ప్రత్యేక హోదాపై తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీని అసెంబ్లీలో కడిగేస్తానని వైసిపి అధ్యక్షుడు వైఎస్‌.జగన్మోన్‌రెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు. సోమవారం ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు ప్రత్యేక హోదా కల్పించాలని డిమాండు చేస్తూ ఢిల్లీలోని జంతర్‌ మంతర్‌ వద్ద వైఎస్‌ఆర్‌ పార్టీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ధర్నా చేపట్టారు. ఈ ధర్నానుద్దేశించి జగన్ మాట్లాడుతూ, టిడిపి, బిజెపిలు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రజలను మోసం చేసున్నాయని ద్వజమెత్తారు. నాడు విభజించి ఎపికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇస్తామని ప్రకటించిన కాంగ్రెస్ కాని, ఐదేళ్లుకాదు పదేళ్లు ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఉండాలని డిమాండు చేసిన బిజెపికాని, మోడీ అడుగులకు మడుగులొత్తిన తెలుగుదేశం కాని నేడు ప్రత్యేక హోదా గురించి మాట్లాడటం లేదని దుయ్యబట్టారు. చంద్రబాబుకు చిత్తశుద్ధి ఉంటే రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలను మోసం చేసిన కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి వైదొలగాలని సూచించారు. ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇవ్వకపోవడానికి 14వ ఆర్థిక సంఘం సిఫార్సులను ప్రభుత్వం సాకుగా చూపించి తప్పించుకోజూస్తోందన్నారు. ఇవ్వాలనకుంటే విభజన చట్టాన్ని సవరించి ఇవ్వొచ్చన్నారు. మోడీ చైర్మన్‌గా ఉన్న జాతీయ అభివృద్ధిమండలికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇచ్చే హక్కు ఉన్నా ఆ పని చేయకుండా, పద్నాలుగువ ఆర్థిక సంఘంపై నెపం నెట్టివేస్తున్నారన్నారు. గతంలోనే రాష్ట్రంలో అఖిల పక్షం వేసి, కేంద్రంపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకొద్దామని సూచిస్తే చంద్రబాబు నుంచి కనీస స్పందన లేదని జగన్ విమర్శించారు. ప్రత్యేక హోదా వస్తే రాష్ట్రానికి అదనపు నిధులు వస్తాయని, పారిశ్రామిక ప్రోత్సాహకాలు లభిస్తాయని, అది రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధికి తోడ్పడుతుందని ఆయన వివరించారు. చంద్రబాబు వైఖరి వల్ల రాష్ట్రం మరో ఇరవై ఏళ్లైనా రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ధి చెందేట్లు లేదనిపిస్తోందన్నారు. రాష్ట్రాన్ని అడ్డగోలుగా విడగొట్టిన కాంగ్రెస్ ఇప్పుడు ప్రజలను మోసం చేసే వాఖ్యలు చేస్తోందని విమర్శించారు. పార్లమెంట్‌లో ప్రత్యేక హోదా గురించి మాట్లాడని రాహుల్‌గాంధీ నిప్పు అంటించాను ఆర్పుకోండి అన్న చందంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారని ఎద్దేవా చేశారు. ఎపికి ప్రత్యేక హోదా వచ్చేంత వరకు వైసిపి ఉద్యమిస్తుందన్నారు. ఈ నెల 28న రాష్ట్ర బంద్‌కు పిలుపునిచ్చారు. హోదా ఇవ్వకపోతే టిడిపికి, బిజెపికి ప్రజలు చమరగీతం పాడతారని హెచ్చరించారు. జగన్ ప్రసంగం ముగించుకొని పార్లమెంట్‌ మార్చ్‌లో భాగంగా పార్లమెంట్‌ వైపు దుసుకెళ్లారు. ఈ సమయంలో వైసిపి నాయకులు, పోలిసులకు మద్య వాగ్వివాదం చోటుచేసుకుంది. పోలీసులు లాఠీఛార్జి చేయడంతో వైసిపి కార్యకర్తలు చెల్లాచెదురయ్యారు. లాఠీచార్జీలో ఒక వైసిపి కార్యకర్తకు తీవ్రగాయాలయ్యాయి. పోలీసులు అక్కడున్న కూర్చీలను విసిరేస్తూ దొరికిన వారిని దొరికినట్లు కొట్టారు. రోడ్డుపై బైఠాయించిన జగన్‌ని, ఆయన వెంట వున్న వైసిపి ఎంపీిలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీల అరెస్టు చేసి పార్లమెంట్‌ స్ట్రీట్‌ పోలీస్‌ స్టేషన్‌కు తరలించారు. గంట తరువాత సొంతపూచికతు్తపౖ విడుదల చేశారు. అన్యాయం జరిగిందని ప్రశ్నిస్తే అరెస్టు చేయడం అప్రజాస్వామ్యమికమని జగన్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. జగన్ వచ్చేందుకు ఐదు నిమిషాలు ముందు వేదిక స్వల్పంగా కూలింది. ఆ తరువాత వేదికపై నుంచి మాట్లాడుతున్న సందర్భంలో వేదిక ఒక్కసారిగా కూలడంతో ఒక ఎమ్మెల్యే కింద పడ్డారు. ఆయనకు స్వల్ప గాయాలు అయ్యాయి. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో వైసిపి సీనియర్‌ నాయకులు బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ, విజయ సాయి రెడ్డి, ఉమ్మారెడ్డి వెంకటేశ్వర్లు, పార్థసారధి, ధర్మాన ప్రసాదరావు తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

what else could ycp do in such cases..YSJ can’t keep on satisfying monetary constraints for every leader. If financial problems is an issue, then there is nothing Jagan could do. YSJ is facing lot of financial problems too.All we need is to maintain people’s trust.. Leaders will come and go..

It is really difficult to keep Opposition MLAS from switching and I think so far Jagan has done his best and that is why no defections so far except SPY Reddy and Kothapalli Geeta in the beginning.
Though TDP is in power in AP, Babu is unable to stop defections.
During 2010 to 2014, nearly 21 MLAs and 6 senior Politburo members left TDP. We might lose few people but that doesn’t deter us.
Be brave and think practically brother.
YCP is grooming Maligi Madhusudhan Reddy for Thamballapalle constituency. He earned good name in the party cadre as well as in people. He holds full control over majority mandals, His father represents Thamballapalli Mandal as ZPTC. Mr Reddy is Charted Accountant by profession. More over Praveen is not seen in the constituency after elections, there is lot of negative opinion on him. Remember he lost the seat by 9k votes when MP (Mithun Reddy) of YCP got 10k+ majority from the same constituency.
