YSRCP Chief and Andhra Pradesh legislative assembly opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his cohort are all set to hold a Dhrana in New Delhi near Jantar Manthar on Monday August 10, in demand for Special status for AP with the slogan “ Special status AP’s right”.
The dharna is scheduled to start at 10 am and is likely to continue until 3:00 pm. After the Dharna YS Jagan and his allies would march to Parliament. Huge crowds of YSRCP leaders and supporters are expected to take part in the Dharna. “We are done asking for Special Status now we would get into action, It’s with a selfish political motive that Chandrababu has gone back on the special status promise” said the determined leaders of YSRCP.
They said they would fight and protest until AP was granted special status and added that it’s been 14 months that TDP came into power but hasn’t bothered a bit about the special status issue. The NRI YSRCP also extended their support to the Dharna being held on Monday August 10

కాగా జగన్ ను పోలీసులు అడ్డుకోగా,ఆయన అక్కడే దర్నా చేశారు. ఆ తర్వాత అక్కడ నుంచి పోలీసులు ఆయనను బలవంతంగా పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ కు తరలించారు. మరింత మంది కార్యకర్తలు ఇబ్బంది పడకుండా ఉండడానికి తాను అరెస్టు అవుతున్నానని జగన్ ప్రకటించారు.పార్టీ నేతలు బొత్స సత్యనారాయన తదితరులు కూడా అరెస్టు అయ్యారు.

I’m not sure there is any national media coverage for YSJ Dharna @ Jantar Mantar, might come by evening but seems like Media mgmt team has to pay special attention.
national media doesn’t give much coverage to news from southern part of india. And there is nothing much our party could do to attract national media.But we got good coverage in AP and now pressure will be on TDP.
I think we could do a lot more with Media mangement and sometimes wonder who is in charge ?
If Babu could have done a dharna in Delhi he would have deifinetly invited all the National channels. Boss did not hesitate to kill about 30 people for the sake of a few photos in Pushkaralu.
Whilst KDP can easily publicise lies about themselves both in local and national media , we seem to struggle to tell the public about the good things we do / fight for. This should start from village level and then move on to cities.
YSRCP media wing don’t seem to even bother in exposing the plausible lying of KDP to the rest of the world and this laidback attitude should change soon and not wait till the next elections.
I can guarantee that not much will change in AP till the true colours of these Fantics are exposed to the 95% Public. I will not worry about losing the less than 1% votes by doing so but there is a lot to gain.
Target the Tdp leaders in KDP.
