శ్రీకాకుళం, అక్టోబర్ 26: ఏళ్ళ తరబడి పొదుపు చేసుకుంటున్న స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాల మహిళల ఖాతాల నుంచి నాలుగు కోట్ల రూపాయలు చెప్పచేయకుండా ఒకేసారి బ్యాంకులు రుణాలకు వడ్డీల పేరిట లాగేసుకున్నాయి. ఐదు లక్షల మంది మహిళల ఖాతాల నుంచి బ్యాంకులు జమ చేసుకున్న పొదుపు సొమ్ము ఖాళీ కావడంతో వారిలో ఆత్మస్థైర్యం నీరుగారిపోయింది.జిల్లాలో 43 వేలకుపైగా స్వయంశక్తి సంఘాలు ఉన్నాయి. ప్రతీ సభ్యురాలి ఖాతాలో కనీసం ఆరు వేల రూపాయలు పొదుపు నిల్వలు ఉండేవి. ఇప్పుడు ఆ పొదుపు ఖాతాలు ఖాళీ కావడంతో సభ్యులు, బృందం అధ్యక్షుల మధ్య ఘర్షణలకు దారితీసింది. రుణమాఫీ మాయాజాలం మహిళలను కొంపముంచేలా మారింది. పొదుపే..మదుపులా మారాల్సి వచ్చింది.
స్వయం సహాయ బృందాల సక్సెస్ స్టోరీలన్నీ ఒక్కసారిగా రుణమాఫీ మాయాజాలంలో పల్టీకొట్టేలా కన్పిస్తున్నాయి. కేవలం 56 కోట్ల రూపాయలతో ఆరంభమైన ఈ సంఘాల విజయ పరంపర 2013-14 నాటికి 8532.07 కోట్ల రూపాయలకు చేరుకుందన్న ఆనందం కంటే, డ్వాక్రా మహిళల రుణాల రద్దు చేయాలన్న ఆశయానికి బ్యాంకర్లు మోకాలడ్డుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్ర మంత్రి మండలి ఆగస్టు 2న స్వయంశక్తి సంఘాలను బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు ప్రతీ సంఘానికి లక్ష రూపాయల వరకూ పెట్టుబడి సమకూర్చాలని నిర్ణయించి ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. నేరుగా సంఘాల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో పడుతుందని చెప్పిన సిఎం మాటలు నీటిమూటగా మారింది.
శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లాలో 43,743 సంఘాల్లో ఐదు లక్షల 10 వేల 401 మంది సభ్యులు ఉన్నారు. వీరంతా నెలకు వంద రూపాయలు చొప్పున్న పొదుపు చేసుకుంటారు. గత మూడు నెలలుగా బ్యాంకులు స్వయంశక్తి సంఘాలకు ఇచ్చే రుణాలు ముఖ్యమంత్రి మాఫీ చేస్తారన్న ఉద్దేశ్యంతో ఆ రుణాలు సకాలంలో చెల్లించకపోవడంతో వారి ఖాతాల నుంచి జిల్లా అంతటా నాలుగు కోట్ల రూపాయలు బ్యాంకర్లు వడ్డీల పేరిట జమచేసుకున్నారు. దీంతో మహిళా సంఘాలు జుత్తు పట్టుకునే పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడింది.

There are many things that happen in politics which are beyond our control at times.
Yes , Konathala is a good candidate but it does not mean he is above the Party. Would Konathala do the same thing had Ysrcp come to power and if he was a minister ?? The answer is No.
Unless we know the facts there is no point talking about negative things.
Jagan spent more than a week in Vizag and other districts talking to people after the recent Cyclone. What did Konathala do coming from the same district ?? What did TSR and Purandeswari do even though Vizag people voted for them in the past ? No a single statement or visit .
We will have many more hurdles in future and that does not mean we lose hope . It would only make us more determined.
