తెలుగుదేశం అధ్యక్షుడు చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు చాలా ప్రత్యేకమైన వ్యక్తి. అది కూడా అధికారంలో ఉన్నాడంటే, ఏపీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి హోదా పేరు ముందు ఉంటే బాబు కొన్ని అరుదైన ఫీట్లను సాధిస్తూ ఉంటారు. వెనుకటికి తొమ్మిదేళ్లు ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఉన్న సమయంలో భారత దేశంలో ఒకడే ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఉన్నాడేమో అనేంత స్థాయి ఇమేజ్ ను తెచ్చుకొన్నాడాయన. తన బలం మీద ఆధారపడి ఉన్న ఎన్డీయేను ఒక ఆట ఆడిస్తూ బాబు విదేశీ అధ్యక్షులతో చేయీ చేయీ కలిపేంత స్థాయికి ఎదిగాడు.
అయితే అలాంటి ఫీట్ల వల్ల పదేళ్ల పాటు ప్రతిపక్షానికి పరిమితం కావడమే తప్ప మరో ప్రయోజనం దక్కలేదు. అప్పటి సంగతి అలా ఉంటే.. ఇప్పుడు ముఖ్యమంత్రి హోదా దక్కాకా బాబు చాలా ఫీట్లను సాధిస్తున్నాడు.
మొదటిది ప్రత్యేక విమానంలో విదేశీ పర్యటనకు వెళ్లడం. ఇలాంటి ఫీట్ ను సాధించిన ఏకైక ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా ఇటీవలే బాబు రికార్డు సృష్టించారు. సాధారణంగా భారత దేశ ప్రధానమంత్రి, రాష్ట్రపతులు మాత్రమే ఇలా విదేశాలకు వెళ్లినప్పుడు ప్రత్యేక విమానాల్లో వెళతారు. ఇక విదేశాంగ మంత్రులు, వివిధ రాష్ట్రాల ముఖ్యమంత్రులు.. సర్వీస్ విమానాల్లోనే ఏదో ఒక సీట్లో అడ్జస్ట్ అయి వెళతారు. అయితే బాబు అందరిలాంటి సీఎం కాదు… అది ఆయన ప్రగాఢ విశ్వాసం.
అందుకే ఇటీవల తన ట్రూపు ను తీసుకెళ్లి విదేశీ పర్యటనలు చేసినప్పుడు ఎంచక్కా ప్రత్యేక విమానం వేసుకొళ్లాడు. తద్వారా ప్రత్యేక విమానంలో విదేశం వెళ్లిన ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా రికార్డు సృష్టించాడు. అసలే చితికిపోయిన ఏపీ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థకు ఇలాంటి బాబు వ్యవహారాలు గుదిబండగా మారుతున్నాయనే విమర్శలు వస్తున్నా బాబు లెక్క చేయడం లేదు!
ఇప్పుడు మరోసారి బాబు రాష్ట్రపతి, ప్రధానమంత్రిల తర్వాత తనేనని అనిపించాడు. వరంగల్ పర్యటనకు వెళ్లిన నేపథ్యంలో బాబు ఈ ఫీట్ ను సాధించారు. వరంగల్ పర్యటన నేపథ్యంలో బాబు భద్రత కోసం ఏపీ పోలీసులు ప్రత్యేక జామర్ ను ఏర్పాటు చేశారట. పోర్టబుల్ ఆర్ఎఫ్ జామర్ అనేది ఇది అత్యంత విలువైనదట. ప్రత్యేకంగా ఇజ్రాయెల్ నుంచి తెప్పించారట.
ఇంకా విశేషం ఏమిటంటే.. ఇలాంటి జామర్ ను భారత రాష్ట్రపతి, ప్రధానమంత్రి ల భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్లలో మాత్రమే ఇప్పటి వరకూ వినియోగిస్తున్నారు. అయితే బాబుకు ఏర్పాటు చేయదలిచిన ప్రత్యేక భద్రతా ఏర్పాట్ల దృష్ట్యా వరంగల్ పర్యటనలో బాబు భద్రతా బలంగం ఈ జామర్ ను వినియోగించిందట. తద్వారా బాబు మరోసారి దేశంలో రాష్ట్రపతి, ప్రధానమంత్రిల తర్వాతి స్థాయి తనదేనని పించాడు.
మొత్తానికి ఏపీ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థకూ.. బాబు ఆడంబరాలకూ ఏ మాత్రం పొంతన కుదరడం లేదు. ఏదైతే అదైంది.. అధికారంలో ఉన్నాం.. అన్నింటినీ అనుభవించేద్దాం.. అన్నట్టుగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నట్టుగా ఉన్నాడు ఏపీ ముఖ్యమంత్రుల వారు. అనుభవించు రాజా…!
