సీపీఎం రాష్ట్ర కార్యదర్శి పి.మ‌ధు ఈ సంచ‌ల‌న విమ‌ర్శ చేశారు. అనంత‌పురం జిల్లా ఉర‌వ‌కొండ‌లో అఖిల‌ప‌క్షం ఆధ్వర్యంలో జ‌రిగిన రైతు స‌ద‌స్సులో మ‌ధు ముఖ్య‌ప్ర‌సంగం చేశారు.
రాజధాని ప్రాంత రైతులు భూములు ఇవ్వడానికి సిద్ధంగా లేక‌పోతే వారి భ‌య‌పెట్ట‌డం కోసం చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు అనేక దుశ్చ‌ర్య‌ల‌కు పాల్ప‌డ్డార‌ని ఆయ‌న విమ‌ర్శించారు. రాజధాని భూముల‌ను చంద్రబాబు ప్రభుత్వం బ‌ల‌వంతంగా లాక్కుంద‌ని మ‌ధు అన్నారు. త‌మ పొలాలు త‌మ‌కు ఇవ్వ‌మ‌ని రైతులు అడిగితే రాత్రికి రాత్రికి రాత్రి పైపులు పెక‌లించి, క‌రెంటు తీగ‌లు తీసేసి, గుడిసెలు తొల‌గించి ఏడు గ్రామాల‌లోని పంట‌ల‌ను త‌గుల‌బెట్టార‌ని మ‌ధు వివ‌రించారు. ఇప్ప‌టి వ‌ర‌కు ఈ ఘ‌ట‌న‌పై విచార‌ణ చేప‌ట్ట‌లేద‌ని, రైతుల‌ను భ‌య‌భ్రాంతుల‌కు గురిచేసేందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్ర‌బాబే ఆ పొలాల‌లోని పంట‌ల‌ను త‌గుల‌బెట్టించార‌ని మ‌ధు విమ‌ర్శించారు.
చంద్రబాబు ఏ క్ష‌ణాన సీఎం అయ్యారో… రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని ప్రాంతాల‌లోనూ చిచ్చు పెడుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో రైతాంగం తీవ్ర సంక్షోభంలో కొట్టు మిట్టాడుతోంది. రుణ‌భారంతో రైతుల ఆత్మ‌హ‌త్య‌లు పెరిగాయి. అని మ‌ధు పేర్కొన్నారు. హంద్రీ-నీవా ప్రాజెక్టు ద్వారా ఆయ‌క‌ట్టుకు వెంట‌నే నీరివ్వాల‌ని, లేదంటే 2016 ఫిబ్ర‌వ‌రిలో జ‌రిగే స‌మావేశాల‌లో అసెంబ్లీని ముట్ట‌డిస్తామ‌ని మ‌ధు హెచ్చ‌రించారు. సాగునీటి కోసం ఉద్య‌మాన్ని ఉధృతం చేస్తామ‌న్నారు. శ్రీ‌కాకుళం ప‌వ‌ర్‌ప్లాంటుకు వెయ్యి ఎక‌రాలు అవ‌స‌ర‌మైతే ఐదువేల ఎక‌రాలు రైతుల నుంచి లాక్కున్నార‌ని మ‌ధు విమ‌ర్శించారు. మెజార్టీ లేక‌పోయినా దొడ్డిదారిన జెడ్పీలు, మునిసిపాలిటీల‌ను తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ కైవ‌సం చేసుకుని దిగ‌జారుడు రాజ‌కీయాల‌కు పాల్ప‌డుతోంద‌ని ఆయ‌న ఆరోపించారు.

నీరూ- చెట్టూ పథకం మరో ‘పనికి ఆహారం’గా మారింది. తెలుగు తమ్ముళ్ల జేబులు నింపే పథకంగా తయారైంది. చెరువులు, కుంటలే వనరులుగా మట్టి వ్యాపారం జోరుగా సాగుతోంది. పనిలో పనిగా ప్రభుత్వ నిధులనూ బొక్కేస్తున్నారు. నిరుపేదలు సాగు చేసుకునే భూముల్లో తవ్వకాలు జరుపుతున్నారు. అధికారపార్టీ ఆగడాలకు నీరూ చెట్టూ పథకం వేదికగా మారింది. ప్రకాశం, నెల్లూరు జిల్లాల్లో ఈ పథకం కింద సాగుతున్న పనుల్లో పెద్ద ఎత్తున అవకతవకలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. నీటి వనరులను కాపాడుకునే లక్ష్యంతో ఈ పథకాన్ని రూపొందించడం అభినందించే విషయమే. కానీ లక్ష్యాలను మరచి జేబులు నింపే పనిగా దాన్ని మార్చడమే ఘోరం. చెరువుల్లోని పూడిక తీసి రైతుల పొలాలకు తోలుకోవాలని పథక రచనలో పేర్కొన్నారు. పాఠశాలలు, రహదారులు, శ్మశానాల్లో మెరక తోలుకోవడానికీ ఉపయోగించుకోవచ్చు. ఈ లక్ష్యాలకు గండి కొడుతూ తవ్విన మట్టిని అమ్ముకునేందుకు తెగబడ్డారు. జన్మభూమి కమిటీల పేరుతో అధికార పార్టీ నాయకులే ఆ ‘మన్ను’ తినేస్తున్నారు. ప్రకాశం జిల్లా ముండ్లమూరు మండలం పోలవరంలో ఏప్రిల్‌ 25న ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ఈ పథకం పనులు ప్రారంభించారు. జలవనరుల శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జిల్లాలో 952 పనులకు రూ.25.31కోట్లు మంజూరయ్యాయి. పనులు మొదలయినప్పటి నుంచే గ్రామాల్లో వివాదాల మంటలు రాజుకున్నాయి. ప్రభుత్వం మట్టిని తవ్వినందుకు క్యూబిక్‌ మీటర్‌కు రూ.26 వంతున ఇస్తుంది. ప్రొక్లెయిన్‌తో తవ్వేందుకు ముందుగా ఒప్పందం చేసుకోవాలి. ప్రొక్లెయిన్‌తో ఒక ట్రాక్టర్‌కు మట్టిని నింపినందుకు ప్రభుత్వం రూ.80 ఇస్తుంది. ఈ రేటు గిట్టుబాటు కాదు. దాన్ని సాకుగా చూపుతూ మట్టి అమ్మకాలను సాగిస్తున్నారు. లక్ష్యానికి భిన్నంగా ట్రాక్టర్ల కొద్దీ మట్టిని యథేచ్ఛగా అమ్మేస్తున్నారు. ఇటువంటి సంఘటనలెన్నో బయటపడ్డాయి. ఆ అక్రమాలను అడ్డుకునేందుకు ఎవరూ ప్రయత్నించడం లేదు. అధికారులు, ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు చోద్యం చూస్తున్నారు. తెలుగు తమ్ముళ్లకు పనులను పంచుతున్నారు.
