ఓటుకు నోటు కేసులో ప్రాంతీయ రంగు పులుముకుంటోందా?ఈ కేసులో ఎపి ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడుకు సంబందించి తెలంగాణ అదనపు ఆడ్వకేట్ జనరల్ తీవ్రమైన అబియోగాలు మోపితే,తెలంగాణ లాయర్ల జెఎసి తెలంగాణ కేసులను తెలంగాణ జడ్జిలే వినాలని కోరుతోంది. లాయర్ల జెఎసి ఛీఫ్ జస్టిస్ బోసలేని కలిసి ఈ మేరకు వినతిపత్రం ఇచ్చింది. తెలంగాణ కేసులను ఎపి ప్రాంత న్యాయమూర్తులు తీసుకోవడం వల్ల తమకు న్యాయం జరగడం లేదని , ఆయా కేసుల గురించి వారు వివరించారు.
తెలంగాణ అదనపు అడ్వకేట్ జనరల్ రామచంద్రరావు అయితే ఏకంగా చంద్రబాబు న్యాయవ్యవస్థను మేనేజ్ చేస్తున్నారని ,పలు ఆరోపణలు సంధించారు. ఆ ఆరోపణలు ప్రచురించడం కూడా ఇబ్బంది కావచ్చు.జడ్జిలపై కూడా ఆయన అబియోగాలు మోపారు.
సుప్రింకోర్టు ఛీప్ జస్టిస్ ఒక సి.ఎమ్.తో నాలుగు గంటలు ఎలా భేటీ అవుతారని కూడా ప్రశ్నించడం సంచలనంగా ఉంది.అవసరమైతే జైలుకు వెళ్లడానికి అయినా సిద్దమేనని చెబుతూ జడ్జిలపై ,చంద్రబాబుపై ఆరోపణలు సంధించడం విశేషం.అయితే న్యాయమూర్తులపై ఇలాంటి ఆరోపణలు చేయడం , ప్రాంతీయ రంగు రావడం కాని దురదృష్టకరం.ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితులు రాకుండా అంతా చూసుకోవలసిన అవసరం ఉంది.

చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం గొప్పగా చెప్పుకుంటున్న రుణ మాఫీ ఉత్త డొల్లేనని అనంతపురం జిల్లా ఉరవకొండకు చెందిన కోదండరామిరెడ్డి అనే యువరైతు ఆత్మహత్యతో మరోసారి రూఢ అయింది. ఉపశమనం అన్ని వేల కోట్లు, ఇన్ని వేల కోట్లు అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి, మంత్రులు ఊదరగొడుతుండగా క్షేత్ర స్థాయిలో దుర్భర స్థితులు నెలకొన్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వం చెప్పినట్లు లక్షలాది మంది రైతులు రుణ విముక్తులై ఉంటే ఆత్మహత్యలెందుకు జరుగుతున్నట్టు?
ఎంబిఎ చదివినా భూమిపై మక్కువతో 29 సంవత్సరాల కోదండరామిరెడ్డి వ్యవసాయం చేస్తున్నాడంటే సర్కారు అభినందించాలి. కనీసం ఇచ్చిన హామీ మేరకు రుణ మాఫీ అమలు చేయాలి. ప్రభుత్వ నిబంధనల ప్రకారం లక్షన్నర వరకు మాఫీ అన్నారు. కోదండరామిరెడ్డి తల్లికి సిండికేట్‌ బ్యాంక్‌లో రూ.64 వేలు అప్పు ఉంది. ఆ మొత్తం మాఫీ కావాలి కదా? రూ.12 వేలు మాత్రమే పోయిందంటే ఏమనుకోవాలి.
పైపైన చూస్తే మాఫీ తత్వం అంత తొందరగా బోధపడదు. కుటుంబం మొత్తం అప్పులన్నీ లెక్కించి, లక్షన్నర లోపే మాఫీ చేశారు. మిగిలిన అప్పులను రైతులే చెల్లించాలి. స్కేల్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఫైనాన్స్‌ గుదిబండ ఉండనే ఉంది. ఆధార్‌, రేషన్‌కార్డులతో పాటు ఈ కత్తెరలన్నింటినీ తప్పించుకున్నాక అప్పు కొండంత, మాఫీ గోరంత. బ్యాంకులు విధించే వడ్డీలు, చక్రవడ్డీలు సరేసరి. మాఫీ బూటకమని, మాయ అని ప్రతిపక్షాలు, రైతు సంఘాలు మొదటి నుంచీ మొత్తుకుంటున్నాయి. తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వం మాత్రం ఊరిస్తూ వచ్చింది. పైగా అరకొర నిధులిచ్చి రుణాలు రెన్యువల్‌ చేయాలని బ్యాంకులపై ఒత్తిడి తెస్తోంది. బ్యాంకులు సైతం ఎన్‌పిఎ, ఓవర్‌డ్యూస్‌ సమస్యను అధిగమించేందుకు పాత అప్పులను కొత్త అప్పులుగా మార్చేసి, సర్కారు ఇచ్చిన కొద్దిపాటి సొమ్మును వడ్డీలకు జమ వేసుకొని చేతులు దులుపుకుంటున్నాయి. కోదండరామిరెడ్డి సహా రాష్ట్రంలోని రైతుల ఆత్మహత్యలన్నింటికీ ప్రభుత్వమే బాధ్యత వహించాలి.
