Helping Ruling Party Workers Is Also A Process Of Democracy, Says AP CM
In an advisory that is bound to trigger a controversy, AP chief minister Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday asked district collectors to involve TDP workers in all development activities to help him win next elections too.
“Satisfying political workers of the ruling party is also a process of democracy,” Naidu told the collectors’ conference here, inviting the wrath of YSR Congress Party. “Naidu had turned the collectors’ conference into a party affair,” the opposition party charged, sharply criticizing the CM’s diktat to collectors to honour the word of TDP leaders and workers.
“You may want to follow the rule book. It may be good for you. But, it will send us home packing,” Naidu said leaving the collectors stumped.
Articulating his ‘political mission’ after unveiling government `growth plan’, Naidu said he wanted officials to take party workers along with them in doing ‘good things to society’. “You will not come to our rescue once we lose power.
No official will be around. It is our party workers who will stay with us,” said Naidu.
A force known as Jagan. 
I am confident that the future of AP will be safe in those hands one day .

దానికి వారిచ్చిన సమాధానం చాలా సింపుల్. ఇంకా మీకు అర్థం కావడం లేదా. చేస్తాం చేస్తాం అని చెప్తూ పొండి. కానీ, ఒక్క జాగ్రత్తగను మాత్రం తీసుకోండి. గతంలో లాగా గట్టిగా వాదించకండి. ప్యానెల్లో ఉండే ఇతరులపై విరుచుకుపడకండి. మా పార్టీ కట్టుబడి ఉంది. తప్పనిసరిగా చేస్తాం, ఎన్ని కష్టాలున్నా చేస్తాం. ఆర్ బి ఐ అభ్యంతరాలు చెప్తోంది. అయినా చేస్తాం ఇలా చెప్తూ పోవడమే.
ఇది బాగానే ఉంది. మీడియాలోనయితే ఏదో ఒకటి మాట్లాడి బయటపడ్తాం కానీ, ప్రజలు కూడా అడగం మొదలైంది. రైతులలో, మహిళలలో వ్యతిరేకత ప్రారంభమైంది అని దిగువ స్థాయి తెలుగుదేశం నాయకులు సీనియర్లతో వాపోతున్నారట.

40 లక్షల రుణమాఫీ వోట్లు+ మోడీ వోట్లు+ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ వోట్లు అన్ని కలిప్తే కనీసం TDP కి కనీసం 60-70 లక్షల వోట్లు ఎక్కువ రావాలి కానీ కేవలం 5 లక్షల వోట్లు ఎక్కువ వచ్చాయి అంటే నైతిక విజయం జగన్ దే. అంటే జగన్ కు బాబు కంటే 60-70 లక్షలమంది మద్దతు ఎక్కువగా ఉన్నట్టే

రుణమాఫీ గురించి నిలదీసిన రైతుపై ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్యమంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబునాయుడు ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రుణ మాఫీ ఎప్పుడంటూ ఓ రైతు ప్రశ్నించడంతో సహనం కోల్పోయిన చంద్రబాబు ‘ఏయ్ యూజ్ లెస్ ఫెలో..ముందు విను అంటూ కసురుకున్నారు. ముందు విను. ఒక్కరు అరిస్తే సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాదు. పదిమంది మాట్లాడితే సమస్య పరిష్కారం అవుతుంది అంటూ హెచ్చరించే ధోరణిలో చంద్రబాబు స్పందించడంతో రైతులు అవాక్కయ్యారు.
చంద్రబాబు పరిస్థితి ఇలా ఉంటే.. ఆయన కుమారుడు లోకేశ్ బాబు వ్యవహారం మరోలా ఉంది. రైతు రుణమాఫీ గురించి అడిగిన ప్రశ్నకు మీడియాపై రుసరుసలాడారు. అంతేకాక ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబుకు సంబంధించిన వ్యవహారం.. రైతు రుణమాఫీ గురించి తనకు సంబంధం లేదని లోకేశ్ తప్పించుకోవడానికి చూశారు. రుణమాఫీ ఎప్పడవుతుందా అనే ఆశతో ఎదురు చూస్తున్న రైతులకు చంద్రబాబు తాజా హెచ్చరికలు అయోమయానికి గురిచేస్తున్నాయి.

రైతులు, డ్వాక్రా సంఘాల రుణమాఫీ విషయంలో ఇచ్చిన మాటను బొంకకుండా వెంటనే అమలుచేయాలి
ఎన్నికల సంఘానికి కూడా బాబు తనకు ఉన్న అపారమైన పరిపాలనా అనుభవంతో అన్నీ ఆలోచించే నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నామన్నాని, రుణమాఫీని అమలు చేస్తామని చెప్పారన్నారు. రైతులు ఆశిస్తున్నది పూర్తిగా రుణమాఫీ అని, రుణాల రీ షెడ్యూలు కాదన్నారు. ఢిల్లీ ప్రభుత్వం వద్ద తన పలుకుబడిని ఉపయోగించుకుని రుణమాఫీని అమలు చేసే యోచన చేయాలన్నారు.
బ్యాంకర్లు పాత రుణాలు చెల్లిస్తేనే కొత్త రుణాలు ఇస్తామని నోటీసులు పెడుతున్నారన్నారు. ఒక్క రుణాన్ని కూడా మాఫీ చేయలేని మంత్రులు, ఇప్పుడు మాత్రం రుణాలను రైతులు చెల్లించాలని చిలకపలుకులు పలుకుతున్నారన్నారు.
బ్యాంకుల వాళ్లు రుణాలు కట్టకపోతే డ్వాక్రా సంఘాల గుర్తింపునే రద్దు చేస్తామని బెదిరిస్తున్నారని , ఇదెక్కడి న్యాయమన్నారు. రైతులు, మహిళా సంఘాల వారు ఏ పాపం చేశారని , వారిని ఇబ్బందులు పాలు చేస్తున్నారన్నారు. ఒక ఖరీఫ్ సీజన్ పోతే రుణాలు తిరిగి రాక బ్యాంకులు కుంటుపడితే పర్యవసానాలకు బాధ్యులెవరని సూటిగా ప్రశ్నిచారు.

చంద్రబాబు సింగపూర్ అంటారు, కేసీఆర్ లండన్ తరహా అభివృద్ధి అంటూ గొప్పలు చెబుతున్నారు. వీళ్ల పవర్‌ టైమ్‌ 2019 వరకే. కానీ వీళ్లిద్దరి టార్గెట్లన్నీ 2020… ఇంకా మాట్లాడితే 2029 అంటారు. పంచవర్షను వదిలేసి దశమవర్ష ప్రణాళికలతో మురిపించేస్తున్నారు.
బాబు PPA లను కాదని విద్యుత్‌ సరఫరా ఆపేస్తుంటే.. వాటాల పేరుతో నీటిని నిలిపేస్తున్నారు కేసీఆర్. ఇద్దరూ సై అంటే సై అంటున్నారు. ఇదే ఇప్పుడు హాట్ టాపిక్‌గా మారుతోంది.
నలిగిపోతున్న సామాన్యుడు
రుణమాఫీని ఇరు రాష్ట్రాల్లోనూ ఇప్పటివరకు అమలు చేయలేకపోయారు. రెండూ కొత్త రాష్ట్రాలు కావడాన్ని ఇద్దరూ బాగానే వాడుకుంటున్నారు. టెండర్లు లేకుండానే రకరకాల పథకాలను అస్మదీయ కార్పొరేట్లకు కట్టబెడుతున్నారు. కాని వాటిపై మాత్రం ఇద్దరూ పంతాలకు పోయినట్లు నటిస్తూ విద్వేషాన్ని మండించి ఆ మంటల్లో తమ పాలన కాచుకోవాలని చూసుకుంటున్నారు. ఇలా ఒకరిపై ఒకరు విద్వేషాన్ని వెదజల్లుకుంటున్నారు ఇద్ద రు చంద్రులు. కానీ,వీరి మైండ్ గేమ్ తో నలిగిపోయేది మాత్రం సామాన్యులే.
