Economic returns from this give away of asset( land) have not been explained to people of AP or were raised by YSRCP. Guarantee of return or sale (exit) for land owners not mentioned or raised by YSRCP. Alternative plan with better economic plan not given by YSRCP. Govt has not given any demand projection for land. The land owners who gave land are left at the mercy of Government. There is no protection that government would not sell until these guys sell their land or give permission to government . లక్షలాది రూపాయలు ఖర్చు పెట్టి తాము కోచింగ్ సెంటర్ లో శిక్షణ తీసుకుంటున్నామని తెలిపారు. తమ తల్లిదండ్రులు ఉద్యోగాలు రావు వచ్చేయండి అంటున్నారని, వారు కష్టపడి తమను చదివిస్తున్నారని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఉద్యోగులుకు 43 శాతం ఫిట్ మెంట్ ఇవ్వడానికి డబ్బులుంటాయి..నోటిఫికేషన్ విడుదల చేయడానికి డబ్బులుండవా అని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఏమనంటే రాష్ట్రం లోటు బడ్జెట్ లో ఉందని పేర్కొంటారని, తాము పుట్టినప్పటి నుండి లోటు బడ్జెట్ లో ఉన్నామని విద్యార్థులు తెలిపారు. వెంటనే నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ చేయాలని, లేనిపక్షంలో విద్యార్థులు తిరగబడుతారని హెచ్చరించారు.

న్యూఢిల్లీ, మార్చి 3: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కొత్త రాజధాని ఎక్కడ నిర్మిస్తున్నారనేది అధికారికంగా చెప్పనంత వరకు నిధులెలా కేటాయిస్తామని రాష్ట్రాన్ని కేంద్రం ప్రశ్నించినట్టు తెలిసింది. పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టుకు నిధులు కేటాయించేందుకు బ్యాంకు ఖాతా ఇంతవరకు ఎందుకు ప్రారంభించలేదని ప్రశ్నించింది.
కొత్త రాజధాని నిర్మాణంపై ఆంధ్ర సర్కారు నుంచి స్పష్టమైనే ప్రతిపాదన కేంద్రానికి ఇంతవరకు అందకపోవటం వల్లే నిధులు కేటాయింపు జరగలేదని కేంద్రం వాదిస్తోంది.
ఆంధ్ర ప్రభుత్వం రాజధాని నిర్మాణంపై అధికారిక నివేదిక ఇవ్వగానే నిధులు కేటాయింపు ప్రారంభం అవుతుందని కేంద్రం చెబుతోంది. కొత్త రాజధాని స్థలం, ఇతర అంశాలను అధికారికంగా తెలియజేసేలోగా రింగురోడ్డు నిర్మాణం, డ్రెయినేజీ పనులకు వెయ్యి కోట్లు పట్టణాభివృద్ధి శాఖకు చెందిన వివిధ పథకాల నుంచి ఇచ్చేందుకు కేంద్రం ప్రయత్నిస్తోందని అంటున్నారు.
పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు పనులకు గత ఏడాది కేటాయించిన 250 కోట్లు ఎందుకు ఖర్చు చేయలేదని కేంద్రం ప్రశ్నించినట్టు చెబుతున్నారు. రూపాయి కూడా ఖర్చు చేయకుండా అదనపు నిధులు కోరటం అర్థరహితమని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ అధికార్లు అంటున్నారు. ప్రాజెక్టు పనులను ప్రారంభించగానే వివిధ పద్దుల కింద వెయ్యి కోట్లు విడుదల చేసేందుకు రంగం సిద్ధం చేస్తున్నారు.

కానీ అంతలోనే ఆంధ్ర పరిస్థితి దమనీయం..జీతాలివ్వలేం..ఏం చేయాలో అర్థం కావడం లేదు. కేంద్రమే ఆదుకోవాలి అంటారు. ఓ పక్క ఆయనే నెత్తి నోరు బాదుకుంటున్నారు. కేంద్రమో.. డబ్బున్న వారో బాబ్బాబు ఆదుకోండి అంటూ చేతులు చాస్తున్నారు.. అయినా బడాయి మాత్రం తగ్గలేదు. అప్పుడే అయ్యో ఏపిలో ఏమి లేదు అంటూ బాధ పడుతూ అంతలోనే ఏపినే టాప్.. చూడండి ప్రపంచంలోనే నెంబర్ వన్ అంటారు.
తాను మందీ మార్బలాన్ని వేసుకుని స్పెషల్ ఫ్లయిట్ ల్లో తిరిగేస్తారు. మొత్తానికి ఇలా అపరిచితుడిలా రెండు రకాల పాత్రలు బ్రహ్మాండంగా పోషించేస్తున్నారు.
ఏపిలో ఉన్న వనరులు ఎక్కడా లేవన్నారు. దేశంలోనే అతి పెద్ద సముద్రతీరం ఉందన్నారు. సముద్రతీరంతో ఒనగూరే ప్రయోజనాలు అమోఘం అని చెప్పారు. సరిగ్గా ఈమాటలు చెప్పడానికి 24 గంటలు ముందే బడ్జెట్ పై మాట్లాడుతూ ఏపిలో ఏమి లేదు, ఉన్నదేంటి అంటే ఎందుకు పనికి రాని సముద్రతీరం తప్ప అంటూ గోడు వెళ్లబోసుకున్నాడు.
జీతాలకే డబ్బుల్లేవన్న పెద్ద మనిషి అసలు జీతాలతో పాటు ఏకంగా 43 శాతం మేరకు జీతాలు పెంచారు. తాత్కాలిక రాజధాని అంటూ 300కోట్లు, విదేశీ పర్యటనలకు కోట్లాదిరూపాయలు, అవసరం లేని పట్టిసీమకు 13వందల కోట్లు ఇలా ఖర్చు చేయడానికి రెడీ అవుతున్నారు. ఇలా చేస్తూ పోతే సాయం చేయాలనుకునే వారికి కూడా చేయాలనిపించదేమో అన్న అనుమానాలు కలుగుతాయి. అందుకే మిత్రపక్షమైనా బిజేపి ఏపికి ఏమి విదిల్చడం లేదేమో…ఎందుకంటే హైదరాబాద్ తో కేంద్రాన్ని తిట్టి, ఢిల్లీ వెళ్లాక పొగుడుతున్నారేమో?
