గడిచిన మూడు దశాబ్దాల్లో జీడీపీ (వార్షిక వృద్ధి రేటు) చూస్తే, 1984-94 మధ్య దేశంలో అది 5 శాతం ఉంటే రాష్ట్రంలో 5.38 ఉంది.. చంద్రబాబు పాలించిన 1994-2004 మధ్య దేశంలో జీడీపీ 6 శాతం ఉంటే, రాష్ట్రంలో వృద్ధిరేటు 5.72 శాతంగా ఉంది. అదే 2004-2014 మధ్య దేశంలో వృద్ధి రేటు 7.56 శాతం ఉంటే రాష్ట్రంలో 8.23 శాతం ఉంది. ఈ లెక్కన చంద్రబాబుకు 57 మార్కులు వస్తే, ఆ తర్వాత వచ్చిన వైఎస్ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డికి 82 మార్కులు వచ్చాయి.
ఇక రెండో కొలమానం తలసరి ఆదాయం.. చంద్రబాబు హయాంలో తలసరి ఆదాయం రూ.25,321 ఉంటే, 2013-14లో తలసరి ఆదాయం రూ.89,214 ఉంది.. రెండింటికీ పొంతన ఉందా? ఇవి ఇక్కడ తీసిన లెక్కలు కూడా కావు.. కేంద్ర గణాంక సంస్థ ఇచ్చిన అధికారిక డాక్యుమెంట్లు. అభివృద్ధి అంటే ముందుకు పోవడం.. కానీ వెనక్కు వెళ్లడం కాదన్న విషయాన్ని అధికార పార్టీ గుర్తుంచుకోవాలి.
మూడోది జీఎస్‌డీపీ.. చంద్రబాబు పాలన ముగిసిన ఏడాది 2004-2005లో జీఎస్‌డీపీ రూ.2,24,713 కోట్లు అయితే.. 2013-14లో అది రూ.8,57,364 కోట్లకు చేరింది. ఇది గర్వించదగిన అంశం. ఇక్కడ దేశంలోనే మన రాష్ట్రం మూడోస్థానంలో ఉంది.
ఇక నాలుగోది జీఎస్‌డీపీలో అప్పుల నిష్పత్తి… చంద్రబాబు సీఎంగా వచ్చినప్పడు జీఎస్‌డీపీలో అప్పుల నిష్పత్తి 20.5 శాతం అయితే చంద్రబాబు దిగిపోయేనాటికి దాన్ని 32.4 శాతానికి తీసుకుపోయారు. అంటే అప్పులు పెంచేశారు. 2004-2014 కాలంలో అది 22.4 శాతానికి తగ్గింది.
1994 నుంచి 2004 వరకూ చంద్రబాబు సామాన్యులపై వేయని పన్నులంటూ ఏమైనా ఉన్నాయా? రూ.2 కిలో బియ్యం ధరను పెంచేశారు, మద్యపాన నిషేధాన్ని ఎత్తేశారు, హార్స్‌పవర్ రేటును పెంచారు, రవాణా చార్జీలు పెంచారు, ఒక్క సంక్షేమ పథకాన్ని కూడా అమలు చేయలేదు. అయినా రూ.21,994 కోట్ల రెవెన్యూ లోటును చూపించారు.
చంద్రబాబు దిగిపోయాక అంటే 2004-2014 మధ్య కాలంలో రూ.10,329 కోట్ల రెవెన్యూ సర్‌ప్లస్ వచ్చింది. హెచ్‌డీఐ (హ్యూమన్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ ఇండెక్స్) ఇచ్చిన వివరాల ప్రకారం 1981-1991 మధ్య దేశంలో రాష్ట్రానిది 9వ స్థానం, అదే చంద్రబాబు అధికారం చేపట్టాక రాష్ట్రం 10వ స్థానానికి పడిపోయింది.
దీన్నిబట్టి బాబు హయాములో రాష్ట్రం ముందుకు వెళ్లినట్టా, వెనక్కు వెళ్లినట్టా?
