హైదరాబాద్, ఆగస్టు 4: గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్ వ్యవహారం మాజీ మంత్రి శంకర్‌రావును వీడడం లేదు. తాజాగా గ్రీన్ ఫీల్డ్‌లో శంకర్‌రావు భూకబ్జాలకు పాల్పడ్డారంటూ దాఖలైన పిటిషన్‌పై మల్కాజిగిరి కోర్టు స్పందిస్తూ కేసు విచారణ జరపాలని నేరేడ్‌మెట్ పోలీసులకు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. వివరాల్లోకి వెళితే.. అల్వాల్ పరిధిలోని ఖానాజీగూడ గ్రీన్‌ఫీల్డ్ భూములను మాజీ మంత్రి శంకర్‌రావు, ఆయన సోదరుడు భూమిని కబ్జా చేశారంటూ గ్రీన్‌ఫిల్డ్ ఆసోసియేషన్ అధ్యక్షుడు చంద్రశేఖర్ సోమవారం మల్కాజిగిరి పదో మెట్రోపాలిటన్ కోర్టులో ప్రైవేటు పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేశారు. పిటిషన్ పరిగణలోకి తీసుకున్న జడ్జి శ్రీదేవి గ్రీన్‌ఫిల్డ్ భూములపై అక్టోబర్ 6 లోపు సమగ్ర విచారణ జరిపి నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని నేరేడ్‌మెట్ పోలీసులకు అదేశించారు. మాజీ మంత్రి శంకర్‌రావు, ఆయన సోదరుడు దయానంద్ 2012లో గ్రీన్‌ఫిల్డ్ భూములలోని ప్లాట్‌నెం 14 నుండి ప్లాట్ నెంబర్ 21 వరకు కబ్జా చేసి చుట్టూ ప్రహరీ ఏర్పాటు చేశారని కాలనీ అసోసియేషన్ నాయకులు ఆందోళనకు దిగారు. దీనిపై అప్పటి తహశీల్దార్‌కు అసోసియేషన్ నాయకులు ఫిర్యాదు చేయగా ప్రహరీగోడను కూల్చివేశారు. కాగా శంకర్‌రావు తిరిగి గోడ ఏర్పాటు చేయడంతో మరోసారి కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించారు. పిటిషన్ పరిగణలోకి తీసుకున్న కోర్టు విచారణ జరిపి నివేదిక ఇవ్వాలని నేరేడ్‌మెట్ పోలీసులను ఆదేశించింది. ఈవిషయంపై నేరేడ్‌మెట్ సిఐ చంద్రబాబును వివరణ కోరగా ఇప్పటివరకు తమకు ఎలాంటి ఆదేశాలు రాలేదని పేర్కొన్నారు.

T is a different ball game. Only local and National parties like BJP and Congress can only survive along with TRS. YCP and TDP will not have any future sooner or later.

రైతులు పాత బకాయిలు చెల్లిస్తే తప్ప కొత్త రుణాలు ఇచ్చేది లేదని ఆంధ్రాబ్యాంక్ చైర్మన్ అండ్ మేనేజింగ్ డెరైక్టర్ (సీఎండీ) సీవీఆర్ రాజేంద్రన్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. చెల్లించాల్సిన బకాయిలు ఉండగా కొత్త రుణాలు ఇవ్వడానికి నిబంధనలు ఒప్పుకోవని చెప్పారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు రుణమాఫీపై స్పష్టత ఇవ్వకపోవడంతో రైతులు వారి ఖాతాల్లో నగదు ఉన్నా రుణాలు చెల్లించడం లేదని చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల అలసత్వం వల్ల రైతులు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారని, వారి రుణ చరిత్ర దెబ్బతిని భవిష్యత్తులో ఎటువంటి అప్పులూ పుట్టని పరిస్థితి తలెత్తే అవకాశం ఉందని హెచ్చరించారు.
శనివారం బ్యాంక్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో రాజేంద్రన్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఆర్‌బీఐ రుణాలను రీ షెడ్యూల్ చేసే అవకాశం కనిపించడం లేదని చెప్పారు. ఈ విషయంపై ఆర్‌బీఐ స్పష్టతతో ఉందని, కానీ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు మాత్రం ఇంకా ఆర్‌బీఐతో చర్చల పేరుతో కాలయాపన చేస్తున్నాయని తెలిపారు. ఆర్‌బీఐ రుణాలను రీ షెడ్యూల్ చేస్తే దేశంలో రుణ క్రమశిక్షణ దెబ్బతినే ప్రమాదం ఉందన్నారు. మహారాష్ట్రతో సహా 9 రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఎన్నికలు సమీపిస్తున్నాయని, ఈ సమయంలో ఇక్కడ నిబంధనలు పక్కకుపెట్టి రీ షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకటిస్తే ఆ రాష్ట్రాల్లో కూడా ఇదే విధమైన డిమాండ్లు తలెత్తే అవకాశం ఉందని చెప్పారు. అందువల్లే ఆర్‌బీఐ రీ షెడ్యూల్‌కు ఆసక్తి చూపడం లేదన్నారు.
ఒక్క ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోనే వ్యవసాయ, స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలకు చెందిన 89.5 లక్షల రుణ ఖాతాలు ఉన్నాయని, బకాయిలు చెల్లించకపోవడం వల్ల వీటి భవిష్యత్తు ప్రమాదంలో పడుతోందని అన్నారు.

విజయనగరం జిల్లా అదికారులు వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ జరుగుతుండగా సెల్ ఫోన్ లో గేమ్స్ ఆడడం, ఫేస్ బుక్ చాటింగ్ వంటివి చేశారని చెబుతున్నారు.అలాగే కొందరు నిద్రలో జోగుతూ కనిపించారట. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లను వీడియా కాన్ఫరెన్స్ లో అడ్రస్ చేస్తూ ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న పరిస్థితిని చాలెంజ్ గా తీసుకోవాలని చెప్పారు.కాని అదే సమావేశంలో కొందరు ఇలా వ్యవహరించారని వార్తలు రావడం ఇబ్బంది కరమే.
అయితే వీడియా కాన్ఫరెన్సులు నాన్ సీరియస్ గా మారకుండా ప్రభుత్వ నేతలు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి. అవసరం ఉన్న అదికారులనే పిలవాలి కాని,అందరిని పిలిచి ,వేచి ఉంచడం,
గంటల తరబడి ఈ కాన్ఫరెన్స్ కోసం కూర్చోవలసి రావడం వంటివి జరగకుండా ఉంటే మరింత అర్ధవంతంగా జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.

Ruining the state with caste politics and spreading the weed all over.
Congress got routed in the elections but one can’t but appreciate their organization. Loan waiver protest program is better organised compared to YSRCP protest. It shows that organization matters . Lesson for YSRCP ,YSJ and coterie of YSJ

CBN unnecessarily creating enmity between TG and Andhra people with Fee issue. What Naidu doing now is what he did before. Is international airport so important for Andhra now? than basic infra and job creation? When people vote, they look for basic amenities, they do not care if they live in singapore kind of infra.
Stick to people issues. And do agitations in the coming days. Anybody remember how PJR used to do agitations? He gathers 200 to 300 women and goto streets with empty plastic pots demanding water. We need YSR cadre do like that. Jagan has to stay in Vijayawada and key YCP people also.
It might be bitter to hear , but i don’t see any future for YCP in Telangana .
T is a different ball game. Only local and National parties like BJP and Congress can only survive along with TRS. YCP and TDP will not have any future sooner or later.
Since TDP was an existing party with strong cadre , they can survive a bit .

పీఎస్ లు, పీఆర్ వోలను నియమించుకునే స్వేచ్ఛ కూడా ఇవ్వడం లేదన్న ఫిర్యాదు చాలా మంది మంత్రులు వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. వైఎస్ రాజశేఖర్ రెడ్డి హయాంలో పనిచేసినవారినెవ్వరినీ పీఎస్ లుగా, పీఆర్ వోలుగా నియమించుకోరాదంటూ ఆదిలోనే చంద్రబాబు మంత్రులను ఆదేశించారు. పలువురు మంత్రుల దగ్గర ఇప్పటికే పీఎస్ లుగా, పీఆర్ వోలుగా పనిచేస్తున్నవారికి ఇంత వరకూ ఆర్డర్స్ రాలేదు. దీంతో తమ పోస్టు వుంటుందో, ఊడుతుందో అర్ధం కాక వారంతా ఆందోళన చెందుతున్నారు. ఈ పరిస్థితిని కొంతమంది సీనియర్లు జీర్ణించుకోలేకపోతున్నారు. తాము నియమించుకున్నవారికి కూడా నియామక ఆర్డర్స్ ఇప్పించుకోలేకపోవడాన్ని సీనియరు మంత్రులు అవమానంగా ఫీలైపోతున్నారు. మంత్రులు యనమల, పత్తిపాటి పుల్లారావు, దేవినేని ఉమ, పరిటాల సునీత, సిద్దారాఘవరావు, నారాయణ ఇలా పలువురు మంత్రుల పేషీలో పనిచేస్తున్నవారంతా నియామక పత్రాల కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్నారు. చినబాబు లోకేష్ క్లియరెన్స్, ఎన్ టీఆర్ భవన్ ప్రాపకం లభిస్తే తప్ప వీరిలో చాలామందికి నియామక పత్రాలు దక్కడం కష్టమేననే టాక్ వినిపిస్తోంది. దీంతో మంత్రులు తలలు పట్టుకుంటున్నారు.
తమకు చంద్రబాబు స్వేచ్ఛ ఇవ్వడం లేదని మంత్రులు వాపోతుంటే, మీటింగ్ లు, సమీక్షలు, ప్రణాళికల పేరుతో చంద్రబాబు చేస్తున్న హడావిడికి అధికారులు ఠారెత్తిపోతున్నారు . పరిపాలనలో చంద్రబాబు ప్రజాస్వామిక ద్రుక్పథాన్ని అలవర్చుకోవాలని, రేపు ఏం జరిగినా మంత్రివర్గ సహచరులంతా బాధ్యత వహించాల్సి వుంటుందనే విషయాన్ని గుర్తెరిగి ప్రవర్తించాలని పలువురు నేతలంటున్నారు. తమను డమ్మీలుగా మార్చి, చంద్రబాబు వన్ మ్యాన్ షో నడిపితే, రేపు అధికారులు తమ మాట ఎలా వింటారనీ, తమ శాఖలో ఫలితాలు ఎలా చూపించగలమంటూ పలువురు మంత్రులు ఆవేదన చెందుతున్నారు.

రైతులు పాత బకాయిలు చెల్లిస్తే తప్ప కొత్త రుణాలు ఇచ్చేది లేదని ఆంధ్రాబ్యాంక్ చైర్మన్ అండ్ మేనేజింగ్ డెరైక్టర్ (సీఎండీ) సీవీఆర్ రాజేంద్రన్ స్పష్టం చేశారు. చెల్లించాల్సిన బకాయిలు ఉండగా కొత్త రుణాలు ఇవ్వడానికి నిబంధనలు ఒప్పుకోవని చెప్పారు. ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు రుణమాఫీపై స్పష్టత ఇవ్వకపోవడంతో రైతులు వారి ఖాతాల్లో నగదు ఉన్నా రుణాలు చెల్లించడం లేదని చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాల అలసత్వం వల్ల రైతులు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారని, వారి రుణ చరిత్ర దెబ్బతిని భవిష్యత్తులో ఎటువంటి అప్పులూ పుట్టని పరిస్థితి తలెత్తే అవకాశం ఉందని హెచ్చరించారు.
శనివారం బ్యాంక్ ప్రధాన కార్యాలయంలో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విలేకరుల సమావేశంలో రాజేంద్రన్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఆర్‌బీఐ రుణాలను రీ షెడ్యూల్ చేసే అవకాశం కనిపించడం లేదని చెప్పారు. ఈ విషయంపై ఆర్‌బీఐ స్పష్టతతో ఉందని, కానీ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు మాత్రం ఇంకా ఆర్‌బీఐతో చర్చల పేరుతో కాలయాపన చేస్తున్నాయని తెలిపారు. ఆర్‌బీఐ రుణాలను రీ షెడ్యూల్ చేస్తే దేశంలో రుణ క్రమశిక్షణ దెబ్బతినే ప్రమాదం ఉందన్నారు. మహారాష్ట్రతో సహా 9 రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఎన్నికలు సమీపిస్తున్నాయని, ఈ సమయంలో ఇక్కడ నిబంధనలు పక్కకుపెట్టి రీ షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకటిస్తే ఆ రాష్ట్రాల్లో కూడా ఇదే విధమైన డిమాండ్లు తలెత్తే అవకాశం ఉందని చెప్పారు. అందువల్లే ఆర్‌బీఐ రీ షెడ్యూల్‌కు ఆసక్తి చూపడం లేదన్నారు.
ఒక్క ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోనే వ్యవసాయ, స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలకు చెందిన 89.5 లక్షల రుణ ఖాతాలు ఉన్నాయని, బకాయిలు చెల్లించకపోవడం వల్ల వీటి భవిష్యత్తు ప్రమాదంలో పడుతోందని అన్నారు.

విజయనగరం జిల్లా అదికారులు వీడియో కాన్ఫరెన్స్ జరుగుతుండగా సెల్ ఫోన్ లో గేమ్స్ ఆడడం, ఫేస్ బుక్ చాటింగ్ వంటివి చేశారని చెబుతున్నారు.అలాగే కొందరు నిద్రలో జోగుతూ కనిపించారట. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు జిల్లా కలెక్టర్లను వీడియా కాన్ఫరెన్స్ లో అడ్రస్ చేస్తూ ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న పరిస్థితిని చాలెంజ్ గా తీసుకోవాలని చెప్పారు.కాని అదే సమావేశంలో కొందరు ఇలా వ్యవహరించారని వార్తలు రావడం ఇబ్బంది కరమే.
అయితే వీడియా కాన్ఫరెన్సులు నాన్ సీరియస్ గా మారకుండా ప్రభుత్వ నేతలు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి. అవసరం ఉన్న అదికారులనే పిలవాలి కాని,అందరిని పిలిచి ,వేచి ఉంచడం,
గంటల తరబడి ఈ కాన్ఫరెన్స్ కోసం కూర్చోవలసి రావడం వంటివి జరగకుండా ఉంటే మరింత అర్ధవంతంగా జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది.
