క్యాపిటల్‌ మాస్టర్‌ ప్లాన్‌’పై హైదరాబాద్‌ సెంటర్‌ ఫర్‌ ఎకానమికల్‌ సోషల్ స్టడీస్‌ ప్రొఫెసర్‌ సి రామచంద్రయ్య మాట్లాడుతూ.. కంప్యూటర్‌ గ్రాఫిక్స్‌తో ఆకాశహర్మ్యాలు సృష్టించి మంత్రముగ్థులను చేయడం కాదు, వాస్తవాలు చెప్పాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేశారు. కొన్ని పత్రికా యాజమాన్యాలు అమ్ముడుపోయి అవాస్తవాలు ప్రచురిస్తున్నాయని విమర్శించారు. తగినంత మంది ప్రయాణికులు లేకపోయినా విజయవాడకు మెట్రో రైలు అనుమతుల వెనుక సిఎం పాత్ర ఉందన్నారు.
రాజధాని ప్రాంతం – భూ వినియోగం’ అంశంపై ఆచార్య నాగార్జున విశ్వవిద్యాలయ పూర్వ ఉపకులపతి ప్రొఫెసర్‌ కె వియన్నారావు మాట్లాడుతూ.. రాజధాని నిర్మాణానికి 33 వేల ఎకరాలెందుకుని ప్రశ్నించారు. స్వాతంత్య్రానంతరం దేశంలో చండీగర్‌, గాంధీనగర్‌, భువనేశ్వర్‌, ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌ రాజధానుల నిర్మాణం జరిగిందని, ఎక్కడా 500 ఎకరాలకు మించలేదని చెప్పారు. అమరావతి సీడ్‌ క్యాపిటల్‌లోనూ దాదాపు 5 వేల ఎకరాలు పేర్కొనడాన్ని ఎలా అర్థం చేసుకోవాలని ప్రశ్నించారు. ‘నూతన ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌- అభివృద్ధి నమూనా-రాజధాని’ అనే అంశంపై హైదరాబాద్‌ సెంట్రల్‌ యూనివర్శిటీ ప్రొఫెసర్‌ కె. చిన్నయ్య సూరి మాట్లాడుతూ.. సమిష్టి ప్రయోజనాల కోసం వ్యక్తి ప్రయోజనాలు వదులుకోవాలని హితవు పలికారు.
‘విజన్‌ ఆఫ్‌ క్యాపిటల్‌ సిటీ ఆఫ్‌ అమరావతి’ అనే అంశంపై హైదరాబాద్‌ సెంట్రల్‌ యూనివర్శిటీ ప్రొఫెసర్‌ యస్‌ పురేంద్ర ప్రసాద్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ.. రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా ప్రతి జిల్లాలోనూ లక్ష ఎకరాల చొప్పున భూ సేకరణ చేసి ల్యాండ్‌ బ్యాంకులో పెట్టాలని జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ల సమావేశంలో ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఆదేశించడం దారుణమన్నారు.

BJP cautions Naidu over capital event spending
“As a friendly party we have advised the TDP and the state government to keep the expenses low. When the state economy is under stress and the farmers are in distress, the extravagant programmme goes against the interest of the state.” AP BJP president K Haribabu, who is now in Geneva on a tour programme, told TOI.
Som Vir Raju, BJP national executive member and senior MLC, said there were internal deliberations in his party over the extravagant event and the rationale of the government in organizing the foundation stone laying ceremony after performing bhoomi pooja (ground-breaking) in June this year. “We are not in a position to criticize openly when they have roped in the PM himself for the function. However, internally there are deliberations. I hope the government will be sensitive in understanding the concerns and sentiments,” Raju said.
I agree it takes hundreds of crores of rupees, but the government has appealed to private firms for chipping in. we will know about the exact amount spent only after the event,” the deputy chief minister Chinnarajappa said.

3.మొన్న జరిగిన రాజధాని భూమి పూజ కు జగన్ ను ఎందుకు పిలవలేదు?
4.రాజధాని అనేది NTR ట్రస్ట్ భవన్ కాదు. అన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీ లతో ఎప్పుడన్నా సంప్రదించారా?
