banerji had presented them to Sriramulu, who had been appointed by the state Government three months ago to inquire into Babji’s death.

హైదరాబాద్, జూన్ 5: కొత్త రాష్ట్రాల్లోని ఇద్దరు చంద్రుళ్లను రుణ మాఫీ ఇరకాటంలో పడేయనుంది. రాజకీయ భవిష్యత్ దృష్ట్యా రైతు రుణ మాఫీపై నిర్ణయాన్ని ప్రకటించినా, కలిసిరాని రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితులు కొత్త తలనొప్పులు సృష్టిస్తున్నాయి.
ఆంక్షలతో రుణ మాఫీ పథకాన్ని అమల్లోకి తెస్తే ప్రభుత్వానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఉద్యమం చేపట్టాలని తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్, తెదేపాలు సన్నద్ధమవుతున్నాయి. రుణమాఫీపై ఆంక్షలు పెడితే సహించేది లేదని రెండు పార్టీలు గురువారం హెచ్చరిక చేశాయి.
మరోవైపు ఆంధ్ర సిఎంగా చంద్రబాబు ప్రమాణ స్వీకారం చేయగానే, రుణమాఫీ పథకం అమల్లో ఎలాంటి ఆంక్షలు విధించినా ఆందోళన చేయాలని వైఎస్సార్ కాంగ్రెస్ భావిస్తోంది.
అధికారికంగా ఇంకా నిర్ణయం ప్రకటించకున్నా ఆర్థిక మంత్రి ఈటెల రాజేంద్ర గత ఏడాది పంట రుణాలను మాత్రమే మాఫీ చేస్తామని, బంగారం తాకట్టుపెట్టి తీసుకున్న వ్యవసాయ రుణాన్ని రద్దు చేసే అలోచన లేదన్నట్టుగా చేసిన ప్రకటన రైతులను నిరాశలో ముంచెత్తింది.
చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు ఎన్నికల ప్రచారంలో లక్ష రూపాయల వరకూ రుణ మాఫీ అని ప్రకటిస్తే, చంద్రబాబు మాత్రం అలాంటి ఆంక్షలేమీ లేకుండా వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు మాఫీ చేస్తామని, తొలి సంతకం రుణమాఫీపైనేనని ప్రకటించారు.
బ్యాంకుల్లో తాకట్టులో ఉన్న మీ బంగారం ఎన్నికల తరువాత రుణమాఫీతో వెనక్కి వస్తుందని హామీ ఇవ్వడం మహిళలపై బాగా ప్రభావం చూపిందని, ఇప్పుడు తాకట్టు రుణాలపై మాఫీ లేదంటే తప్పుడు సంకేతాలు పంపినట్టు అవుతుందని తెరాస ఎమ్మెల్యేలు చెబుతున్నారు.
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు, డ్వాక్రా రుణాలు దాదాపు 70వేల కోట్ల వరకూ ఉంటాయి. వీటిని రద్దు చేయడం కొత్త ప్రభుత్వానికి కత్తిమీద సాములాంటిదే. తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వంలో వ్యవసాయ రుణాలు 40వేల కోట్ల వరకూ ఉంటాయని అంచనా

రుణాలను రీషెడ్యూల్ చేస్తే మాఫీ ఎలా అవుతుంది. మళ్లీ కట్టుకోవాలి. రుణాలు కట్టకపోతే బ్యాంకులు రుణాలిచ్చే పరిస్థితిలో లేవు. బ్యాంకులకు ప్రభుత్వమైనా, రైతులైనా కట్టాలి. ఒకవేల బాండ్లు ఇస్తే ఆ బాండ్లకు రిజర్వు బ్యాంకు అంగీకరించాలి. బ్యాంకులకు డబ్బులు ఇవ్వాలి.
