నంద్యాలలో టీడీపీ కి కలిసొచ్చిన కుల సమీకరణలు-ప్రజాశక్తి
– రూ.1500 కోట్లతో చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి పనులు ఆగిపోతాయనే మైండ్‌ గేమ్‌
వ్యూహాత్మ కంగా టిడిపి అధినేత చంద్రబాబు నంద్యాల అభి వృద్ధిని తెరముందుకు తెచ్చారు. మూడేళ్లపాటు ఒక్క పనీ చేపట్టని తెలుగుదేశం ప్రభుత్వం ఎన్నికలు అనివార్యమని తేలడంతో ఏకంగా రూ.1500 కోట్ల నిధులను కేటాయించి వీధి వీధినా పనులకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది. మూడు దశాబ్దాలుగా జరగని రోడ్డు విస్తరణ పనులను చేపట్టింది. 13 వేల ఇళ్లను మంజూరు చేసింది. రాష్ట్రంలో ఏ నియోజకవర్గం లోనూ ఇవ్వని విధంగా రేషన్‌ కార్డులు, పెన్షన్లను మంజూరు చేసింది. తెలుగుదేశం గెలవకపోతే ఈ పనులన్నీ ఆగిపోతాయేమోనన్న ఆందోళనను నంద్యాల ప్రజల్లో కల్పించింది.
ముఖ్యమంత్రి ఎలా గైనా టిడిపి అభ్యర్థిని గెలిపించుకోవాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో ఎన్నికల నోటిఫికేషన్‌కు ముందే నాలుగు రోజులు మకాం వేసి కుల సమీకరణల ఆధారంగా సమీక్షిం చారు. ప్రచారంలో భాగంగా రెండు రోజులు మకాం వేసి సమీకరణలు చేశారు.
బిజెపితో పొత్తు ఉన్నా ప్రచారంలో ఎక్కడా బిజెపి జెండా, నాయకులు కనిపించకుండా జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటూ ముస్లిం మైనార్టీలను, క్రిస్టియన్లను తనవైపు తిప్పుకోవడంలో బాబు సఫలమయ్యారు. మరో కీలక సామాజిక వర్గమైన బలిజలకు రూ.3 కోట్లతో కమ్యూనిటీ హాల్‌, యాదవులకు కృష్ణ దేవాలయ నిర్మాణానికి ఏడు సెంట్ల స్థలాన్ని ఇప్పించారు. రెడ్డి సామాజిక తరగతి వైసిపికి అనుకూలంగా ఉండటంతో కడప జిల్లాకు చెందిన ఆది నారాయణరెడ్డిని అనంతపురం నుంచి జెసి దివాకర్‌రెడ్డిని, చిత్తూరు నుంచి అమరనాథ రెడ్డిని నెల్లూరు నుంచి సోమిరెడ్డి చంద్రమోహన్‌ రెడ్డిని రంగంలోకి దింపారు. గోస్పాడు మండలంలో వైసిపికే అనుకూలమైన వాతావరణం వస్తుందన్న అంచనాతో దాదాపు 40 ఏళ్ల పాటు భూమా కుటుంబంతో ముఠా రాజకీయాలు నడిపిన గంగుల ప్రతాపరెడ్డిని టిడిపిలోకి ఆహ్వానించి రెడ్డి సామాజిక తరగతికి సంబంధించిన ఓట్లను తమవైపు తిప్పుకున్నారు.
అడుగడుగునా అధికార పార్టీ తన అధికార దర్పాన్ని ప్రదర్శించి ఎన్నికల్లో పైచేయి సాధించింది.
బరిలో ఉన్న భూమా బ్రహ్మానందరెడ్డి, మంత్రి అఖిలప్రియతోపాటు భూమా కుమారుడు జగత్‌ విఖ్యాత్‌రెడ్డి, మరో కూతురు నాగమౌనికారెడ్డి చిన్న పిల్లలు కావడం అంతా 25 సంవత్సరాలకు అటు ఇటుగా ఉండటం, తల్లీతండ్రిలేని పిల్లలు అన్న సానుభూతి కూడా టిడిపికి కలిసి వచ్చింది.

Nandyal debacle indeed gives many lessons to YCP… require course correction … before it is too late
1. Building local leadership till booth level
2. Fighing on issues not individuals
3. No unnecessary by elections
4. Motivating the local leadership to be vocal on local issues and fight at local level…
5. Building good back room poll management team …
I feel there is lot of support for JAGAN in people but is soft vote bank … until you build local team and take failures of TDP govt to people … cannot expect good results …
TDP and its media friends will try to keep entire political discussion around JAGANs speeches and his character assassination. In spite of this JAGAN is giving loose speeches … its my humble request for YCP to keep the political discussion around the issues and govt failures …

We cannot expect to be Gandhi’s when we are fighting against unethical Yellow caste fanatics who are worse than ISIS.
They have coverts in every department in AP including the Judiciary.
It is not easy fighting people who have no Ethical values in life because they have nothing to lose.
JAGAN has connected very well with the Public.
But KDP uses backdoor tactics by luring the local leaders inorder to divide other communities and rule.
YSRCP needs to be tactful and get in touch with the community leaders at the local level and re assure them that there will be equal distribution if resources to everyone once we come into power.
KDP is throwing biscuits to these local leaders and enjoying the cake – This is what CBN does time and time again.
Also YSRCP have to expose the Yellow media by unting the rest of the media and using the Social Media.
We need to keep reassessing the situation regularly and learn from the mistakes.

We have to analyze on following points
1. Why has YCP not raised special status during election campaign?
2. Why YSJ has to say that he will have MP’s resign on special status issue and not take it up any further
3. If we observe closely YSJ is slippery as a person who backtracks after some point, few instances like a) changing stand on Telangana after announcement is made by central govt in 2014 b) special status c) more or less saying referendum/semi final for Nandyal and covering it up saying its not referendum due to xyz reasons….thats not required, it can be agreed that people mandate is accepted, we will win more people by NOT being a sore looser. He dont need to play all the time for existing cadre, focus should be to build new cadre who are neutral as of now.

Not to discourage your attempts, i dont think there is any gain in exposing such stuff when our party methods are not up to the mark. This nexus is well known and people know that CBN is the main accused in cash for vote scam….people are like yes we know CBN is not good but how are we suggesting a better alternative???? Simply CBN bashing will not result in better alternative, YSJ should focus on building himself as alternate leader through his methods and not by forcing himself as self elected CM. Every criticism on CBN should be followed by an alternate option on doing thing in a better way.
We said Nandyal is a result of sympathy and money influence including influencing voters through all known methods (read intimidating). If kakinada results through same result as Nandyal then whats our plan-B?
chances of kakinada showing different result are less but what we need to focus is how is our party shown as better one than TDP. We need to present ourselves as a better alternative, otherwise i think people are cear that till such improvements are not shown TDP is the only option (not better though).

దేశ వ్యాప్త ఉప ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలు , గణాంకాలు
2015 లో 23 స్థానాల్లో ఉప ఎన్నికలు జరిగితే 18 స్థానాల్లో(78%) అధికార పక్షమే గెలిచింది
2016 లో 28 స్థానాల్లో ఉప ఎన్నికలు జరిగితే 21 స్థానాల్లో(75%) అధికార పక్షమే గెలిచింది
2017 లో 16 స్థానాల్లో ఉప ఎన్నికలు జరిగితే 12 స్థానాల్లో(75%) అధికార పక్షమే గెలిచింది
ఆగస్టు 28 న వెల్లడయిన దేశ వ్యాప్తంగా జరిగిన 4 ఉప ఎన్నికల ఫలితాలు అందులో అన్ని చోట్ల అధికార పార్టీ(100%) గెలిచింది , ఇందులో అన్ని ప్రతిపక్షాల కంటే YCP కె ఎక్కువ ఓట్లు లభించాయి.
2008 లో తెలంగా సెంటిమెంటును బలపర్చడానికి 16 మంది TRS MLA లు రాజీనాం చేస్తే ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో ఏడుగురే నెగ్గారు , YS సారధ్యం లో కాంగ్రెస్ 5 గెలిచింది
బాబు ఉప ఎన్నికల చరిత్ర !!!
1999 -2004 మధ్య CM గా ఉన్న బాబు అన్ని ఉప ఎన్నికలు గెలిచాడు(100%) కానీ 2004 అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లో 294 సీట్లకు గాను కేవలం 47 సీట్లు (అంటే 16 % సీట్లు) మాత్రమే గెలిచిఘోరంగా ఓడిపోయాడు
2009 -2014 మధ్య ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీ అయినా టీడీపీ కడప నెల్లూరు పార్లమెంటులో డిపాజిట్లు కోల్పోయింది, 42 అసెంబ్లీ ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో మొతం ఓడిపోయింది, పైగా సగం స్థానాల్లో డిపాజిట్ (16 %) ఓటు కూడా రాలేదు, 10 స్థానాల్లో అయితే 3 వ స్థానం లో నిలిచింది
2014 నుంచి తెలంగాణ లో జరిగిన 2 పార్లమెంటు(మెదక్, వరంగల్) మరియు 2 అసెంబ్లీ ఉప ఎన్నికలు (నారాయణఖేడ్,పాడేరు) అన్ని ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో TDP కి డిపాజిట్లు రాలేదు
హైదరాబాద్ ను ప్రపంచ పటం లో పెట్టాను అని చెప్పుకొనే గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ లో 150 డివిజన్ లకు గాను TDP ముక్కీ మూలిగి ఒక డివిజన్ అది కూడా KPHB (ఇక్కడ బాబు కులస్థులు ఎక్కువగా ఉంటారు ) గెలిచింది
ఖమ్మం కార్పొరేషన్ ఎన్నికల్లో కూడా 50 డివిజన్ లకు గాను TDP ఒక డివిజన్ గెలిచింది

నంద్యాల ఉప ఎన్నికల్లో టీడీపీకి పట్టణ ప్రాంతంలో 20,516 ఓట్ల మెజారిటీ వచ్చింది.పట్టణంలోని వార్డులలో పోలైన ఓట్లను 11 రౌండ్లలో లెక్కించారు.
పాత పట్టణంలో మైనారిటీలు ఎక్కువగా నివసించే ప్రాంతాల ఓట్లను 3,4,5,6 రౌండ్లలో లెక్కించారు. మొత్తం 19 రౌండ్లలో ఈ నాలుగు రౌండ్లే టీడీపీకి అత్యధిక మెజారిటీని నమోదు చేశాయి. ఈ నాలుగు రౌండ్లలో 13,447 ఓట్ల మెజారిటీని టీడీపీ అభ్యర్ధి బ్రహ్మానందరెడ్డి సాధించారు. అంటే… సగటున ఒక్కో వార్డులో 3,362 ఓట్ల మెజారిటీ వచ్చింది.
పట్టణంలోని ఇతర ప్రాంతాల్లోకానీ, నంద్యాల రూరల్‌, గోస్పాడు మండలంలోకానీ ఏ రౌండ్‌లోనూ ఈ స్థాయి మెజారిటీ నమోదు కాలేదు. ఆ ప్రాంతంలో సాంప్రదాయక టీడీపీ ఓటు బ్యాంకుకు మైనారిటీలు తోడు కావడంతో భారీగా మెజారిటీ పెరిగిందని ఆ పార్టీ నేతలు భావిస్తున్నారు.
పట్టణంలో బలమైన ఓటు బ్యాంకుగా ఉన్న బలిజలు, వ్యాపారులు టీడీపీ పక్షాన నిలబడ్డారు.
ముస్లింలలో ఓ వర్గం శిల్పా మోహన్‌రెడ్డిపై గుర్రుగా ఉంది. దీన్ని టీడీపీ పూర్తిస్థాయిలో సద్వినియోగం చేసుకుంది. ఆ వర్గాలకు చెందిన వారిపై ఉన్న కేసులను తీసివేయించి వారి నమ్మకాన్ని చూరగొంది. ఆ వర్గాలకు చెందిన నేతలు ఫరూక్‌, నౌమాన్‌ వంటి వారికి ఉన్నతస్థాయి రాజకీయ పదవులను ఇవ్వాలన్న నిర్ణయం కూడా టీడీపీకి కలిసొచ్చింది.
గతంలో ఎన్నడూ లేని విధంగా పట్టణంలో అభివృద్ధి జరుగుతుండటం కూడా ముస్లింలను టీడీపీ వైపు మొగ్గు చూపేలా చేసింది.
